Chapter 111: Chapter 110: Unconscious Potion

"Sky-reaching Nightshade, henbane, rosemary..."

Mu Ying had categorized the herbal seeds she brought back from the Trial World; these were the ingredients she found for the Unconscious Potion, most of which were poisonous.

She had set aside a small patch of land within the Plantation specifically for the cultivation of the materials needed for the Unconscious Potion.

"Don’t touch the plants in this area, understand?" Mu Ying warned Yuan Gungun.

Yuan Gungun, holding an Iron Bamboo Shoot to teeth on, thought: These little sprouts hold no interest for it!

Mu Ying came daily to water the herbs with spring water and applied Plant Magic. Two weeks later, the herbs had grown significantly, but there was still some time before they matured. The parts needed for the potion had not yet developed.

This was where Feedback Claw showed its effectiveness. After learning how to make Unconscious Potion in the Trial World, she used Feedback Claw to gather several portions of the needed materials upon returning.

Inside the wooden cabin in the Plantation, a Magic Potion Refining Room had been set up early, and she had gathered all the necessary items from the grocery store through Wuyaya, following the standards of the Trial World.

She entered the refining room with the materials. The spacious worktable was covered with bottles and jars.

Squeezing juice from Sky-reaching Nightshade, cutting the flower bases of henbane, drying and grinding rosemary...

Mu Ying methodically processed the Magic Potion Materials, which she thought resembled cooking, only with extra attention needed during the process because a small mistake could lead to a completely different outcome.

Fortunately, thanks to the convenience of the Medicinal Garden in the Trial World, she had refined it many times, and upon returning to the real world, she hadn’t encountered any errors.

In the final step, she used Magic Power to promote a reaction between the herbs. The muddy liquid in the crucible gradually began to boil. After counting to nine seconds, she withdrew the Magic Power, added a spoonful of Stable Pollen, and the potion gradually stabilized into a milky white liquid.

It was a success!

Mu Ying poured the Magic Potion into crystal bottles, filling two small bottles.

She transported the Magic Potion to the third Sub-camp, the "Breeding Camp."

The newly established Breeding Camp was half in Chaotic Stone Forest and half outside of it, near the stream where the Petrified Lizards drank.

The Breeding Camp had also expanded to its maximum, divided into two areas from large to small.

The largest was the enclosure for Petrified Lizards within the Chaotic Stone Forest area, occupying about half the camp.

The other half, located outside the Chaotic Stone Forest, was the pasture, where Mu Ying had already planted fast-growing pasture grass.

By this time, the breeding area already contained herds of wild buffalo, several burrows of wild rabbits, and wild goats.

Between the breeding area and the enclosure for Petrified Lizards was a long row of wooden houses.

Butchering and meat processing were done here.

This row of wooden houses was segmented from the other two areas, and it was transformed to mimic the rocky appearance of Chaotic Stone Forest’s Stone Mountain; only this Stone Mountain was exceptionally long.

From the outside, it looked like a Stone Mountain of a slightly different shape.

The Sub-camp’s protective shield was also disguised as the shape of a Stone Mountain, appearing like a small basin surrounded by Stone Mountain.

In the beginning, no Petrified Lizards had ventured into the camp on their own.

During this period, Mu Ying would daily gather some raw meat from the animals in the breeding area, mince it, mix it with a small amount of flour, then add the thorny ball grass, ensuring it was evenly coated with the minced meat mixture, and then fry it until half-cooked.

This was the feed formula Mu Ying had developed during this time that the Petrified Lizards found irresistible.

After observing for several days, she found that while Petrified Lizards primarily consumed meat and hunted using their petrifying gaze, they also enjoyed eating thorny ball grass.

This type of thorny ball grass, larger than a basketball and shaped like a spherical bundle of thorns, was commonly found throughout Chaotic Stone Forest.

Petrified Lizards typically ate thorny ball grass after hunting.

Having just fed and filled their bellies, the fact that they still wanted to eat thorny ball grass suggested that the Petrified Lizards ate it simply because they liked it, perhaps akin to a post-meal snack.

Thus, Mu Ying combined the meat with thorny ball grass to create these large meatballs filled with spikes.

The meat, slightly cooked, retained none of the raw smell of blood yet had the appealing scent of cooked food; the first time she tossed them into the Petrified Lizard enclosure, it attracted the whole group of Petrified Lizards.

The protective shield of the camp no longer appeared as a mist but was instead represented by Stone Mountains everywhere. Although these were a bit wider and shorter, they did not arouse much suspicion from the Petrified Lizards.

Lured by a fragrance they had never smelled before, they circled the camp endlessly until they finally found a narrow entrance and squeezed through forcefully.

One small Petrified Lizard could not resist and ate a meatball first.

A large Petrified Lizard swatted it aside with its tail, as if scolding a disobedient child.

Fortunately, after a while, the mischievous child that sneaked a bite did not show any signs of trouble, even taking advantage of their inattention to swallow another.

Since it was harmless, the large Petrified Lizard also could not resist entering the fray and was amazed at the taste.

Petrified Lizard: "What is this meat with a spiky ball texture? It’s delicious!"

After a hearty meal, the Petrified Lizards lay on the ground to bask in the sun.

A few hours later, when it was time to forage again, just as they were about to leave the area to hunt, they saw familiar meatballs rolling out from among the Stone Mountains.

In fact, it was Mu Ying who had thrown them from the other side of the protective shield.

This time they hesitated less and, after enjoying the gourmet food again, they abandoned the idea of hunting but still left the small basin surrounded by Stone Mountains and returned to their usual resting place for the night.

The next day, they squeezed through the entrance again and filled up on two meals.

The third day, the fourth day, until on the fifth day, the Petrified Lizards had gotten used to coming to this small basin every day to feed, only to find no meatballs appearing that day.

They left disappointed.

On the sixth day, no meatball appeared.

On the seventh day, there was still no meatball.

A small Petrified Lizard, unable to resist its cravings, seized every opportunity to return and wait here.

Finally, on the eighth day, it smelled the familiar aroma again.

The group of Petrified Lizards returned, this time treasuring the basin that could produce delicious meatballs as their resting place, spending each day waiting here and seldom leaving.

That day, at the usual time, the meatballs appeared as expected.

The Petrified Lizards had no guard up against the meatballs and began feeding immediately.

After eating, the Petrified Lizards lost consciousness one by one and collapsed on the ground.

A figure emerged from the "Stone Mountain," her eyes tinged with streaks of blood, holding a large wooden bucket.

She cut a hole as big as a finger on the artery of the Petrified Lizards, and blood gushed into the bucket.

After a while, she pressed her hand onto the wound of the Petrified Lizards; the bleeding quickly stopped and even the wounds healed.

One by one, none of the Petrified Lizards escaped.

She collected two large buckets of blood.

The wooden bucket disappeared from the figure’s hands, and she too vanished into the Stone Mountain.

A few hours later, the Petrified Lizards woke up, feeling as if they had slept unusually long, their bodies feeling lazy. They turned over and fell asleep again, the faint smell of blood in the air did not catch their attention.
