We had a reason to go to Ractos

As Sebastian said, there was nothing we could do now but wait for her to wake up.

That being said, if she did not wake up, we would have to find another way.

Another reason… Sebastian was likely thinking of that right now.

“Will sister Tilura be alright?”

“I’m sure that she will. And then you will be able to play again, Liza.”

“Wuff-wuff.”

“Yes…”

While Liza has been listening to the conversation, she did not really understand anything about the Gift.

Besides, she had not been here when I fainted.

After speaking in the drawing room for some time, we all went about our day and waited. Some went to the employees or looked after the fenrirs.

Many of the employees were also worried, and I could see how the duke was well liked here.

In fact, the employees were meant to return after staying one night, however, their stay was extended.

It seemed like a bad idea to send them off with such uncertainty surrounding Tilura.

“Lady Claire, Mr. Takumi. We have received a message from Ractos. They have captured Volgrau’s master.”

As we were spending time in the garden, Sebastian came with the message.

It was a little sooner than expected. However, there were only a few people who had familiars… Besides, the order had come from Claire, so they probably wanted to do it swiftly.

“Volgrau’s maste… Deurgo, wasn’t it? And with Tilura still asleep…”

Claire was wondering if it was a good idea to go back to Ractos at this time.

She was worried and wanted to stay close…

“Um, how was this Deurgo?”

“He was rather violent at first, but they managed to catch him. He is being held in the guardhouse.”

“Alfred. What have you learned about using magic to break a contract?”

“Sebastian seems to be having fun. Well, Mr. Takumi. I will go and prepare.”

“Yes. I’m going to talk to Leo and Volgrau, and then we’ll get ready to go to Ractos.”

Claire followed the smiling Sebastian back into the house.

After I came, there was a lot of knowledge that was suddenly important.

And Sebastian was quite a bookworm, and there was no doubt that his knowledge helped us. Even if it was his hobby, I was grateful…
