Married to the loveless CEO-Chapter 149: Ominous
Becca’s pregnancy for Davian was proven to be true in a couple of days time.
While Becca rejoiced about it, both Silvia and Davian were torn.
It was bedtime. Silvia and Davian just got the results of the test today and not one of them has spoken to each other since then.
Silvia was already done getting dressed in her night attire and so she got into the bed while Davian finished up and joined her soon.
Davian lied on his back facing the high ceilings while Silvia lied on her side backing him.
None of them would be able to get any sleep tonight. You could cut the tension in the air right now. They needed to talk.
Davian was the first to make a move. He started moving close to her.
"Silvia," his deep, husky and mesmerizing voice called out to her as his hand landed on her shoulder.
"Abort the baby." He heard her say.
"What?" he responded.
She turned towards him, "I didn’t speak a foreign language, did I? Tell her to abort the pregnancy."
"You can’t ask this of me, you can’t ask this of us. That’s my child we’re talking about Silvia, regardless of the circumstances the child did nothing wrong, it didn’t ask to be brought into this world and it therefore has a right to life, a right to live." Davian tried to see reasons with her.
"I don’t care." Silvia told him with a straight face. She can’t live with the fact that her own children will have to share their father with another woman’s child. Over her dead body.
"Silvia please, that baby is still my child regardless of who the mother is. This isn’t you Silvia, do you realize what you’re asking me of? You’re asking me to murder my own child," Davian continued.
"I don’t see what the fuss is all about, people do it everyday-"
"I’m not ’people’ Silvia!" Davian cut her off angrily.
Silvia tried her best to hold her tears back, her throat burned and her heart ached.
Davian sighed, "I’m sorry. But Silvia-"
"If you don’t want to abort the baby, then you’ll have to choose between me or your baby and other woman!" Silvia interrupted him and started getting off the bed.
Davian held her hand, "Silvia please, don’t make me choose. Don’t do this."
Silvia yanked her hand away from him and dashes out of the room angrily.

Fi and Cia just arrived at the restaurant where they’d be having lunch. They sat down and ordered their meals. When it arrived, they ate and chatted happily.
"I really don’t care if it’s a big wedding or a small wedding, as long as it’s with you I’m the happiest and luckiest bride." Cia uttered.
"Haha, you make me blush my love," Fi replied, his hand intertwined hers on the table.
Suddenly, his eyes landed on a man across the restaurant. The man seemed familiar, but Fi couldn’t quite pinpoint who he was or where he had known him from.
Almost immediately, another ominous looking man walked into the restaurant. He was tall, wearing all black, from his face cap, his shades, his clothes, and even his gloves and face mask.
He had a bag over his shoulder and soon he sat on a table, not too far away from the man Fi was trying to recognize.
The ominous looking man dropped the bag and walked towards the restroom of the restaurant.
"Are you okay, Fi?" He heard Cia say and he finally turned his attention to her.
"My love," he started.
"Are you okay? What’s wrong? Did you see something or someone?" She questioned and tried turning towards the direction that had stolen Fi’s attention but he stopped her.
"It’s nothing my love. I have to use the men’s restroom. Excuse me," he said.
"Okay." She replied.
Fi walked towards the restroom and when he got there, he met the man who was having a conversation with someone over the phone.
"I have planted the bomb successfully boss." The man told.
{Good. Don’t leave that place until you confirm that that snake is dead. He’s as sneaky as a fox, if he manages to escape the bomb... Make sure to finish the job!} Fi heard the other person say over the phone. The man’s voice was so loud that Fi could pick up the words even if the phone wasn’t on speaker.
"Okay boss." The man responded and hung up. Just as he was about to leave, he was pinned to the wall by Fi.
"Hey!" The man fought so hard to get out of Fi’s grasp.
"Start talking!" Fi ordered.
It took some while before the man could finally open up to Fi, after much torture.
"No boss please...I didn’t come here for you, I came here for someone else." The man confessed, he was still being pinned to the wall.
"Who?" Fi questioned.
"The advanced looking man sitting across the restaurant, with grey hair and eyes, well dressed in all white. He’s Don Michigan and my boss is after him because he double crossed him." The man added.
Don Michigan? Of course, Fi knew him. No wonder he looked so familiar, Fi had done some transaction a couple of times with him.
"Who’s your boss?" Fi inquired.
"De’linger jnr." The man answered.
De’linger jnr.? He was the new leader of the Soviet society and Fi’s group were the ones that supplies them bombs and other merchandise.
"Hmm ..." Fi trailed off as he twisted the man’s arm even more.
"Ahhh," the man screams echoed over the restroom.
"Disarm the bomb now!" Fi commanded.
"I’m sorry boss, but I can’t. I’m just the delivery guy, I don’t know how to disarm a bomb. For all I know that bomb could go off now-"
BOOM!!!!!!!
The bomb went off. The intensity of it was so great that the men felt it in the restroom, infact the restaurant was starting to fall apart. How would the main restaurant be?
Cia!
Her name echoed in his head even as he rolled on the floor struggling to get up. His head and ears were ringing but all he could think about right now was her.
’Cia! No, Cia was in there.’ He thought as he tried to get up.
