Mountain Sitting Immortal-Chapter 387: Red Alliance.
Chapter 387: Red Alliance.
As members of the Red Alliance, an alliance set up to appreciate a certain Arthur Red Mane for helping them and to help other people who Arthur Red Mane helped, it is part of their customs to look like their role model, who happens to be Arthur Red Mane.
When they first established themselves 20 years ago, Arthur thought that they were an unserious fan club. He couldn’t take them seriously when they dyed their hair to look like him.
He doesn’t even have red hair anymore, so if they truly wanted to look like him, they should have dyed their hair green.
They were not accurately portraying him, so he thought that they were not a serious group of people. But 20 years has proven that they truly mean business.
Raor jumped over and cast a shadow over the three of them. The three of them looked up to see what it was that blocked the sunlight above them.
When they saw that it was Roar and he was riding on Roar, their eyes lit up, and they took out their identity card to inform people that he had come out of his house.
They were informing the higher-ups in the Red Alliance. Those higher-ups are the people who pay people to take turns standing in front of his house to see when he will be out.
Now that it has been confirmed that he is out, those people will like to see him and maybe help him in one way or another. So they will be hurrying over now or at least send someone over to watch him and make sure that they will be available if he needs help.
When Arthur saw this, he urged Roar, "Let’s go before they come."
Roar shot away and left the three of them in the dust. But Roar didn’t go far, as he had to stop in front of Thor’s house to wait for him.
As he waited, he sent a message to Thor saying, "Hurry up."
Thor received the message and sent one back. "I’m coming. I’m coming."
This wait gave the three people time to come over to speak to Arthur. They came over enthusiastically with smiles on their faces and eyes shining with excitement.
They both wanted to come over to speak to him, but they also didn’t want to offend him. They were both in awe of him and afraid of him.
Eventually one of them picked up the courage to speak. He asked, "Do you need help, Arthur?"
Arthur shook his head from where he sat atop Roar as he replied, "Not yet, I don’t. If I need help, I’ll make sure to call you."
The guy nodded and said solemnly, "Please do. If I can help, I will make sure to do so to the best of my capabilities."
Arthur was sure of that even without hearing the solemn promise. This made him sigh and say inwardly, "I guess this is what celebrities feel like."
He minds the stalking a little. But the main issue he has with a lot of people that look up to him and want to help him is that very few of them can help him in any meaningful way.
Most of them are just too weak to be of help to him. But he understands that they are sincere and don’t mean him any harm, which is why he can continue to tolerate them.
The Red Alliance was established by the people he had thought of personally when he was still in Agate City and taught lessons in his dojo.
Many of the people he taught back then managed to enter the Blood Skull sect. After two generations of them gained admission into the sect, they decided to come together and establish the Red Alliance in order to help him expand the Red Dojo.
The time of the establishment of the Red Alliance was three years after he began sending money to his mother to help him expand the Red Dojo all over the Five Veins region.
The people who set it up were grateful for what he did for them and wanted to help others enjoy the benefit of the Red Dojo. So the Red Alliance was set up specifically to help the Red Dojo alliance expand. But their goal has since changed since then.
The Red Alliance has now become big enough that they are also assisting the people who join them. They have become the go-to alliance for everyone he has helped over the past 23 years of expanding the Red Dojo, and they also accept other people, so they have become quite big.
The main reason why their main goal changed from helping him expand the Red Dojo to helping each other was because their members had a strong sense of solidarity and wanted a community to help each other.
Most of the people he helped were people with poor backgrounds who couldn’t afford training fees and the cost of techniques on their own. So they had a strong need for assistance even after entering the sect. It was just right that they decided to help each other.
But even though they started as an alliance for the poor, they have quickly become a powerful alliance. It is because a lot of the members are talented people with a lot of potential.
Over the past 23 years since the Red Dojo began to spread wantonly, he has helped more than 10 million people. If just 1% of those 10 million people managed to enter the Blood Skull sect, 100 thousand people would have entered the Blood Skull sect.
If another 1% out of those 100,000 people had special talent and got admitted through the S-grade, then 1,000 S-grade people will have him to thank.
Reality is harsher than that because most of the people he helped entered the other sects. But even so, about 100 S-grade disciples in the outer sect are in the Red Alliance and have him to thank for the opportunity to make that achievement.
