Chapter 406: Chapter 405: Pretending on Purpose

Anna Morgan, who was looking at clothes, heard the voice and turned her head to see a girl in a suit smiling and speaking to the shop assistant.

The two pieces of clothing mentioned were the ones in Anna’s hands.

Anna had seen quite a few people make such grand gestures to buy out the whole store, many wealthy women showed off their wealth this way.

But the girl was impeccably made up, with an elegant smile, not at all like a nouveau riche, but more like a lady meticulously trained in a prestigious family.

Moreover, she made her purchase without even looking at the styles of clothes available, as if she bought them with her eyes closed.

Is she incredibly rich, or...?

"Wrap them all up." Seeing the shop assistants in a daze, the girl spoke in a calm voice.

Recognizing a big customer, the shop assistant quickly responded with a smile.

"Serena!"

Anna turned her head and saw Serena Sullivan examining the girl and asked, "Do you know her?"

Anna knew all the daughters from the big families in Solaria, but she hadn’t seen this one before.

Serena did not answer; she figured out who she was.

"Dad." The girl came in with her phone, answering a call, "I’m at the mall."

"I saw some clothes I really like in one of the stores."

"Yeah, so I bought them all." The girl chuckled coyly, "You have to reimburse me."

Anna watched the girl coquettishly talking to her dad and whispered to Serena, "Her dad really spoils her."

Many wealthy people wouldn’t really buy out an entire store.

Yet the girl’s father didn’t even ask for the price before agreeing; it was clear this girl was the apple of the family’s eye.

"These clothes are really expensive, and her father is truly rich."

Without batting an eyelash, she bought them all. However sweet and elegant her smile was, Anna simply couldn’t warm up to her. 𝐟𝕣𝗲𝕖𝕨𝗲𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝗲𝚕.𝗰𝚘𝐦

Didn’t she notice they were also buying clothes? She came in and bought up everything else right away.

"The Sterling Family is wealthy," Serena lightly smirked, but similarly, she had no fondness for Miss Sterling.

"Yeah." Anna snapped her fingers as the realization hit her.

"What was I thinking?" No wonder the girl looked familiar, no wonder she couldn’t like her; this was Felicity Sterling.

The Sterling heiress trying to marry Ethan Grant while stepping on Serena.

"She’s here because of you."

Anna stated confidently.

She didn’t believe Felicity Sterling hadn’t seen her and Serena there; clearly, Felicity came in and announced she would buy out the store after seeing them.

Trying to flaunt her wealth at them?

So what if the Sterling Family is rich!

Anna thought of something and immediately took out her phone.

"Anna, what are you doing?"

Serena didn’t understand what Anna was up to, and Anna responded, "I’m calling Ethan Grant."

If there was ever a time for Ethan to show off, it’s now!

Whether Felicity was doing it on purpose or not, these were Ethan’s stores here in Solaria, and it was time to show Felicity a taste of her own medicine.

On the phone, Anna didn’t say much, just told Ethan that Serena was shopping and someone was buying out the entire store.

As for who it was and what Ethan should do, that was his business.

She spoke without regard to Felicity overhearing, deliberately letting the one named Sterling catch wind of it.

"Are you Miss Sullivan?"

As Anna finished her call, Felicity Sterling stepped forward and spoke to Serena with a smiling face.

She smiled, appearing to be very amiable.

"Yes!"

Anna stepped forward, protecting Serena.

"Miss Sterling, didn’t you recognize us when you first came in?"
