Chapter 901: Chapter 897: The Tip Has Been Given, You May Leave

Originally, it was just a teasing joke, but Mia Foster unexpectedly nodded seriously, "Hmm, such excellent skills should indeed be rewarded."

After speaking, she stood up from Felix Shaw’s lap, walked to the bed, picked up a robe, wrapped it around herself, and then headed to the wardrobe.

Despite her legs feeling weak, Mia gritted her teeth and persevered, not letting Felix see her discomfort.

She opened the door, took out her shoulder bag, then opened it and took out her wallet.

As Mia opened her backpack, Felix subconsciously sat up straight, holding a cigarette between his fingers, his dreamy eyes fixated on the shoulder bag in Mia’s arms, unblinking, as if afraid to miss anything.

Mia clutched the shoulder bag to her chest, and when she approached Felix, she pulled out a wad of cash from her wallet and threw it onto him, "Take it, here’s your tip."

Faced with the incoming cash, Felix involuntarily ducked, the colorful bills landing on him and the carpet. He took a drag of his cigarette, stubbed it out in the ashtray, and as he bent to pick up the money, he laughed and said, "Thanks for the sympathy, wifey. After an afternoon of physical labor, this money is perfect for buying some supplements."

Mia shot Felix an impatient glance, then turned back to the wardrobe with her shoulder bag. After closing the wardrobe door, she turned to Felix and said coldly, "Mr. Cowherd, the tip’s been given, you can leave now."

"At your command." Felix had already picked up the tips from his wife, and with one hand exaggeratedly saluting at his forehead, Mia snorted coldly, just about to lie down for a rest, when Felix stood up, and the cushion that was resting on his waist fell to the carpet with his movement.

Seeing that now calm spot, Mia secretly gasped; no wonder she was struggling—turns out... it really is something not to be ignored.

Felix swaggered toward the bathroom, tapping the wad of cash in his palm as he walked, and seeing Mia glaring at him with displeasure, he chuckled thick-skinned, "I’ll take a shower before I go."

Because, after the shower, there’s something important to do!

"You have ten minutes, wash up and leave!"

Mia got on the bed, pulled a thin blanket over herself, every cell in her body screaming with soreness, eager to lie down and rest.

Glancing back at the exhausted woman, Felix smirked mischievously, "How about... together?"

"Get out!" A roar came with a flying slipper.

Felix deftly dodged it, then raised an eyebrow and reminded, "Honey, I’d advise you to save your strength, so you don’t suffer later."

"You dare?" Mia glared, thinking Felix was still referring to that thing, but Felix smiled cryptically, "Whether I dare or not, you’ll find out after I shower."

What seemed like an inappropriate joke turned into a bad premonition when Felix emerged from the bathroom, fully dressed, and headed toward the wardrobe. Mia suddenly felt something was off, threw off the blanket, and hurriedly jumped off the bed, rushing to block him while loudly questioning, "Felix Shaw, what do you want to do?"

"Nothing," Felix had already opened the wardrobe door, grabbed the shoulder bag Mia had just taken out, and with a slight smirk on his lips, he turned to avoid Mia’s grasp and opened the bag, his long fingers delving inside to rummage.

If he hadn’t seen wrong earlier, there should be a visa in the side pocket.
