Infinite wealth In A New World-Chapter 350: Lester Blood Vs Clones
Lester, inhabiting the twisted body of Vinous, flexed his new talons. The aesthetics were a nightmare of biology—jagged bone spurs and weeping sores of green energy.
"I didn't know you were so ugly," Sunny remarked, his clone's face twisting into a look of genuine distaste. "The Lester I remember was a man of 'breathtaking beauty.' Now, you look like a botched experiment."
"Aesthetics are for the mortal realm, Wolf," Lester's layered voice hissed. "This vessel is temporary, but it is efficient. Thanks to this feline's high spirit-conduit potential, I can manifest 100% of my strength."
"100%?" Sunny's clone raised an eyebrow. "At this atmospheric pressure? You'll burn through the host's soul, he will surely die."
"Hahahaha! The slave has already served his purpose!" Lester threw his head back, laughing at the sky. "In the Great World, once a tool is blunt, you melt it down for scrap!"
He turned his four-eyed gaze toward the millions of Wendigos trembling. "Just like these pests."
Lester's fingers elongated, morphing into five lashing, emerald-green tentacles of pure energy. They whipped through the air with a predatory hiss.
"Wait, what is—" A Wendigo soldier began, but the sentence ended in a wet crunch.
The tentacle pierced his chest, and in a horrific display of Life-Force Siphoning, the soldier withered. His muscles evaporated, his skin turned to parchment, and in three seconds, a dry skeleton clattered to the stones.
"AHHHHH!!" someone screamed.
"Run! The Lord is eating us!"
"How dare you flee from your god?!" Lester roared, his voice causing the very stones of the walls to vibrate. "You are property! Your only value is the caloric intake you provide me!"

On the high wall, Faye watched her people—her friends—being turned into fuel. "My King… we have to stop him! He's consuming the entire army!"
Garrard didn't look at her. His eyes were dark, shadowed by a terrifying resolve. "Faye. Bring the other Pillars here. Now."
"But they're in the medical ward! The 1st and 2nd Pillars are—"
"I said do it!" Garrard's voice broke with a jagged edge.
Trembling, Faye pressed her palms together. As the third Pillar, her specialty was Spatial Displacement. With a flash of silver light, two stretchers appeared on the battlements. The 1st and 2nd Pillars lay there, unconscious, their bodies a map of bandages and failure.
"What are you doing, Father?" Faye whispered, her heart hammering against her ribs.
Garrard used his spirit energy to hoist the two dying men into the air, dangling them over the edge of the wall toward Lester.
"You want to save the civilians, Faye? Then we must feed the beast what it wants," Garrard growled. He looked down at Lester and yelled:
"Lord Lester! I have two concentrated souls for you! Pure, high-density essence!"
Lester paused his slaughter, looking up with a grin that split his face too wide. "Hahahaha! That's why you're my favorite dog, Garrard! You understand the hierarchy!"
Two tentacles shot upward, skewering the unconscious Pillars. Faye screamed, covering her eyes as the souls were ripped out like flickering candles. Their empty bodies hit the ground with a sickening thud.
Lester's aura flared, his power levels spiking by another 15%. With a blur of speed, he leaped from the ground to the top of the wall, the impact cracking the obsidian wall. He loomed over the 15-year-old Faye, his four eyes spinning in their sockets.
"Hmm," Lester reached out a claw toward her."
"No!"
Garrard stepped between them, his arms spread wide. He was shaking, but he didn't move. "Don't hurt my daughter, Lord Lester. She is all I have left. She is the future of my line."
"The future?" Lester tilted his head. "And what of the other girl? Olivia? Where is my prize?"
"We... We lost her," Garrard whispered. "The God Wolf… he took her."
"FOOL!"
Lester's hand shot out like a viper, crushing Garrard's face in a massive grip.
"Dad! Let him go!" Faye shrieked, clawing at Lester's arm.
"You absolute moron!" Lester screamed into Garrard's muffled face.
"Those twins were a singular miracle! Two souls in one origin—I was waiting for them to reach the Fifth Order so I could move them into the Great World! You've ruined a century of planning!"
With a snarl of disgust, Lester didn't just kill Garrard—he erased him. He inhaled the King's life force in a single, violent surge. Garrard's body turned to ash in Lester's grip, scattering into the wind.
"Now," Lester turned to the sobbing Faye, "You will have to suffice as a consolation prize."
WHOOSH.
A streak of white-hot flame bypassed Faye by a millimeter.
BOOM!
"AHHHHHHHHH!!!!"
Lester recoiled, howling in rage as he looked at his right arm. It had been cauterized clean off at the wrist.
He looked toward the source. Sunny's clone stood twenty yards away, his palm still smoking:
"I almost forgot you were there," Lester hissed, his flesh already bubbling as it began to regenerate. "No matter. After I kill you, I'll find those girls. Even if they share one body now, the essence will be enough."
Lester leaped from the wall, smashing into the ground below and creating a crater fifty meters wide.
Sunny landed lightly a few feet away, his expression bored. "Let's check the math," the clone said.
"You manifested with the power of a Seventh Order. After eating half the Wendigo army, two Pillars, and the King, you've hit the peak of the Eighth Order. Impressive growth for a parasite like you."
"It's enough to tear your heart out!" Lester charged, his claws flickering with green unknown energy. He leaped into the air, and smashed down on Sunny.
BOOOM!!!
The ground shattered under the force of Lester's strike, but he hit nothing but air.
THWACK.
Sunny appeared in Lester's blind spot, delivering a straight, clinical punch to the cat's cheek.
BAM!!!!
Lester was sent tumbling across the tundra, skipping like a stone across a pond for nearly a hundred meters.
"Do you think I'm the same boy you hunted in the past?" Sunny asked, cracking his neck.
Lester scrambled to his feet, coughing up green ichor. "What is this speed?!"
"You're so focused on the 'Great World' that you've forgotten how fast a wolf can grow in the dark," Sunny said.
Before Lester's four stunned eyes, the air around the clone began to vibrate and split. One Sunny became two. Two became three. Each one radiated the exact same crushing seventh order pressure.
The three clones stepped forward in unison, their voices overlapping in a terrifying harmony.
"I told you I am going to kill you, Lester. But first, I'm going to make sure you remember every second of this beating."
