Slate rushed at me, with speed I was barely able to keep up with. 'Just what the hell is that dog' I thought, as I began stepping backwards. Utilising my Natural Path skill, I moved in difficult to predict patterns, yet Slate was able to keep up. I took out my Bastard Sword, and activated the Formation. The weight made me slow down, but I only needed one hit against Slate. It had to get close, otherwise it wouldn't attack either. 'An eye for an eye' I thought and braced myself.

Slate finally arrived, and its stone mouth opened to bite me. I extended my right hand, and willed the Power of Ice to appear. Slate slammed into me while biting my arm. I slid backwards and released a cry, "ARGH!... Freeze!". Slate's mouth formed ice crystals, and then froze. I ripped my arm away, which had a few holes from Slate teeth. With my left hand, I swung the sword down. "Booom!". Slate crashed into the ground, unable to move anymore. The force behind that strike was so great, Slate's body showed cracks all over. It was still alive, but not able to fight anymore.

The Eterian laughed, "Wow, you still have so much strength, even though your Auras are sealed. A really tough bastard, aren't you?". I hid my sword, and turned towards him. I froze on the spot, while he continued "I told you, I have one more present for you. You seem to care a lot about this Fox person. I wonder why?". He was holding Fox in front of him, with a sword in his other hand.

Even though my Auras were sealed, I could still feel anger, hatred and desire to destroy him. "Put her down Eterian". With a smile on his face, he replied "Oh... Did our little Human fall in love?". There was nothing more in this world, that I wanted at that stage. I wanted to maim that Eterian, torture him for eternity. "Put. Her. Down!".

"Swoosh!", "Ungh! Cough… Cough". "I'm sorry, my hand must have slipped. But don't worry, you can join her soon as well. You can be together, isn't that great?". He dropped her body to the ground, while I stared in shock. "You know, war is like this. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose" he said. I slowly walked towards Fox's body, my mind blank. "I'm not a monster Human, you can enjoy your final moments together. Besides, I will not be the one to finish you of". He walked away, but I couldn't care less about that now.

I dropped on my knees in front of Fox. 'Medicine, I need medicine' I said to myself. I grabbed the strongest medicine I had, and poured it into her wound, by the look of it, her heart might've been pierced, and she was dying with each passing second. "Don't die on me, come on...". I poured another bottle of medicine, then one more.

I grabbed her mask, but her hand suddenly stopped me. "N..Nex?". I said, "Everything is fine, everything will be alright". She continued, "I'm… I'm sorry. I… ". I stopped her, "No, it's alright. Everything is fine". She continued, "This…. This is… the end for me. I didn't… I didn't want it… to end like this. I'm sorry… I love you". She pressed something into my hand, then stopped talking... moving. I tried another bottle of medicine, but she wouldn't start moving again. I didn't even notice when my tears began falling.

"No, I can't accept that… I can't lose you as well". My memories of her flashed in front of me. The first time I met her, the time we fought in the Arena. The time we spent together travelling and living in the Imperial City. I knew about it a long time ago, yet I pushed those feelings away. I loved her for a long time, yet I never had a chance to tell her. I opened my hand, and saw the necklace she gave me last time.

"Time to die… Human", the voice of huge Mordar sounded in my ears. As my instincts screamed at me to move, I didn't. "You will regret this Eterians…". I raised my hand up, and stopped the root flying at me. "BOOM!". The ground caved in, while I stood up holding the root. "Freeze". "Crickle… Shing!... Crack!". The whole root froze and shattered. An Aura deep inside me awakened like never before. No poison could stop me now, nothing in this world mattered to me anymore.

I walked forwards slowly, as the roots of the huge Mordar tried slamming into me. To no avail, before they could even come close, they were obliterated. The Eterian who happily walked toward the huge Mordar, noticed the commotion behind. I saw panic on his face. "Art of Stealth: Illusionary Step". I disappeared from that place, and three of me appeared next to each other advancing towards the Eterian. "Impossible! You are not any normal Human. Those eyes! You monster!" he screamed.

I extended my hand forward, and motioned it upwards. "Art of Hidden Weapons: Sleeping Blade Forest". Suddenly, hundreds of Aura daggers appeared from underneath the ground, and shot upwards. "Swoosh!", "Swoosh!", "Swoosh!", "Swoosh!", "Swoosh!"... The Eterian had nowhere to hide. He was impaled by the daggers created from my Aura, and died instantly. I didn't stop though, with my illusionary clones on each side, I took out the Razor Swords and connected them. "Vooom!", "Voom!", "Voom!". Three hums reverberated through the air, as I made my way towards the smaller Mordars defending the huge Mordar.

Screeches sounded left and right, as I murdered the Mordars on my path. I then heard someone scream, "Take care of him! Don't let him get here!". More thick roots flew my way, like whips trying to squat an ant. "Art of Hidden Weapons: Stringless Aura Form". Hundreds of Aura daggers appeared around me, as I raised the storm slicing the roots coming my way.

Before I arrived at the huge Mordar's main body, I heard a loud "BOOOM! ZIIIT!" and felt a lot of electrical energy being released. When I looked up, I saw the damage Voltic Orb caused to the huge Mordar. His eye was damaged, and barely holding up. While his branches were burned and scattered with the wind. The Mordar released an ear piercing screech, while two figures fell from the top of the Mordar.

It was Crow and Lira, and from the looks of it, none of them looked great. I disappeared for that place, and quickly made my way towards them. With a strong jump, I caught both of them mid air, and landed with "Boom!". Both Lira and Crow had an arm missing, Crow's left arm was gone, while Lira's right arm was gone. I poured poison on both their wounds, then tapped a few of their pressure points.

"You did great guys. Let me take care of the rest". Crow smiled weakly, "Go… Finish them off". I left them there, and looked up again. "The Dark Traveller! A monster of a Human, those eyes prove who you really are! No wonder we had so many problems with you. Great Mordar, kill that Human at any cost! He can't be allowed to live!". The Mordar replied, "Help me out… You fools!".

I no longer feared those roots, those people were mine to reap their lives. "Swoosh!", I disappeared from that place, and climbed the huge Mordar who elevated itself. The roots tried attacking me, but no root could ever locate me anymore. The Eterians attacked as well. They tried those illusions, but I already saw through them. They were not as strong anymore, they were afraid of me.

I destroyed the roots on my way, cut anything into pieces. Wherever I passed, I left a trail of destruction and death. The Eterians realised I couldn't be stopped, so they tried escaping. "Futile attempt. Art of Hidden Weapons: Stringless Aura Form". Hundreds of daggers appeared around me, as they flew towards the Eterians. This Form was no longer normal, the range was not simple five or ten metres, I could throw and retrieve my daggers at a distance of 50-100 metres. I called it stringless, because the strings were made from my Aura. They tried defending, but their bodies were not as strong as those of a Human. They relied on illusions and manipulation, and although they had access to their abilities, combat was not their forte. "Boom!","Boom!", "Boom!", "Boom!"... My Aura daggers punched a multitude of holes in each Eterian trying to flee.

The voice of huge Mordar sounded again, "We surrender... Human! Let us leave... We will not attack you again!". I appeared in front of his eye, and replied "No one will walk away from here alive. Nothing will survive, not even your seed". I raised my hand up, as hundreds of daggers destroyed the eyes of the huge Mordar. This was the end of Mordar Army. The battle was over. My body felt heavy, and my Aura disappeared. I was tired, I felt like I overused my strength multiple times. I no longer had the strength to stand, and fell face first onto the roots. The huge Mordar began falling down, I fell with it. "Booom!", the Mordar crashed into the ground, and all its roots became lifeless. The last thing I heard was some familiar screams, and more Mordar screeches.
