Lu Jinyang was also puzzled. A few days ago, Gu Chen had called back saying they had taken care of things, but several days passed, and they still hadn’t returned.
"Yes, it was handled. Do you want to rest for a bit?"

Lu Jinyang took the baby from her hand, "Just walk around the house, it’s cold outside."

Now we are on an uninhabited island." The dire part was that there were only three people on the ship, besides the two of them, there was a captain.
Then the wind grew stronger, the ship capsized, and the captain was nowhere to be found.
Luckily, there was still a signal here; otherwise, his little life would have ended here.
After hearing Gu Chen’s words, Lu Jinyang said in a deep voice, "Send me your location."
After hanging up the phone, Lu Jinyang told the expectant Xiao Qing, "Gu Chen encountered a typhoon and their ship capsized."

"You rest first, I’ll arrange for someone to pick him up." With that, Lu Jinyang walked out quickly holding the baby, disappearing before Xiao Qing could ask him to put the baby down.

Three months passed in the blink of an eye. The baby was now over four months old and could compete with Lu Jincheng and Lu Xinyun for toys.
Every time he wanted the toys in their hands, he would stare at them with his innocent phoenix eyes, without crying or fussing. As soon as any of them noticed this look, they would immediately hand over the toy they were holding.
Initially, Lu Xinyun was clamoring for a younger sister, but after the baby was born, she didn’t hide her affection for him, even loving him more than Lu Jincheng did.
That night, finally having coaxed the children to sleep, Xiao Qing leaned against the headboard reading a parenting book. Seeing Lu Jinyang coming out of the bathroom, she gave him a light glance and said, "Rest early, you have to return to the company tomorrow." Recently, Shuang’er came back, and Leng Yixing had to help Xin’er with childcare, so there wasn’t that much energy to devote to the company.
