My Alluring CEO-Chapter 90 - 89 conflicted
Chapter 90: Chapter 89 conflicted
Andrew Tate realized he wasn’t going to get his way with Emily today.
"Emily, don’t stress. This is a mutual decision. I’m not gonna push you. Take your time to think it over."
He knew that with someone like Emily, he had to win her heart, not corner her.
Only by slowly breaking down her defenses could he eventually win her over.
Emily’s mind was a mess. She couldn’t figure out what had just happened or why she didn’t have the guts to resist.
Was she really swayed by Andrew Tate’s promises?
If so, how was she any different from women like Mary?
"I’ll go now, Mr. Tate." Emily nodded and quickly left.
Back at the office, Emily was still out of it. She didn’t snap out of her daze until after closing time, and she hurried to leave.
Before she could get out, Hunter stopped her.
"What are you doing? This is the office," Emily said with disdain.
"Hunter, why did Andrew Tate sign the contract so fast? Did you let him screw you?"
"Nonsense. we didn’t do anything!"
"Don’t lie. Deep down, you know if it happened or not." Hunter smirked. "I’m not saying anything else, but it’s really not worth it to sleep with an old man like that."
With that, he grabbed Emily and kissed her cheek. "Emily, I really like you. Just let me have you once!"
"Hunter, let go!" Emily struggled hard, stomped on Hunter’s foot with her high heel, and used his pain to break free and run out of the office.
She didn’t expect Hunter to be so bold, harassing her at work.
Hunter wanted to chase after her, but his foot was in so much pain he could barely stand.
He took off his shoe and saw a deep dent created by Emily’s heel, with blood seeping through his sock.
He thought, ’Wendy, you had your chance. Don’t blame me for getting tough.’
Emily ran out of the office, sprinting until she was out of breath. She stopped to catch her breath and saw Jack not far away.
"Jack!" she shouted.
Jack had been wandering around, feeling down all day.
He regretted what he had said to Kay. Although she didn’t do anything wrong, he took it out on her. Jack wanted to apologize, but the thought of Rhodes’ face made him lose the courage to go to her place.
Just then, he heard someone calling his name.
He turned around and saw Emily rushing into his arms, crying uncontrollably.
"Emily, what’s wrong?" he asked.
In all the time he’d known her, Jack had never seen Emily so upset.
Emily didn’t say a word; she just held him tight, tears streaming down her face.
Jack didn’t press her for answers, just held her close.
Feeling her soft chest against him, he didn’t feel desire, just a wave of pity and compassion.
A flicker of anger sparked in Jack’s heart. He needed to find out who had made Emily cry like this.
After Emily had let it all out, she shyly pulled away from Jack, wiped her tears, and said, "I’m okay now. You should head home."
"Emily, what happened?" Jack asked, concern etched on his face.
"Did Hunter bother you again? I’ll go deal with him."
He was ready to storm back to the office.
"Jack, wait." Emily quickly grabbed his hand, looking helpless.
"Don’t be so impulsive. I just felt a bit overwhelmed and needed a shoulder to lean on. I didn’t mean to worry you."
"Really? If it was Hunter, I won’t let him get away with it," Jack said, still skeptical.
"Of course, why would I lie to you?" Emily replied, exasperated. "I’m fine, really. Can you just take me home?"
Jack took her hand and led her home.
At Emily’s doorstep, Jack hesitated for a moment. "Emily, can I hug you again, just like we did a moment ago?"
Emily blushed, closed her eyes, and opened her arms. "I knew you were up to no good, but okay. Just this time."
Jack stepped forward and hugged her tightly.
Feeling her soft chest against him, his body reacted instantly.
Emily felt the hardness pressing against her lower abdomen and knew exactly what it was. Feeling shy, she squirmed a bit.
Her movements made it even harder for Jack to control himself, and he instinctively kissed her.
Emily tried to pull away, keeping her mouth shut tight.
As Jack held her tighter, she felt breathless.
Eventually, she had to take a breath, and Jack took the opportunity to kiss her deeply.
Emily felt dizzy. Despite Jack’s clumsy attempts, she couldn’t help but feel a surge of desire. Pleasure spread through her body, her arousal building quickly.
Jack felt Emily’s body moving against him, and he couldn’t hold back any longer.
They both reached their peak together.
After a moment, they pulled apart. Emily pushed Jack away, her face darkening. "Jack, how could you do this? I could tell your mom!"
"Emily, I’m sorry. I lost control. You can punish me," Jack said, looking dejected.
"Alright." Emily led Jack to the study, turned on the computer, and pointed to a schedule. "Just help me finish this."
Looking at the schedule, Jack felt his head spinning. "Emily, can’t you punish me some other way?"
"Nope, get to it. You can’t leave until it’s done."
"Alright."
Watching Jack focus on the documents, Emily smiled. "That’s right. I’ll make you some coffee later!"
She decided to take a shower first. After their intense moment, she felt sweaty and uncomfortable.
As she reached the bathroom door, she glanced back at Jack, who was diligently working. A hint of sweetness filled her heart.
She thought, ’Even though Jack can be a bit of a perv and bold, he’s obedient to me. It seems he really likes me. But can I truly accept him?’
Emily entered the bathroom, took off her coat, revealing her ample chest tightly wrapped in a white bra, then slipped off her pants, showing her long legs.
Looking at her reflection, Emily felt a twinge of melancholy.
She was not yet twenty-five, in the prime of her life. She wasn’t sure if she wanted to continue living a single life.
Suddenly, Emily had an impulse. She wanted to go out and tell Jack that she liked him too, wanted him to stay and have a good night with her.
But Emily ultimately didn’t act on it.
The idea was too crazy. Once she did it, there would be no turning back.
After some time, she heard Jack’s footsteps outside the bathroom.
Her heart raced, thinking, ’Could Jack be thinking the same, wanting to stay and spend a wonderful night with me?’
"Emily, I’ve finished the schedule. It’s late, so I’ll head back now," Jack called out. "And I did it very seriously, no slacking off. Also. Emily, I love you, forever. See you."
Listening to Jack leave, Emily felt a bit lost.
