Darius was looking at Deliri, he could see that there was nothing going to make the being move unless he broke him from the hold.
Without a second thought, Darius punched Deliri, sending the being away with a massive shockwave.
His eyes were fixed on the beast like he was his prey. Darius wanted to make sure that nothing would go out of order.
"Insolent being!"
Deliri was about to land an attack on Darius, but the blow landed, hurting our young warrior.
Darius winced out of pain, looking at the being. He lunged another attack, trying to kill the being, but there wasn’t a sign of any opening.
"You shouldn’t think that you are going to be able to win this fight!"
Deliri was about to hit Darius again when his attack was blocked midway. Our young warrior was looking at the being ,and the anger in his heart was rising, each time he looked at the beast.
"Talking about who is going to win or lose isn’t even in your power anymore..." 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺
Darius landed a powerful kick, which was so strong that Deliri was sent back. Darius didn’t waste time, he was trying to make sure that he would wear the creature out.
[Mana- 80,000/200,000]
[Feral Mode is consuming more mana than calculated!]
Darius, looking at the screen, knew that he was not going to push this aside, he was not going to let anything keep him from ending Deliri.
’Time to test something!’ Darius took a deep breath as he looked at the beast in front of him. His breaths were slow and calculated.
[Tapping Into Kurgon’s core!]
Darius raised his left hand up, it began letting out a bright jade glow. A strong gust of wind covered the area, it was like he was controlling his surroundings.
’Extract Mana from the surrounding!’ Darius gave the order, and almost immediately, the mana in the area began entering his body.
[Mana Extraction Commencing!]
[Mana recharging!]
[Mana- 150,000/200,000]
Deliri stood up, he was looking at Darius, and he could see the immense power coming from the boy’s body.
’I don’t understand what this human is trying to do; he is nothing but a mortal, so why does he have these powers?’
’Could it be that he was able to take Slav’s powers?’ Deliri was trying to put his thoughts together while looking at Darius. ’That shouldn’t be possible, only a divine being can do something like that, and this boy hasn’t even reached close to the stairs of the divine!’
The area was covered with the bright jade glow coming from Darius’s left hand. Looking at Deliri he knew that the next thing he was going to be doing was looking for a way to take the monster down without burning up his energy.
’Come on now, body,’ Darius stood in a position of a sprinter about to take off.
’Don’t fail me now!’ Darius gritted his teeth as he prepared for takeoff, his eyes fixed on Deliri.
"Let’s dance!"
Like a bullet Darius shot off, the speed the boy had was enough to shake the entire area.
"This ends here, boy!"
Deliri swung his cleaver, and Darius, using his left hand, blocked the hit. His eyes on Deliri as he kicked him back, Darius was looking around, he spotted the rockslyingg aroind.
He spread his arms out, using his telekinetic abilities,s he lifted all the rocks close to him. Slowly clenching his fists, he broke the rocks down to sharper and denser pieces.
"Take this!"
Darius sent the rocks for Deliri, but the beast saw the attacks coming before he could make an attempt to dodge them; most of the rocks pierced him.
Deliri wincedd out of pain, taking a stance, he let out a roar, ignoring the pain, he launched for Darius with the cleavers in his hand.
Darius bolted for the beast at the same time with Ve’xa in his hands, both entities without a second thought swung their blades at each other. The deafening sound of metals clashing could be heard from miles away, sparks flew around as Darius and Deliri both locked in with the pure intent to kill the other.
Deliri wasn’t taking any chances with Darius as he landed a blow after pushing our young warrior back to the edge, but he wasn’t going to win the fight.
Darius managed to hold down Deliri’s cleaver, he didn’t waste time to land a blow.
But Deliri seemed to have taken the blow head-on, it wasn’t even clear how he was able to keep walking after the blow landed. He looked at Darius, and in his eyes, pure rage could be seen.
Without hesitation, the being stretched his hands out to pull Darius in for another slam. His hands managed to pierce Darius lol’s skin; the young warrior winced in pain.
But immediately, Darius pulled Deliri in and sank his teeth into the being’s shoulder. He bit off a chunk of Deliri’s body, staring at him as he did so.
"What in the world is wrong with this bastard?!"
Deliri tried to push Darius off, but the young warrior was holding the beast down. Darius tried to pierce his hand into Deliri’s chest, but he was blocked off.
’So anytime you are in a tight spot, the only thing that would come to your mind is to bite your way out?’ Azree chimed in, confused as to why Darius chose to bite Deliri in that situation.
’Anything to win!’ Darius was still holding down Deliri, his eyes were fiercely focused on the beast.
’I know it is possible if I do this!’ Darius was looking at the beast, his eyes fierce, and he couldn’t even let anything get in his way. ’Now, I need to take this thing down!’
Deliri saw that there was no way for him to push Darius off him, so he pierced the warrior’s side with his cleaver.
"Don’t you know when to fall and die?"
Deliri asked as he looked for a way to kick Darius off him, but the warrior held him down.
"Why won’t you take a hint and die?!" The beast kept bashing his blade on Darius’ head, but the feral mode effect kept our young warrior’s skin hardened for a while.
Darius, still holding his ground, pushed Deliri to the wall. He couldn’t pin the beast down enough.
Looking Deliri in the eye, Darius let out a powerful roar.
[Wrym’s Roar Activated!]
The roar shook Deliri down, but it didn’t give up. His hold on Darius seemed out of his world, but it was as if Darius wanted to make sure that he didn’t let go easily.
"Very good!"
Darius pulled Deliri in, his eyes were now locked in.
"If this doesn’t help me take you down!"
Darius was using his weight to pin Deliri down; he wasn’t going to let anything get in his way this time.
"Then I don’t know what will!"
Darius yelled as the energy around him began warping, his breath slowly glowing.
[Dragon’s bullet activated!]
He fired the bullet at Deliri, piercing the skin of the being with the attack.
"What was that thing?!" Deliri asked as he slowly fell to the ground, his body badly injured, as he looked at Darius.
The bullet had caused serious damage. Deliri was pushed down to the ground, and Darius was about to land his finishing blow on the beast.
Deliri could feel the life leaving his body, but then he wasn’t going down like.
"Wails from the Abyss!"
The beast yelled, causing the surrounding to shake as it was filled with what seemed like the cries of a thousand souls.
"You aren’t going to win this fight, mortal! If I am dying, then so will you!"
He yelled as he was slowly getting up from Darius’s attack, but the young warrior wasn’t going to let him walk away easily.
The spell was affecting him, but he looked down at Deliri; his ears had begun bleeding from the attack.
"And you think you can kill me?" Darius raised his left hand as he looked at Deliri. "The only one dying here is you!"
"Disperse!"
The wails were scattered. Deliri was looking at Darius, and his eyes could see that there was nothing going to save him from his fate.
"I will not let it! You will not kill me! I am Deliri, Harvester Of Despair and Fourth Son Of the Abyss."
The left hand let out a deeper jade glow. Darius was looking at the beast with a cruel look on his face.
"And I am Darius Winters, Dragon Sage Of Chaos!"
Our young warrior brought his hand down, piercing Deliri on the chest, moving his hand like he was looking for something. When his hand touched it, a smile appeared on his face.
"Bingo!"
Darius grabbed the thing he was looking for and began ripping it out.
"No! Not that!" Deliri yelled as he began convulsing, the young warrior kept pulling as he pinned the beast down.
"This is your end, Deliri."
