Magus: Rise of the Darkness Empress-Chapter 104: Ch : Chaos in the Count’s Castle
With their insanely high speed, both of the ladies needed a very short period of time to reach near the castle of the count. This time they did not go inside and instead kept an eye on it from the outside.
After noticing the commotion, a lot of people had gathered to see what was happening near the vicinity of the castle. That was why Weiss and Elise had no trouble blending into the crowd and keeping themselves hidden.
Weiss’s aura and presence isolation techniques also showed extremely good effects. So without being disturbed by anyone, both of the ladies were able to focus on their senses and observe the spectacle happening in and around the castle.

The castle was currently in more of a chaos than when Weiss and the other ladies were attacking it. Just as Weiss had expected, quite a lot of people were busy looting the silver, gold and other valuables from the treasury. But their were also outliers who were not interested in money and instead their interest was in something else.
One of the guards did not go to the treasury to take the money and instead he visited the room of one of the wives of the count. And then he break through the door of the room and started to fuck the lady who was inside.
That guard did not care about anything else and just shook his hips on top of the lady. He also kissed her to his heart content and indulged in the pleasure. It was very clear that he currently was in his highest state of mind.
There was also another man who had tried to release his killing intent in this troublesome situation and had cut down a maid and a guard. But unfortunately, he was not a very strong person and was cut in two by another guard who was trying to defend against him.
These types of brutal scenes were not rare in the castle at the current moment. But what Weiss and Elise were more interested in were the offsprings of the count.
From what they were able to sense, currently only four of his offsprings were in this castle. Two of them were girls and other two were boys.
His other offsprings were most likely already married or exiled. There was also a possibility that someone was send to other cities for some reason.
Among these four heirs of the Dorek family, it looked like one of the son had quite a few loyal soldiers. And from the way those soldiers started to move against the other heirs, it was very clear that they had bad intentions.
But the other heirs also had their own security measure. And as there were a lot of people currently watching, the heir with a large army was unable to make any serious moves.
The other heirs and their guardians were also not just sitting around. They were all racking their brains and were trying to find out what would be most profitable thing to do for them in the current situation.
In the whole castle, there was only Chaos and not even a little bit of sadness in anyone’s heart. Even though the lord of this castle had died just some time ago, there was no one shedding any tears for him.
Just from this, it was very clear what kind of man this count was. He was not loved or respected by any of his subordinates or even his wives and children. So much so that not even a single person was willing to mourn him.
This scene actually made Elise very happy. As her revenge target was getting humiliated even after his death, how could she not feel happy and vindicated.
As this was happening, Weiss noticed a suspicious movement by one of the knights. He was an official knight and only one of the remaining two present in the castle.
The other knights had immediately went to protect one of the heirs of the count and from the conversation he had with the mother of this child, Weiss came to know of a scandalous truth.
This so called heir of the count was actually not his child at all. Instead this child’s father was the knight himself. So he was trying to secretly take over the Dorek family by conspiring with his secret lover who was also one of count’s wives.
Even though this was quite entertaining, Weiss was more interested in the suspicious movement of the second knight level powerhouse. He was currently in the dark and empty garden of the castle and was trying to find something there.
Weiss was very curious about what he was searching for. So she was keeping all her senses focused on him. There was a high possibility that this knight knew about some sort of treasure that the count had hidden in the garden. And depending on the value of the treasure, Weiss might want to get her hands on it.
There was also another man who was currently frantically searching the library and the study of the castle for a very important thing. And that important thing was the knight’s secret art that the Dorek family used.
The person who was doing this searching was a high level knight apprentice and it looked like he wanted to get his hands on the superior quality secret art of the count.
But unfortunately for him, Elise had already taken the main manuscript of the secret art from the dead body of the count. So currently, only if the count had some extra copies of this Secret Art, only then this person could get what he wished for.
As Weiss was keeping an eyes on the knight, she suddenly noticed that the knight in question had actually managed to find what he was searching for. From a corner of the garden, he had actually managed to dug out a metal chest.
Weiss and Elise immediately made their move and entered the castle again. Even when the castle was being strictly guarded, they could have manage to slip in. So in the current chaotic situation, going in was even easier.
As the knight unlocked the chest with a key that he had and was about to open it, a sword pierced through the back of his head. And the man immediately died without even being able to enjoy the fruits of his labour.
After killing the man, Weiss finally focused on the now unlocked metal chest and kicked it open with her legs.
So what we inside it ?
