Hazuki glanced at her with narrowed eyes. "What do you want?"

"You seriously didn’t meet any goddess?"

"What’s that? Can it be eaten?" Hazuki tilted his head. "Didn’t I already say I woke up here? The first thing I got was being chased by a horny orc. Blergh!" Hazuki shivered hard. "If I wasn’t fast enough... ah well... the soldiers on patrol were the ones who saved me, though."

She glanced back at Ridan while continuing to walk, her expression serious.

Ridan, still perched on Hazuki’s head, returned the telepathy, his tone sharp.

What do you want, Glacia? Didn’t I already warn you earlier? Don’t stick your head where it doesn’t belong.

Ridan sneered, a low chuckle echoing in her mind.

Heh... you’re going to regret this, pervert dragon. Defeat them? Us? You can’t even defeat this dumbass you call mortal!

Ridan smirked without Hazuki noticing, his gaze fixed on Glacia.

What a sad sight~ The strongest Ice Dragon of your clan, ruler of all frozen lands, yet you couldn’t kill this one dumbass mortal no matter how strong you are. Pfft!

But you mentioned he’s not normal!

Ridan laughed out loud through the telepathy.

Glacia puffed her cheeks and huffed, stomping the snow as she walked.

Hazuki tilted his head, scratching it at her sudden mood change.

Wonder what’s wrong with her? Maybe she’s hungry?

Hazuki yawned again, narrowing his eyes while glancing around.

"Man, this place is boring. Nothing but snow."

Ridan smirked. "Heh... this is what you get when you take those quests. Suck it up and stop complaining."

"Yeah, yeah... whatever." Hazuki exhaled.

Ridan smirked and started floating again. "Besides, this is what you wanted, right? Sightseeing~"

"Yeah... but in my old world, there was snow too. I could go snowboarding, build snowmen, or just sit in a warm café with hot chocolate. Here? Just... cold."

Ridan chuckled, his puffball body wiggling with smug delight. "Hah! Even if you said that, you didn’t have a girlfriend back in your old world, right?"

Hazuki glared up at Ridan, who was now doing a little victory dance in mid-air, his cloud-like form shimmering with annoying glee. "Damn! That’s true though. But I could hang out with friends."

"Oho? Really? If I remember correctly from your memory I accessed the first time, you did have friends who brought their girlfriends every time you invited them to hang out. And all of them... heh... were handsomer than you. You’re ugly~"

"Wha? Oi! I’m not that ugly! I’m average! A.V.E.R.A.G.E!" Hazuki held up one finger with a dramatic flourish, striking a pose as if he’d just delivered the coolest comeback.

"Oh? But you’re ugly compared to the... what’s it called again? I.K.E.M.E.N~" Ridan wiggled his eyebrows, his whole puffball body vibrating with playful mockery.

"Oh, shut up, Ridan!"

"Boo!" Ridan suddenly popped right in front of Hazuki’s face, making him swat at him like a fly.

"Oi, mortal!" Glacia glared at him, her silver-white hair framing a face that was all puffed cheeks and pouty lips, full, pink, and puckered in irritation. Tiny dragon horns peeked through her hair, and her icy blue eyes narrowed, but the effect was more adorable than intimidating.

Hazuki’s eyes widened.

"Wow... she’s cute..." he blurted out without thinking.

Glacia froze, standing there in stunned silence, her cheeks flushing a deep crimson.

Ridan’s eyes widened in disbelief for a second before he erupted into loud, uncontrollable laughter.

"BWAHAHAHAHA!!! OI!! THIS IS FUNNY!!! BWAHAHAHAHA!!!" Ridan howled, his purple puffball body shaking violently as he rolled through the air, tears of mirth forming in his glowing eyes. "Her? PFFTT!!! BWAHAHAHAHA!!!"

Hazuki groaned and squatted in the snow, exhale hard while Ridan continued laughing, spinning in dizzy circles, bouncing off snowdrifts, and clutching his puffy stomach.

"You are truly lolizuki! Ow ow ow! My stomach hurts from laughing... but still... BWAHAHAHAHA!!!"

"O... oi! I’m just saying..." Hazuki mumbled, rubbing the back of his neck, the words having slipped out before he could stop them.

Glacia’s cheeks flushed even deeper. She bit her lower lip, fidgeting with the hem of her dress, her gaze darting away as she stammered softly.

"T... the icy... leaf... is... is over there..." Glacia pointed with a trembling finger while glancing away, trying to hide her embarrassed face.

Ridan, who had just stopped laughing, wiped a tear from his eye.

"Oh! Today is a good day indeed! I haven’t laughed this hard in centuries!" Ridan floated in lazy circles, still chuckling.

"Oh, shut up, Ridan."

"Lolizuki~ Don’t forget you already have Ellyn~ the kid catgirl~"

"I’m not forgetting about her! And it’s Ellyna! The adult one!"
