Dong Xin Yan took the medical kit from the cabinet, walked back to the sofa, and sat next to Gu Ningyi. She placed the kit on her lap, opened it, took out the medicine, and soaked a cotton ball in it. Then she turned to him.

"It might hurt a bit; bear with it," Dong Xin Yan said softly.

Gu Ningyi curled his lips, casually placing the document on the table, then he lowered his head slightly, revealing the injured forehead to Dong Xin Yan.
