"So, you're saying his spiritual power is even stronger than the leader's?" Mouse said in disbelief, "How did he do it?"

Cat, Dog, and Cow all shook their heads, "No idea."

Then all four turned to look at the last person, "Crane, you're smarter than us, take a guess at how he did it."

"..." Crane was speechless, "That's called reasoning, not guessing! Guessing is baseless and wildly imaginative. Reasoning is connecting facts step by step to arrive at the truth. The two can't be compared!"

All four spoke in unison, "Whatever, just reason it out."

"Seriously..." Crane was exasperated.

Did these clumsy guys not understand what I just said?

Not knowing a thing about the person, how am I supposed to reason anything out?

Blind reasoning?

Isn't that just guessing?

Seeing the four looking at him expectantly, Crane bluffed, "Maybe his spiritual power already broke through the limits."

All four scoffed, "Isn't that just a guess? How could a newcomer, who hasn't even been in the Matrix for two months, break through the spiritual power limit that countless generations in the Outer City couldn't?"

Crane was furious, "I've never even seen him, know nothing about him; I don't even know what he looks like, how could I reason anything useful? Of course, I can only guess! Besides, who says you can't break through the spiritual power limit in less than two months in the Matrix? Maybe he's just exceptionally talented in this area and managed to do it."

Old Cow laughed, "That's not guessing anymore, that's nonsense. If someone really broke the spiritual power limit, the Terminal would definitely know and issue a task to collect the breakthrough method…"

"Wait a minute!" Cat suddenly remembered something and exclaimed, "I heard someone talking about something when I was handling matters in the Outer City, it might be related to that person!"

"What's it now?" Dog complained, "Can't you just say it all at once?"

"I just remembered..." Cat's expression changed, and suddenly turned to stare intently at the darkness not far away, warning, "Something's up, be on guard!"

At the warning, everyone dropped the food in their hands, grabbed weapons, and stood back-to-back in a combat formation.

The next second, a shadow shot out from the darkness, heading straight for Crane's face.

A shield instantly appeared in Crane's hand, with the image of a mystical turtle engraved on the surface, causing ripples of mysterious light as the shadow struck it.

"A twisted creature dares to come courting death," Crane smirked coldly, switching weapons, the shield transforming into two crescent-shaped hooks, ready to charge and deal with the attacking twisted creature when he suddenly paused.

Looking up, he saw a large number of shadows appearing from the darkness, each as large as a small mountain, limbs twisted and grotesque, indescribable.

"So many!?" Crane's breath caught, then the group grew utterly excited, "How many magic crystals would that be!?"

Old Cow shouted, "Stay steady, don't get careless."

Then, like a war chariot, he charged out, slamming into the nearest twisted creature, flipping its mountainous body to the ground.

"Stay steady?" Mouse muttered, his figure crouched a bit more and vanished.

The next second, the twisted creature nearest to him had its limbs severed, with slime spraying about, and the environment's latent negative emotions fluctuated violently.

"We're going to make a fortune this time," Cat exclaimed excitedly, tiptoeing and nimbly weaving between the twisted creatures, and whenever he paused, the sound of flesh tearing could be heard.

One by one, the twisted creatures gradually disintegrated, turning into wriggling scraps of flesh on the ground.

"Calm down, it's a small scene," Dog swung a bone club, smashing a large dent into a twisted creature's body, the immense force turning its flesh into mush, "It's just a little over a hundred Red Magic Crystals, what's there to get so worked up about?"

In the eyes of the five, over a hundred twisted creatures posed no threat at all; instead, they were all thrilled like they were on adrenaline.

No one noticed that the shadows cast by the firelight were wriggling, struggling, trying to break free of the ground.

"Aren't there too few twisted creatures in the Sin Domain?"

Li Zheng walked slowly on the desolate land, glancing around and checking the lines of information from Prelis' Eye. 𝓯𝙧𝙚𝒆𝙬𝙚𝒃𝙣𝙤𝒗𝓮𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢

"About thirty minutes ahead, you might encounter a little cutie with a white Twisted Magic Crystal."

"White Magic Crystal... Too far, don't feel like going."

Shook his head and changed direction.

"About thirty minutes ahead, you might encounter a medium cutie with a white Twisted Magic Crystal."

"What the heck is a medium cutie?" Li Zheng sneered, "Stronger than a little cutie?"

Changed direction again.

"Within thirty minutes ahead there's nothing, going further might yield something, or it might be a wasted trip."

All right, seems like the place with the medium cutie is the only option.

Li Zheng spread out his Thunderbolt Wings and flew high into the sky, heading in that direction.

He'd already passed through the Fourth Gathering Zone without alerting the person in charge, directly moving on to a deeper area.

Contrary to his expectations, even here, the Outer City's inhabitants had almost completely cleared it over the long years, and there were no twisted creatures near the Gathering Zone.

The scenes he'd imagined, filled with monsters and difficult battles, weren't visible at all.

During the search, Prelis' Eye detected several small teams of Outer City residents, all searching around the Sin Domain for twisted creatures, but destined to be busy for nothing.
