Leveling Up by Seducing Milfs-Chapter 103. Journey to The Eastern Wastes
The blessing enveloped them like a warm blanket, and Rick experienced a slight increase in all of his stats. It wasn’t much, but it was noticeable.
[DIVINE BLESSING RECEIVED: TRAVELER’S PROTECTION]
[+5% ALL STATS FOR 7 DAYS]
[HOLY RESISTANCE +10% FOR 7 DAYS]
Rick can feel his body is getting stronger and it made him felt satisfied. "Each day I always pray to god that I’m satisfied with my cheat ability and system." said in his mind.
"Just by making love with Milf and getting along with them makes me this strong...!" Rick clenched both his fists and then looks at them all.
"Alright! Let’s get back to our journey as adventurers!" Rick raised his fist.
""Yeaahhhh~!!" Both Carmilla and Natasha raised their fist as well.
Liora just looked at them and sighed, "Hahhhh... I wish I could come..."
...
After the ceremony, Rick was walking alone in the hallway, and then he got jumpscared by Sylvia, who pulled him right away to the side and took him to a private corner of the temple where no one could see them.
Without any introduction, Sylvia said, "I don’t like this at all..."
"Sending you into demon territory doesn’t feel right."
Rick takes a small breath and then holds her face in his hands. "I know, but it has to be done."
"I have a full responsible as the hero of Mature Hearts who’s going to save this world."
"And, of course, we need Zara to help us stop the corruption and beat the asshole named the Archon."
Sylvia looked at his face with her eyes. "Promise me you’ll be safe."
"Don’t let your desire to be a hero get in the way of your instincts to stay alive."
Rick said, "I promise," then added with a smirk, "And don’t worry, my queen."
"It’s not a conquest, you know? It’s just a diplomatic mission."
Sylvia’s expression turned predatory. "Don’t let the demon women warriors seduce you."
"I’ll know if you do."
Rick let out a groan. "It’s a diplomatic mission, not a—"
"I know how diplomatic you are with older women," Sylvia said, her voice both possessive and teasing. "Rick Rolland, I can already see you have a pattern."
"You meet a strong, mature woman, and you win her over with your genuine kindness and foolishly heroic actions. Before you know it, you’re making Spirit Bonds with them."
"That counts as cheating, you know...?"
"I always masturbate about you if you’re cheating with someone else..." Sylvia’s face looked jealous and it made Rick’s heart ache.
Rick said, "Jeez... that’s not really fair."
"Hehehe... I’m just kidding." Sylvia giggled.
"Go ahead and enjoy your journey..." Sylvia pressed her lips to his with a passionate kiss that stole his breath.
When she finally pulled away, her eyes shimmered like molten gold, filled with a fierce intensity reminiscent of barely contained dragon fire.
"Make sure to come back to me alive," she said. "And that’s not my selfish request!"
"Keep that in your dirty mind, okay?"
"As you wish, my Dragon Queen," Rick said, trying not to smile even though the situation was serious.
"Good. Chop-chop now, you need to go seduce that fucking bitch." Sylvia spank his ass.
"Aw!" Rick jumped a little and then rubbed his own ass. "You seem to hate her guts so much, huh."
"Well, yeah, it’s a long story, like I said... but I’m fine if you’re trying to keep that bitch in check, like a pet."
"Okay... I get it." Rick giggled.
...
After that small talk with Sylvia, Rick found Carmilla and Natasha talking privately in the temple gardens later that night. He began to walk away to give them some space, but Carmilla saw him and waved him over.
Rick sat down next to them on the stone bench and Carmilla said, "We were just talking about tomorrow."
Natasha nodded. "This time, we all protect each other."
"That means no splitting up and no heroic action on your own!"
"The Shadow Covenant showed us that we’re stronger together."
Carmilla’s hand moved to the hilt of her sword without her even realizing it. "And if the demons do anything bad, we will respond with overwhelming force right away."
"Not showing any second thought." Carmilla showed her fierce look that made Rick flinched.
Natasha agreed with a cold smile, "We freeze them first and ask questions later."
Rick looked back and forth between his two partners, feeling their determination and protectiveness through their bonds. "I appreciate your concern, but I’m not completely helpless."
"I have many new abilities I could test on them."
"We know," Carmilla said, holding his hand. "But after what happened with my kidnapping, we’re not going to take any chances!"
"You’re too important to lose."
"You’re not just important to the mission," Natasha said softly.
"You’re important to us all as the most loveable person!"
"Thanks..." Rick held both of their hands tightly. "Then we face it together!"
"We all have each other’s backs."
"Together," Carmilla said.
"Always," Natasha said again.
...
The next morning came far too soon. Rick woke up in the guild plaza at dawn, where it seemed like half the city was.
Word had gotten out about the diplomatic mission to the Eastern Wastes, and it seemed that people couldn’t miss the chance to see a D Rank adventurer lead such an important mission.
Roderick, the guildmaster, stood on a raised platform and spoke to the crowd. "Today, Rick Rolland, the Dragon Queen’s Consort and Hero of Mature Hearts, leaves on an important diplomatic mission to make an alliance with the demon realm."
"This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance for peace and working together against our common enemy, the corruption that threatens all of our lands."
The crowd had many different reactions. Some people cheered him on, while others looked worried. Male adventurers definitely gave Rick more than a few jealous looks.
Miraya, the guild receptionist who was still annoyingly twenty-nine years old, pushed through the crowd to wave at him. "Four months until my 30th birthday, Consort!"
"Don’t forget about me!"
Rick’s face got hot. "Why does everyone keep counting down?"
"Well... I don’t regret it because soon I can taste that receptionist’s pussy!" Rick said in his mind while rubbing both his palms like a freak.
Carmilla stood next to him in full armor and smiled. "Because now you’re well-known."
"You are now known as the man who only pursues older women, and this has become a defining aspect of your identity."
"I need to correct that... he’s more like infamous and clueless," Natasha said from the other side as she tightened the straps on her travel pack.
Sebastian showed up on Rick’s shoulder. "They’re not wrong."
"At this point, your reputation comes before you."
Fredrich came up to Rick with three identical crystals before Rick could answer. "These are the devices for communication."
"To send a signal, tap twice, and to send an emergency signal, just tap three times."
"Try not to lose them. They’re FUCKING expensive!" Fredrich said with his face close to Rick’s.
"G-Got it!" Rick raised his thumb.
Rick, Carmilla, and Natasha each took a crystal, storing them carefully in their packs. Fredrich also handed each of them a sealed scroll.
"These scrolls are the teleportation emergency."
"If you break the seal, you’ll be sent back to the guild hall right away. Use it only as a last resort because the magical backlash will knock you out for hours."
"Ditto," Rick said.
"The fuck does that mean?"
"It’s the same word I just repeated... do you understand?"
"I see... ditto."
"You don’t get it."
"I don’t."
Fredrich then let out a cough that sounded far too suspicious. "About our plan of the teleportation I’m going to use with my students, seems like it’s too risky to do it with the situation like this."
"The demons are going to think your teleportation is a sign of attack, so you all don’t have any choice but to travel on your own."
"But, hey, at least I give you something useful for the safety of your travels."
Rick facepalm. "Yeah, I fucking knew it right away when that meeting is held on."
"Well, I can’t complain much because I really want to look at this world a little closely with my own eyes, so yeah, teleportation is no good."
...
The farewell ceremony went on for another half hour before they could finally leave. Rick looked back one last time at the white stone walls and golden spires as they walked through the eastern gate of Valdris. It felt strange, like he was leaving safety for something much more dangerous and unknown.
And then as they step to the dangerous places...
Their journey began.
The first day of the travel was boring. They took the main eastern road through farms and small towns, which was a good way to get there.
Carmilla was always on guard, and her hand never strayed far from her sword. Every shadow made her nervous, and she looked at every stranger they passed to see if they might be a threat.
Rick said during their lunch break, "You’re on edge."
Carmilla didn’t deny it. "I’m not going to take any chances after someone took me to an alley until it was too late."
Natasha was just as hyper-aware, but in a different way. She used her tactical mind to figure out where they might be ambushed, where they could escape, and what was going on around them with her magical senses.
Rick was torn between being grateful for how protective they were and worried about how stressed they were. "We can’t be this tense the whole travel."
"It will wear you both out before we even get to the demon realm."
"Then we’ll be exhausted but still alive," Carmilla stated with unwavering confidence.
Rick sensed all four of his bonded partners through their connection. Carmilla and Natasha were immediately present, their energy sharp and protective.
Liora’s distant warmth radiated from Valdris, offering a steady pulse of divine support. Meanwhile, Sylvia’s fierce flame from the Northern Peaks remained vigilant and possessive.
It provided a sense of comfort, yet it also felt overwhelming.
