Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 737: The Crazy Morning
Arielle took one step back. She thought it was better if she didn’t interfere. Then, Arielle opened the kitchen cabinet. It was where the maids stored the groceries. She was looking for beef ribs to make a hangover soup.
Arielle would make four portions for grown-up men and something delicious for herself, Aimee, and Irene. Arielle stopped chopping carrots when she heard William scream from outside. It was followed by Lazarus who screamed in pain. Arielle was grateful that she had saved her husband last night.
"I’m sorry, William, Lazarus and also Lord Kael. I can’t help you if Aimee is already angry. To be honest, I’m also scared," Arielle muttered while pouring the corresponding amount of water into the pot.
Arielle tried to sing to drown out the voices from outside the kitchen. She didn’t forget to open the kitchen window to let in the morning breeze. Arielle thought the morning breeze near the sea would be very cold, but all she felt was a warm breeze. She had never felt anything like this before.
At first, Arielle planned to release a little of her power to make the atmosphere in the kitchen warm, but it looked like it wasn’t needed.

Arielle still remembered how to cook. She knew very well the combination of ingredients, as well as the spices that must be included to bring out the best taste she had ever tried. Making friends with the workers in the palace certainly helped Arielle to have a lot of knowledge about cleaning, tidying up rooms, cooking, or other skills that could make her life easier.
The commotion outside the kitchen hadn’t died down. It sounded like the shatter of broken glass, but Arielle tried to think positively that it was just the sound of an empty alcohol bottle being accidentally knocked over.
Arielle tasted the soup she had made. It wasn’t salty enough, so she added a pinch of salt.
Then, the kitchen door was open. William arrived with a face that looked very tortured. His hair was very messy, as he hadn’t had the luxury of time to tidy it up yet. He held his bleeding hand while mumbling something.
"Ugh... damn you, Aimee. This is really my unlucky day," the man growled quietly.
"Good morning, William."
William just realized that there was someone other than himself in the kitchen. He turned and fell silent for a moment. He didn’t expect that he would meet Arielle on such a terrible morning.
"Yes-Your Majesty... please don’t say anything to Aimee about what I just said," William pleaded with a pitiful face.
Arielle put down the soup spoon and asked William to come closer. She tapped on the cold water faucet and slightly warmed it with her power so that the flowing water turned warm.
"Let’s clean the wound first, William."
William hesitated a bit. He wasn’t sure if he should come closer or not. However, the blood kept dripping down from his hands until it dirtied the floor.
"Come here, William. Why did you just stand silently like that?" asked Arielle who was ready to help the man to clean his wound.
"Ah, my apologies, Your Majesty."
William sniffed at the smell of alcohol emanating from his body and stretched out his hand so he could be as far away from Arielle as possible.
After helping clean William’s wound, Arielle ordered the man to immediately see a doctor to heal the wound in his hand. Just as William closed the door, a few seconds later, Kael came with a part of his hand that was also injured.
The man fell silent. He planned to find another place to wash the wound in his hand. Kael didn’t want Arielle to feel uncomfortable with the smell of alcohol coming from his body. Kael was a quiet person. He just lowered his head apologetically and was about to turn around, but Arielle called him.
"Lord Kael," Arielle called softly.
Kael turned around briefly without saying anything.
"Wouldn’t you like to clean your wound first?"
"I can do it elsewhere, Your Majesty."
Arielle opened the faucet again and released a little of her power to make the flowing water warm.
"Come here, it’s fine. The water here is warm," she said, asking Kael to come closer.
Kale then accepted the queen’s offer and cleaned the wound caused by accidentally being hit by a broken glass bottle. Arielle just stood beside him, making Kael’s face slowly adorned with red hues.
After all the blood on his hands was washed away by the warm water, Kael didn’t forget to thank the queen. Arielle also ordered the big man to immediately see a doctor to treat his wound.
Before Kael could leave, Lazarus also appeared with Aimee. Lazarus’ lips seemed to tremble like someone who was holding back himself from shedding tears. Aimee caught up to the man, and Arielle could see the same wound on the woman’s hand. It seemed that this time, Arielle didn’t need to help because Lazarus had someone watching over him.
Kael rushed out of the kitchen because he didn’t want to hear his sister’s swearing again this morning. He was still in shock due to the attitude of his younger sister who he never thought would be that rude. His younger sister did have a stubborn nature, but he never thought that she could say the dirty words that William or Lazarus used to utter.
At that time, when Kael tried to calm Aimee, his sister got even scarier. His survival instinct worked quickly, and at that very second, he locked his mouth from uttering a single word.
"Oya... yes... yes... I understand, Aimee. I am not a child," replied Lazarus weakly.
Arielle gave her back to the two of them, not wanting to interrupt or help Lazarus.
"After this, go to the doctor to treat your wound. If the three of you try to run away, I will chase you with all my might. Tell that to William as well as my brother. Do you understand?" asked Aimee grumpily.
Lazarus just nodded, then ran as if he had just been freed from the trap of the scariest monster in the sea.
