“Well, see you in Range village!”
“We will be waiting for you!”
I stood next to Claire and waved my hand as the carriages and horses carrying the employees went through the gate.
Phillip, Nicholas and some of the guards would accompany them.
Some of the people stuck their heads out from the windows and were shouting something.
But Ms. Delia was still crying and I could not understand what she was saying…
“Hehe. I cannot wait to see them all again.”
“Yes.”
Claire smiled.
“…But there is a lot I have to do before then.”
“Mr. Takumi?”
She looked at me with a puzzled expression.
How and when… I had not really decided. But I needed to prepare the place before everyone arrived, and say what needed to be said.
Along with the feeling that things really were about to begin, I also had the feeling that I needed to make myself clear.
“…Huh? Leo? And the fenris?”
“I wonder what happened?”
“Wuff.”
By the time that the carriages were out of sight, Leo, the fenrirs and Volgrau came out from the garden.
Leo barked once, and then they sat in a line in front of us.
Leo was one step ahead, while the fenrirs were behind her, and then there was Volgrau, who carried Sherry on his back.
“Hmm?”
“Ah, it’s Rahle.”
A shadow was cast at my feet, and when I looked up, I saw that Rahle was perched above the gate. The cockatrices were there as well.
“Alright, everyone. Let’s so it!”
“Wuff!”
“Tilura?”
Tilura had been standing behind all of them, and she raised her voice while walking towards Feri.
I didn’t know what was going to happen, and Claire looked very confused.
“Ready… Now!”
Awoooooo!!
Guooonnn!!
Kiiiiiiii!!
“Huh?”
“Kyah!?”
On Tilura’s signal, they had all howled in the direction of the carriages.
It had been so loud that we could feel vibrations through our whole bodies.
“Thank you. Leo, Rahle. Everyone!” 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
“Wuff!”
“Gurr!”

“Ti-Tilura… What was that?”
“We thought that we’d see everyone off! I remembered how Leo howled before, and so…”
Tilura hesitated while talking to Claire.
Apparently, since the employees had been so worried about Tilura when she fainted, she thought she should do something for them as well.
It was to wish them a safe journey and show her gratitude at the same time.
In fact, it had been Feri’s idea. And since the howls of Leo and the fenrirs would help keep other monsters away, they had practiced it after breakfast.
“A safe journey, huh… Well, I suppose Leo’s howl could have that effect.”
Any monsters that might have attacked humans would likely run far away.
After all, it had been loud enough that the employees were sure to have heard it.
I just hoped that it did not scare the horses.
“Yesterday, after talking with Mr. Takumi, I tried to think of ways to have fun and become friends with others!”
Tilura said happily to Claire.
I see… So this would lead to her becoming friends with them.
“So, you used the Gift then?”
“Yes. After testing it out with Mr. Takumi, I thought it would be fine. It really is fun, being able to talk to the fenrirs directly!”
Up until now, we had talked to them through Rahle or Liza, so it must be quite different.
I had already told Claire and Sebastian about what we talked about.
Though, I did not say anything about Lady Josephine…
