It All Started With Hatred-Chapter 120: Clear my doubts

Back to the city. In Isaac’s apartment. Pearl looked at herself in the mirror. She had dark circles under her eyes. Her face was pale and she lost more weight. For the last month, she had barely eaten anything. Though Issac tried to make her eat daily for some reason, she lost her appetite.

This was the third week since she started seeing a doctor about her problems. Pearl was diagnosed with severe depression because of what happened to her and the kidnapping accident. She started taking pills which made small progress at first but she had a relapse and her depression symptoms became more severe.

The only good thing is that she is not Refusing Issac and she wants him to stay. To her, he’s the only thing that makes her feel good while she hates everything else in the world, even herself.

Walking towards the living room. Issac saw Pearl standing in front of the window. Like every day, She would stare for hours outside the window until he came to see her. Giving the housekeeper that he brought to take care of the house and Pearl meal the Permission to leave for the day.

Pearl was moved by his words. In the last month. She watched as Issac took care of her and told her that she has everything she needs and she didn’t understand if he was doing this out of kindness or if he likes her. It made her confused but wasn’t bold to ask him something like this.

Pearl was pulled out of her thoughts when she felt the soft sheets under her. He put her gently in the middle of the bed and sat on the edge of it, waiting for her to decide. His eyes stared at her with warmth in them.

Pearl reached to hold his hand. She wanted to make things clear before they take the next step. "Do you love me, Issac?" She asked shyly, her voice turning into whispers towards the end.

Issac’s hand closed around her hand and brought it to his lips, Kissing it."Yes. From the second I saw you. It’s crazy, I never felt this before. You’re all I’m thinking about the whole time." He replied and watched the tears in her eyes side down on her cheeks.

Isaac reached to wipe the tears with his thumb."Are these tears of happiness?" He asked pulling to sit on his lap.

Pearl nodded her head slowly. She was too happy to the point her tears turned to tears. Finally, She could see hope in her life. Someone to love her. A person to treasure and love her. To accept her with her complications and problems.

Pearl cupped his face before she pressed her lips on his. Kissing him with passion. It was her way of telling him that she wanted him. Understanding the sign. Issac warped his arms around her, rubbing her back gently to calm her.
