"So, what are your thoughts on this matter? Are you going to cooperate with us and defend the border?" Nerith asked, a serious look on her face, as this was no small matter.
Queen Lilith fell silent, her expression turning pale as the weight of the situation settled over her, as if a heavy mountain had suddenly pressed down upon her shoulders.
Lilith took a deep breath to steady herself. Her mind was in turmoil after learning about the dire situation at the border.
"Do I have any other choice? I have no option but to participate in this great war. Whether I want to or not, I have a responsibility to protect my people." She said after a moment of silence, her voice heavy and her expression grave.
"I will cooperate with the Demon Empire to repel the Undead King," she declared, her voice filled with determination. "However…"
"However?" Nerith raised an eyebrow, looking at her with puzzlement.
"However, only I and a few of my elite warriors will participate in this great battle. After all, you are already aware of the current situation of my kingdom." Lilith made her stance clear.
The current situation of the Succubus Kingdom was far from good. Their population had been declining for centuries due to their low birth rate, and the race had endured considerable hardship over the years.
If the entire race were to participate in the battle, the population would reach a critical point, and they might not be able to recover from such losses even after a hundred years.
"It's fine. Considering the situation of your kingdom, I cannot force your entire race to join the battle." Nerith replied with a gentle smile, showing her understanding of Lilith's predicament.
"I'm glad that you understand." Lilith responded with a soft smile.
She then turned her gaze toward Yuan with a seductive smile and said, "Handsome, how about you help this big sister?"
"Help? What kind of help do you need from me?" Yuan raised his brows immediately, staring at her with suspicion.
This woman was incredibly seductive—there was no denying that she was a stunning beauty. However, from her posture and demeanor alone, Yuan could tell that she had likely been with countless men.
A wide smile spread across Lilith's face as she replied, "What else could it be? Of course, help this big sister make some babies. Help increase the population."
Yuan and the others were immediately dumbfounded by the unexpected and outrageous request. Their eyes widened in disbelief. Just how straightforward could someone be?!
'This woman is far too bold…!'
Anna Grace and the others stared at Lilith with cold, disdainful expressions. For a brief moment, a crushing pressure filled the room.
"Your request is too absurd for me to accept. I must respectfully decline to help you in that manner." Yuan replied calmly, his expression composed.
"Oh, so you accept—What?!?!?!" The smile on Lilith's face instantly vanished when she realized what Yuan had actually said. Her eyes widened and her mouth hung open in shock.
'H-How is this possible?!?! How could he reject me?!?! Am I not beautiful in his eyes?!?!' Lilith screamed internally, utterly stunned.
If it were any other man, he would have accepted her request without hesitation—perhaps even willingly becoming her devoted servant just for a single night with her.
However, Yuan did not seem even slightly tempted by her offer. He had rejected her almost instantly. This shocked Lilith to the very core, as she had never experienced such rejection in her entire life.
Lilith studied the women standing beside him and sighed softly. With so many breathtaking beauties accompanying him—women whose beauty even surpassed her own—how could Yuan possibly be interested in her?
It was obvious that he would reject her request. After all, there was no reason for him to even consider such a proposal.
However, this did not mean that she would give up so easily. Humans were nowhere to be found across the entire Demonic Continent, making someone like Yuan incredibly valuable.
"Are you truly certain that you don't want to spend some quality time with this Queen? Am I really not beautiful enough in your eyes for you to reject me without a second thought?" She asked, subtly releasing her special pheromones into the air, attempting to stir desire within his heart.
"I'm certain about my decision, Lady Lilith. I have no interest in spending a night with you." Yuan said before leading Anna Grace and the others out with him.
He left Nerith and Isolde inside, as they still had matters to discuss with Queen Lilith, and he had no intention of being involved in that discussion.
Though Lilith's request had been quite tempting, almost irresistible, he had no desire to spend a night with a woman who slept with different men every day.
It disgusted him to the core.
After all, a succubus could not survive without absorbing essence from the opposite sex. Without it, they would gradually suffer a mental breakdown until the day they completely lost their sanity.
And once a succubus lost her mind, she would become extremely violent, attacking anyone she encountered—even her own family members.
Outside the mansion, Yuan and the others immediately attracted the attention of countless succubi. However, none of them dared to approach due to the powerful aura that Yuan and the others were emitting.
"I never expected the Succubus Queen to be this straightforward… she didn't even hesitate to ask you to sleep with her." Valeria spoke with a tone of disdain, clearly disliking the way Lilith had been staring at Yuan.
"She is a creature of lust… It's only natural for her to stare at such a handsome young man as my darling." Anna Grace said proudly, a satisfied smile appearing on her face.
She then continued, a cold murderous glint flashing in her eyes, "However, I cannot deny that I also disliked her personality. She does not seek love. Her only desire is to sleep with my darling. She seems like the type who would discard someone the moment she grows tired of them."
"Indeed. I noticed that as well." Vanessa nodded, sounding slightly irritated.
Angela also nodded and added, "With my grandson's looks, he could charm almost anyone… it's no wonder that old vixen wants to sleep with him. And just like the rest of you, I also dislike her attitude toward Yuan."
"Enough about her. We shouldn't talk about her anymore." Lily said sternly before flying up to the top of the mansion.
Yuan followed her shortly after, and one by one the others did the same.
A few hours later, Nerith and Isolde came out of the mansion and looked around, searching for Yuan and the others.
"Where have they gone? Did they leave us because they didn't like Queen Lilith's attitude?" Isolde muttered, her heart beginning to beat faster with worry.
"I have no idea." Nerith sighed softly before suggesting, "How about we look around? They might still be somewhere nearby."
"Let's go." Isolde nodded.
Just as they were about to head out to search for Yuan and the others, they suddenly heard Julie's voice from the top of the mansion.
"We're up here."
Yuan and the others immediately descended from the top, landing near Isolde and Nerith and surprising them with their sudden appearance.
"What were you all doing up there?" Nerith asked, raising an eyebrow while looking at Yuan with a sharp gaze.
"Waiting for you two to come out so we could head to the next location." Yuan replied with a smile before pulling both of them into his embrace.
Both Nerith and Isolde immediately began blushing as they suddenly found themselves in his arms before they could even react—especially with everyone watching.
'This guy… he's clearly teasing us!'
Yuan chuckled when he saw their flushed faces. He found their embarrassed expressions incredibly adorable.
"Before we head out, I don't think it would be a good idea to take your wives into the Werewolf Kingdom. It might create more problems than we can solve." Nerith said after calming herself down, her expression turning serious.
"Hmm… those lustful mutts… it is indeed not a good idea to create unnecessary trouble for your empire." Yuan replied after pondering for a moment.
