The room was very quiet, with dim lights pouring down and illuminating Dong Xin Yan. She lay curled on the sofa, her head tilted, seemingly having fallen asleep from waiting too long.

The woman, who should have been asleep, had her lips curled into a smile, and her charming face blossomed with an enchanting smile.

Gu Ningyi’s gaze darkened intensely, and with a forceful grip, he pulled Dong Xin Yan’s hands away.
