Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 583: Arielle And The Three Dragon’s Egg
Sasha had indeed seen the king’s face without a mask. However, it felt a little strange if the king didn’t wear a mask when there were several guards, maids, and servants in the dining hall with them. Usually, if the king wanted to take off his mask, then people that hadn’t gained permission to see his face would be waiting outside.
Ronan raised his eyebrows when he could feel that someone had been stared at him for a long time. He turned to Sasha who was sitting next to Irene.
"You, sit here," Ronan said while pointing to an empty chair beside him. The chair was opposite Arielle.
Sasha, who felt that he was not on the same level as Arielle, asked, "Why? Isn’t that for people with higher positions?" His tone was clearly confused..
Ronan just didn’t like seeing Sasha sitting beside his sister.
"The king’s orders," he said curtly.
Sasha was a little annoyed because he couldn’t sit next to Irene. The boy got out of his chair and walked around the long dining table, and sat down in the chair Ronan pointed at. He turned to Irene and blushed when the princess turned out to be looking at him too. When Sasha turned to Arielle, the blush on his face grew even more intense because Arielle gave him a look that said she knew something. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝚠𝚎𝚋𝗻𝗼𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝚘𝐦

The maids arrived, bringing various kinds of food for the four of them.
"I heard you bought bread and warm milk for the people who were going to meet me?" asked Ronan.
Arielle confirmed. "Yeah. The money you gave Aimee for me still left a lot so I bought it for them. At least they’re not starving while waiting to see you."
Ronan just nodded. If that was what Arielle wanted, then he was absolutely fine. Arielle was free to use her money for whatever the girl wanted. Perhaps after this, Ronan would consider allocating some money to buy something like that again in the future, so that the money for his wife didn’t decrease.
"Did you enjoy your time outside the palace? What are both of you doing?" Ronan asked curiously. He also wanted to know if Arielle was enjoying her time outside the palace or not.
"I really enjoyed my time outside the palace. How about you, Irene?" Arielle asked Irene who was sitting quietly beside her.
Sasha, who was about to drink from his glass, paused for a moment to listen to the little princess’s answer.
"Yes. It’s fun," Irene said simply.
"But it was cold, right?" Arielle asked again to get more answers from Irene.
The little girl nodded. "Yes. It was very cold."
"Arielle, has Princess Irene been living outside the north all this time?" asked Sasha, expressing his curiosity.
How should Arielle answer it? Irene lived in Birwick. Birwick Mountain was still part of Northendell, but the place was a bit different...
"That’s right. Irene lived with my relatives outside Northendell for some reason. You’re still a kid, so you won’t understand," answered Ronan, making Arielle and Sasha turn to the man.
Arielle felt the tone that Ronan used was a little sharper than it should be. She gave her husband a small smile so the man wouldn’t have to worry, although Arielle also didn’t know what Ronan was worrying about.
The lunch went pretty quickly because Ronan had to go back to the main hall to listen to the complaints of the citizens of Northendell, which was far more crowded than usual. Meanwhile, Arielle returned to her room to see Abigail’s eggs.
Sasha and Irene were being accompanied by Aimee and Tania until the afternoon.
Arielle saw every vine that formed on the black rock-like surface of the eggs. The shells had cooled down and hardened from not getting their mother’s warmth to incubate them. She then did something, as suggested by Otis.
Arielle reached out her hands to touch the three eggs and released flames from her palms. She let out the hottest flames she could produce so that it formed a beautiful blue color.
The task was quite heavy. Arielle could not guess when the black layer that wrapped around the dragon eggs would come off. She remembered how beautiful the eggs were when they still had Abigail’s warmth. Their white shells looked so smooth that there was a reflection of light on the surface like a rainbow after heavy rain.
Arielle started to sing, remembering the tune of the song Otis mumbled when he sent Abigail away the last time.
When Arielle looked at the eggs, time flew so fast that she didn’t notice her surroundings.
Arielle looked at all the surfaces of the shells carefully, hoping that there would be a change appearing. Sweat began to trickle on her temples. She was already able to control her power well, but releasing her power required a lot of energy. When Arielle felt her head start to feel dizzy and her vision turned blurry, she let go of her hands.
Arielle squeezed her hands together so that all the flames were extinguished at once. She almost fell backwards, but someone held her shoulders.
Arielle looked up weakly. "Ronan? You’re here?"
"What do you mean I’m here? I’ve been sitting here for two hours watching you," the man said, making Arielle frown.
"Two hours?" Arielle asked in disbelief.
Ronan lifted Arielle’s body. The girl looked more tired than him who had met hundreds of people in one day. He finished at six o’clock and wanted to invite Arielle to have dinner with him.
Aimee said Arielle was still sitting alone in her room and didn’t want to be disturbed, so Ronan came to see her condition. Seeing Arielle’s back, who was sitting up straight, it seemed that the girl had not yet felt tired. Ronan then sat on the chair while looking at Arielle’s back, which was humming a song he had never heard.
It was so beautiful. Ronan could her sing everyday and he won’t get bore at all. He wished, she could sing for him too tonight.
