They stayed in Bali for two days, finished shooting the first set of photos, and then continued their journey by plane to their second stop, Milan.
They were a bit unlucky with the timing; it started raining as soon as they arrived in Milan, and it rained for two consecutive days. Their originally planned schedule had to be postponed.
With no photo shoots to do, Beichen Rui took her and Jingxi to visit some of the famous places around, buying a ton of stuff with plans to take it all back home.
She opened her phone; since they were overseas, there was no signal, so she connected to the hotel’s network and then opened WeChat. A few "ding dong" sounds chimed. She glanced at it; they were all messages from Lan Shan.

When Beichen Rui came back from outside, he saw the living room table covered with various booklets. His grandpa was wearing reading glasses, sitting on the carpet with Ye Xinluo, engrossed in something. Occasionally, they exchanged a few words, and the sound of laughter could faintly be heard from the living room.
He handed his briefcase to Tong Ma, walked into the living room in his slippers, sat on the sofa next to Ye Xinluo, and spoke up, "What are you looking at?"
