Watching from the tower above, the purple-haired woman tilted her glasses back to love her bridge. Shit, who's come here again? Is it those damn Adventurers again...?

Clicking her tongue, she went back inside, tucking any wayward hair out of her way. Cracking her fingers, she lifted her ripped arms and tapped onto one of the Orbs. A bright screen displayed itself, showing various scenes around and across the mansion. Seeing that everything other than the main road was empty, she nodded in delight, forcing back onto the main intruders.

Upon witnessing their first retreat, she puffed her chest with pride, happy to see the unfortunate adventurers flee in terror again.

Yet this did not deter them...

By some sheer miracle, they managed to find the Guardian's weakness, designing some sort of 'anti-magical' explosive, destroying the golem she painstakingly bought. Noooooo! I mortgaged my house for this...!

Before she could even process her loss, the trio stormed their way through, destroying every trap she had laid on the mansion grounds. Knowing she had literally nothing left, she implemented her final failsafe...

Just as Celine began panicking, her connection with the puppet was interrupted. This gave them a chance to land their finishing blows on the Beast of Mystefun, breaking apart its body. Without giving it a chance to recollect itself, Simon smashed his hammer right into the knight's helmet, shattering the pseudo-receiver stuck deep within.

As soon as the red light disappeared, the remaining armour pieces which began floating, quickly fell, no longer under control.

But this did not matter to Lewis, for he had other pressing issues...

"Celine... W-why...why are you here!?"

Voice cracking at the sight of the crouching...being...in front of him, he could not believe his eyes. Here was the love of his life, his soulmate, controlling that abomination in the hallway, killing the Adventurers who came here. Unable to comprehend it, he collapsed onto the floor, his mind shattered at the revelation.

Just as Celien was about to explain, faint footsteps could be heard coming from downstairs. Within a few seconds, the door burst again (this time with the added gift of flying splinters). Emerging from the ruins were a berserk Dwarf and a wincing Elf, both carrying their respective weapons.

""Where is the demon!""

Yet they also froze in shock upon confronting the 'demon', for it was none other than their one-time acquaintance...

"Ms...Celine? W-why are you here!?"

Unable to comprehend the scene in front of his eyes, Simon could not help but ask the cowering mastermind why she was here. Duncan, on the other hand, squinted his eyes. Ignoring the gaping hole on his shoulders, he pointed his trembling staff at her.
