Married To The Dragon Prince Against My Will-Chapter 261: PLEASURE PUNISHMENT
"Ashen..." Her voice barely escaped before his presence swallowed the space between them.
In one swift movement, his arm wrapped around her waist, hauling her upright from the ground as though she weighed nothing at all.
Her feet barely touched stone before he turned, his stride long carrying her straight out of the cold chamber.
Behind them, the air trembled and the Silver needles shuddered, then slid free from Adam’s body one by one, yanked out by force.
They clattered softly against the floor as Ashen’s power closed around them without a backward glance.
Lumina noticed and a smile tugged at her lips.
She shifted closer, pressing herself into his chest, her fingers curling into the fabric of his robe. Her nose brushed against his collar as she breathed him in, grounding herself in the familiar warmth and scent.
"I missed you," the words slipped out, small and unguarded.
The muscles beneath her cheek tightened.
"And yet," his voice rumbled low in his chest, "you were with him."
A scoff burst from her before she could stop it. Her head tilted back slightly, blindfold catching the light. "You already knew he dragged me away. Or do you truly believe I would follow that creature willingly?" His pace faltered.
He stopped just outside their chambers.
Ashen lowered his head, his forehead nearly touching hers. One hand lifted, fingers hovering near her face without quite touching. His breathing deepened.
"Because you are my wife," the words were heavy with possession and fear intertwined. "I know the woman I chose and love, so I knew you let him pick you up."
Her lips curved as they entered the chambers. Servants lined the corridor instantly, dropping to their knees in perfect unison.
Lumina stiffened as their head turned slowly from one servant to another, confusion flickering across her features.
"Why are there so many of you here?" Ashen paused, clearly startled.
He glanced around, realization striking late. A quiet breath left him. "You were meant to conduct your formal audience with the new servant," he told him.
Her brows lifted beneath the blindfold.
"So soon?" Amusement danced in her tone.
A flicker of hesitation crossed his face. Then resolve hardened his hardened expression.
"No." His voice cut through the kneeling figures like a blade. "Wait for her, she will be back soon." No one dared question it.
The servants withdrew instantly, retreating with lowered gazes.
Lumina turned toward him. "Why?"
Before another word could leave her mouth, the chamber doors closed with a decisive thud.
She barely had time to inhale before strong arms lifted her again.
The air shifted and steam curled around them. Her senses registered water and a heartbeat too late.
Her body plunged into the spring with a sharp gasp, icy water swallowing her waist. She shrieked, hands slapping against the surface as shock ripped through her.
"Ashen!" Her voice echoed against stone walls. "It’s freezing!" She tried to climb out but her limbs refused to obey.
An invisible force pressed her gently yet firmly back into the spring, holding her in place.
Fury flashed across her face. "Do not even think of using your power on me!"
A low, dangerous hum vibrated through the room.
Her struggles slowed as realization dawned that he was angry.
"I warned you," his voice rolled from behind her, cold as the water trapped her.
"You were warned not to go near Adam." Her shoulders dropped slightly as it slid into place.
"So that’s it," she muttered, teeth chattering. "You are punishing me now?"
"He once poisoned you! And you still trust yourself to go closer to him!" She huffed, resignation lacing her tone. "Fine. I am sorry, please release me. I am freezing."
The invisible restraint loosened and surged forward, water splashing as she stretched her arms toward him. "Pull me out."
He turned away and her hands grasped nothing but air.
"Ashen." he refused to help her.
Her lips pressed together. A frustrated sound escaped her as she hauled herself out of the spring alone, water streaming down her hair and clothes. Each step toward him left wet prints on the stone floor.
She stopped behind him.
"You," the word cracked like a whip.
She brushed past him, shoulder bumping his arm with force. Halfway across the room, she paused.
Her head tilted a dangerous calm settled over her, and along with her powers, she pushed him inside the spring bath.
Ashen barely had time to turn before the force slammed into him, shoving him backward straight into the spring. Water erupted violently as his body hit the surface.
Lumina folded her arms, dripping wet, lips curved in triumph.
"Now," she murmured sweetly, "we’re even."
Ashen never expected it. The fall caught him off guard, but Lumina made a mistake as his instinct took over. He used his telekinesis to pull her with him into the spring bath, wrapping his arms around her, pressing her against his chest to protect her from the surface so she wouldn’t get hurt.
"Ashen..." she gasped, spluttering as water filled her mouth, panic flashing in her eyes. She tried to push him away, but he held her firmly, his hands unyielding.
"You forced me."
Then he locked his lips with hers as His lips crushed hers, demanding, claiming. Her lips parted under his, and his tongue slid inside, slow, teasing, exploring.
She tried to resist, coughing and gasping for air, her hands pushing at his chest, but he only tilted her head, deepening the kiss. The taste of water, of her intoxicating scent, filled his senses.
He nipped at her lower lip, tugging it gently between his teeth before sucking it, making her shiver despite herself.
Every movement of his mouth was slow pressing, sliding, flicking, flicking and stroking her tongue with his in a rhythm both possessive and teasing. Her own lips trembled, caught between the need to breathe and the magnetic pull of his kiss.
When she struggled, he didn’t relent. He traced a path along her jaw, leaving wet, heated kisses along her neck. He pressed his lips to her collarbone, flicking his tongue over the sensitive skin there, eliciting gasps and shivers. Each kiss burned, each touch igniting something dangerous and irresistible inside her.
She tried to push him away, tried to fight for air, but the water pressed around them, their bodies pressed together, and his hands kept her in place.
Her breaths came in ragged gasps, mingling with the sound of the water around them. Her body trembled with a mixture of panic and desire, unable to resist the heat radiating from him. And through it all, he held her close, possessive and careful, making sure she was safe even as he made her ache with every press of his lips and flick of his tongue.
When at last he let her breathe, their foreheads pressed together, wet hair plastered to their skin, hearts racing, breaths mingling. The spring bath around them seemed to boil with their closeness, a mixture of danger, desire, and undeniable longing.
"Never I mean never... go close to Adam.." He warned once again.
