I Have A Baby From My Ex-Husband's Enemy-Chapter 111: Good Bye, My Love

When Megan finally met Joice, who claimed to be Samuel’s fiancée, she was shocked when Joice said something far more surprising than her being the man’s fiancée.

"Our lives will be much more complete after our baby is born." Joice rubbed her belly gently with a smile and it was then that Megan realized what she meant.

"So you’re pregnant with Sam’s child now?" she asked incredulously. She had no idea that even the man’s fiancée was carrying his child.

She nodded her head and said that she was three months along, and it made her and Sam very happy to be expecting their child.

"I didn’t know this was going to happen, and I thought Sam would be upset when he heard it. But it turns out that he is very happy and can’t wait for the birth of this child," explained Joice, trying to lie to Megan.

Actually, Megan is not someone who easily believes what other people say. However, she doesn’t really understand many things about Samuel who could be in front of her he looks very cold and likes to tease her, but behind her the man actually really loves his fiancee and they have even made love and have a child.

’Apparently their relationship has gone so far, did the kiss Sam and I shared that day count as him cheating on her? I feel so bad when I think about this especially when I know his fiancée is pregnant with his child,’ Megan thought at the time.

Right now her feelings were hard to describe because she kept thinking that Samuel seemed to be trying to cheat on his own fiancée. It made her feel guilty too and Megan decided not to contact Samuel in the future.

"Then I decided not to contact him anymore. I can only wish him happiness with you," Megan said with a smile that was immediately returned by Joice.

Although Joice’s smile was a triumphant one as she had managed to make Megan believe her words.

’Good, this way you won’t have anything to do with anyone else. Sam will always be mine and you’re nothing to him anymore,’ the sly woman thought with a sweet smile on her face.

"Thank you so much for understanding my situation. I’m sure Sam and I will be happy and I think everything will be fine," Joice said.

Megan nodded her head, saying that Samuel must be a good man and responsible with what he has. He would be very happy after their child was born.

"He’s also got a lot of charisma, very strong and his piercing eyes seem to make him even cooler," Megan said spontaneously as she thought about it.

Even though her feelings were so hurt right now, she tried to smile and say why should she feel disappointed when she knew from the start that she and he would never be together.

Her hands started shaking, she felt like crying right then and there, but she didn’t want to cry in front of his partner. Because of that she decided to leave with the excuse that she had work to do.

"Then I have to go, I have work to do after this," she said with a voice that began to sound shaky as well.

"Sure, it was nice meeting you Megan."

As they both stood up to leave the café, suddenly a man ran up to them. The man who had just gotten out of the car that had arrived across the street. 𝗳𝚛𝚎𝚎𝘄𝕖𝕓𝕟𝕠𝚟𝚎𝕝.𝗰𝕠𝐦

"What did you just do?!" the man snapped at the two women in front of him.

The two women looked shocked but Joice tried to control her reaction, remaining calm even though she was terrified that the plan would fail.

"Oh hello dear," she called out.

Meanwhile, Megan no longer wanted to talk about anything with the man who was none other than Samuel.

She felt like her world was shattered, as well as her feelings for him because she didn’t want to be a mistress for a man who would soon even have a child.

"Megan, what did she tell you?! Don’t listen to anything she says because everything she says is a lie!" he said as he pulled her hand away because he wanted to explain the truth.

He was pretty sure that Joice must have said something that made Megan look sad like that. Even though he shouldn’t have explained anything, and let her go the way he wanted her to go. But something inside him didn’t want her to leave. He wanted her to understand that everything she said was a lie.

However, Megan removed her hand from his and turned to him.

"You don’t need to explain anything else, because there is nothing to explain and everything I already know. Take good care of yourself and your fiancé," she said with a smile.

His eyes widened as he realized that the smile was followed by tears, which made him realize something. Samuel tried to stop Megan from leaving but she jumped into a taxi that was right there.

"Hey wait a minute! We need to talk!"

"Let’s get out of here," she said to the taxi driver who immediately left the cafe area. "Good bye, Sam." Giving Samuel time to chase the taxi but they were already far away.

"F*CK!!!"

He cursed loudly as he saw Megan crying and left. He didn’t expect things to turn out like this and he had to arrive late.

Samuel could tell that Megan had gone to the café from the last message that Joice had failed to delete. When she had deleted all the messages related to Megan’s visit to Dormania. Megan had sent one last message that morning asking if Samuel was coming to the cafe or not.

Of course it raised suspicions and question marks, how could Megan suddenly say that they would meet at the Salcase cafe when they had not made any appointments and that meant she was at Dormania.

But it was too late, Joice had said many things that made Megan believe and no longer wanted to hear anything until finally she left the cafe shortly after Samuel arrived.

Remembering her sad face with tears streaming down her face, really frustrated and upset him because he didn’t want to see that face in front of him.
