Siderius stood up and took a look at himself in the mirror. He didn’t change much except for those two lines at his ears, which looked very similar to tattoos.
"I passed it safely. Now. I need to test the ability of this thing."
Siderius sat down again and closed his eyes. He tapped into the power of the new pair of eyes.
The ears of the Chaos Bat allowed him to use Echolocation and Distanced Locating up to a mile.
The werewolf ears didn’t give any unique ability but gave him a flat increase to his perception. His ears were even sharper than before, allowing him to hear noises that were much lower and farther.
"A pure stat boost, huh... Haven’t seen this for a while."
The next few days Siderius spent his time in the Alchemical Palace to battle the incarnation of the werewolf and quickly conquered it. All of his psychosis was lowered and his attributes were increased once more.

Similar to before, it gave no unique ability but gave him double the usual stat than before.
His entire body grew another size and his muscles were as toned as a fictional statue.
Then that night came. The first full moon for Lycan.
Lycan had been bitten on the same night Jonson died. There was a chance that the curse was passed onto Lycan.
Siderius silently brought it to the woods, back to their Secret Underground Hideout.
He went hunting with it for a day and played with it. If it did transform into a werewolf tonight, that day would also be its last. So Siderius wanted its last memory to be joyful.
Then the night came.
Under the light of the campfire, Siderius stood up. He didn’t bring Blazing Soul.
Lycan also stood up on its two hind legs. It might be a beast but it was smart enough to understand the implications.
The wolverine looked up into the sky and saw the full white moon.
It fell to the floor and writhed. Its limbs grew longer. Its body became bigger. The already long claws became even longer.
Lycan was already big compared to the average wolverine. With the curse of the werewolf, it turned even bigger.
It grew to the size of Siderius, almost two meters tall. Its wolverine’s ears became werewolf ears with pointy tips. Its snout became larger and its fur was more chaotic than usual.
It had become a full-fledged werewolf and was even bigger than Jonson.
It stared at Siderius and growled lowly.
Siderius sighed. He reached onto his back. The Silver Hawk appeared for him to grab.
The shiny silver Strong Steel sword was ready for its first battle.
Lycan lowered on all fours and charged at Siderius. It jumped at him with its hands extended.
Siderius swiped the blade in front of it, cutting away all of its claws. He connected it with a front kick that sent Lycan backwards.
With his new found strength, a werewolf was no longer able to overwhelm him.
"Wake up, soldier. You are stronger than this mindless curse." Siderius roared.
Lycan got back on its feet. It swiped its nose angrily. There was blood on it.
The werewolf wolverine once again attacked him. Its attack pattern was mindless and without strategy. It really was only a cursed creature. All signs of Lycan had been washed away.
Siderius let out a breath. He raised his sword.
"So be it."
Siderius thrust the sword forward. The wolfverine suddenly stopped and ducked under the blade.
This even surprised Siderius.
The wolfverine went over his guard and sliced at him. Siderius used his forearm to deflect the claws away. The wolfverine claws were extremely sharp but were unable to penetrate the Ghoul Armor and Hunter Uniform.
Siderius slapped the wolverine with the side of his sword instead of killing it outright.
It just dodged. A move that Siderius taught Lycan way back when they were just met.
"You are still in there somewhere. Fight back, Lycan. Take control." Siderius shouted.
Werewolf was a curse. But there were many examples of those who had taken control of this curse and used it to their benefit. Each had the will of Iron.
Siderius had never seen a beast did that. But if human could, there’s no reason that other species could.
Lycan changed his tactic and jumped into the bush. The noise of leaves rustled all around Siderius.
"Haha! You really are in there, Lycan. Come. Let us fight until you wake up."
The wolfverine jumped out from behind him. For a couple of seconds, Siderius became extremely fast. He had activated his natural mutated ability.
Siderius turned into a blur and slapped the sword right at Lycan’s face. He poured all his strength into it and sent the beast slamming into a tree trunk.
The hunter dropped the Silver Hawk and jumped onto Lycan.
The wolfverine didn’t seem that big now that it faced a gigantic monster like Siderius.
The hunter pinned the beast on the ground and punched its face repeated.
"Wake up! Wake up, you stupid beast! I taught you better than this!"
Blood covered his hands and he continued. He could hear the skull crack under the pressure.
Yet, he still continued.
Werewolves had a regenerative ability. These simple wounds wouldn’t kill it.
"Ma... Master..." The wolfverine spoke.
Siderius froze. His fists were still in the air.
His red eyes stared at the beast’s soul.
"What is your name?" He said.
"Lycan..."
"Who is your master?"
"You are..."
Siderius then stood up and lent a hand to pull Lycan up.
"How much do you remember? How much can you control the beast?" Siderius said.
The wolfverine looked at its hands. Its face was healing with incredible speed. The wild had left it. Those eyes were no longer ferocious.
"I remember everything... And I..."
Lycan lifted its head up and howled.
"I can control everything."
