My Elf System-Chapter 219 - . Chatting Telepathically On The Bed.
After their game came to an end, the trio decided to sit together under the shade of a large tree to catch their breath.
Mia leaned back, and her tails lay draped across the grass. "I think we won."
"You didn’t win, you tackled me and that’s not exactly a fair win," Orion replied playfully as he leaned his back as well.
"Yeah, you’re right. It’s a creative win," Mia countered with a giggle.
Orion rolled his eyes with a smile on his face before saying. "Anyways, I had fun today."
"Hehehe…me too."
"What about you, Dahlia?" Orion turned to Dahlia. "Did you have fun?"
She hesitated but finally nodded. "It was… nice. I don’t think I’ve ever done anything like this before."
"Well, there’s a first time for everything," Orion said with a warm smile.
Mia smirked and leaned closer to Dahlia. "See? Told you it’d be fun. Maybe next time you’ll tackle him too or we could do it together. Imagine how babe would feel if he had two pair of boobs sandwiching him in between."
"P-Princess Mia!" Dahlia nervously exclaimed and her face turned red.
Meanwhile, Orion laughed after noticing how ridiculously cute his maid currently looked. "I’d like that very much," He agreed and Dahlia’s face turned red the moment she imagined such a scenario happening in reality.
Silence reigned for a while but the trio stayed together and chatted until the sun hung low on the horizon.
They left their previous location so they could go to the enchanted garden they visited yesterday and as they walked through the narrow path leading to the lake, they could hear the chirping sound of birds and the rustling sound of leaves as well.
The trio settled on the grass and watched as the warm glow of the setting sun cast long shadows across the ground. Mia stretched out with her hands behind her head and her silver ears twitched lazily. "This is the perfect way to end the day."
"Yeah, it is," Orion sat beside her but his gaze was fixed on the lake.
Dahlia folded her legs beneath her and her hands rested on her lap as she watched ripples appear in the lake.
The three of them remained still and enjoyed the peaceful silence around them. Then, a few minutes later, the sun dipped lower, and the first stars began to appear in the sky.
Orion leaned back on his hands and his gaze turned upward. He watched as the stars filled the sky and the cool night air brushed against his skin.
The lake also reflected the countless stars in the night sky, causing the lake to shimmer with a dazzling light, but the trio was too busy looking at the stars in the sky as they formed creatures of different shapes and sizes.
"Look at that one!" Mia pointed to a cluster of stars. "It looks like a fox."
"Everything looks like a fox to you," Orion chuckled along with Dahlia.
"That’s not true!" Mia protested and nudged him playfully. "But that one really does, right, Dahlia?"
Dahlia followed Mia’s gaze and a small smile tugged her lips. "Yes, it does."
"You see, I told you it looked like a fox."
The three of them smiled and remained silent once again as they enjoyed the cool breeze of the night.
The moment they were satisfied, they walked out of the enchanted trees and headed to a different location.
"So, where are we going?"
"Back to my room, we have three more tournaments to get ready for. We need to rest and prepare for the tournament."
The girls nodded their heads in understanding and walked alongside Orion as they made their way to his dorm room.
They each had their baths and decided to sleep together with Orion in his bedroom, but unlike his two beautiful ladies, Orion couldn’t sleep.
He had a lot on his mind at the moment, so he stared at the ceiling, making plans about the things he would be doing the next day. However, he suddenly heard a familiar voice in his mind.
’Can’t sleep?’ Evelyn’s voice resounded in his mind.
’Intruder alert! Intruder alert!! What are you doing, invading my privacy, Mom?’
Evelyn giggled and replied in a calm and teasing tone. ’Well, if my handsome little baby hadn’t forgotten about me, Mama wouldn’t have invaded your thoughts.’
Hearing this, Orion’s lips stretched into a smile. ’In other words, you miss your handsome son, is that right?’
’Hmm, maybe, I do, but what about you, sweetie? Do you miss Mama as much as she misses you?"
’Nope.’
’Ugh,’ An imaginary arrow landed straight on Evelyn’s chest and a stream of imaginary tears flowed down her cheeks. ’I knew it, my baby doesn’t love me anymore. Mama is too old and ugly to woo my handsome little devil,’ She sniffled while wiping her imaginary tears away.
Orion rolled his eyes but continued to play along with what his mother was doing. ’I didn’t say that…’
’It’s fine, sweetie; You don’t have to lie to make me happy.’ Continue your saga on novelbuddy
’Then what do you want me to do to make you happy?’
Hearing this, Evelyn immediately stopped crying. ’Hmm,’ she tapped her chin as she thought of what to say. ’Oh, how about a date? Mama would love to have a date with you.’
’I knew there was something suspicious in the way you were crying. You were spying on our date today, weren’t you?’
’Ufufufu--- Maybe,’ Evelyn didn’t deny the truth.

Even though she was supposed to be watching the students contesting in the alchemy tournament, Evelyn didn’t do that, instead, she focused her attention on how Orion took two beautiful ladies out on a date without inviting her on the date as well.
’That’s called stalking, Mom. Do you want to be called a stalker by everyone around you?’
Evelyn giggled and replied. ’Let the world call me whatever they want. I don’t care.’
’Yeah, ’cause you’re a shameless queen.’
’Thanks, sweetie.’
Orion rolled his eyes with a smile on his face. ’You’re welcome, but what about Aunt Elena?’
’Your Aunt is busy making preparations for the last tournament of the week and the other tournament that’s coming up next week. Oh, Karen and Ariel are here as well,’ Evelyn informed him, but Orion had seen Ariel and Karen with the help of his Omnivision skill during the beast-taming tournament, so he wasn’t really surprised to hear that.
’Where are they right now?’
’Karen is helping your aunt but Ariel is here with me.’
’Alone?’
’Yes, of course, we’re alone.’
’And what kind of naughty things are you two doing alone in the room?’
Evelyn giggled internally and replied. "Get your mind out of the gutters, sweetie. We are just playing UNO, that’s all.’
’Oh, and who’s winning?’
’Ufufufu– it’s me, of course, and Ariel doesn’t look too happy about it. You should really see the look on her face right now.’
’I’d love to,’ Orion replied with a yawn and Evelyn could see that he was feeling sleepy, so she decided to call it a night.
’Okay, sweetie. Mama will let you have your nap now. I’ll be expecting our date soon, okay?’
’Okay,’ Orion closed his eyes and fell asleep with his two beautiful women by his side.
The next morning, Orion, Mia’ and Dahlia had their baths and ate together as well.
It was slowly becoming a routine for them to do this, and it was only a matter of time before the three of them completely got used to it.
Currently, the trio were in Orion’s bedroom, sitting around a small round table with a small leather book placed on it.
The book was the recipe book Daisy had given her students to practice with for the culinary tournament coming soon.
"So, we’ll be learning all the recipes in this book?" Mia asked as she flipped through the pages of the book and Dahlia stood behind her to take a look at the list of recipes in the book as well.
"Yes, that’s right."
"The first few recipes look easy enough to replicate, but the other half of these recipes look difficult."
"It’s not about the difficulty, Dahlia," Mia said cheerfully. "It’s about having fun while we try. Right, babe?"
Orion shook his head with a smile. "You really like having fun in everything you do, don’t you?"
"Of course, I do. If I don’t, the cooking session will be boring. Besides, it’s just food. How hard can it be?"
Orion raised an eyebrow and his lips curved into a smirk. "Famous last words."
Mia smiled in return, but she couldn’t wait to get started. "Alright, let’s begin you two. We have a lot to do today," Mia swiftly stood up from her seat before locking arms with Dahlia as she pulled her into a separate room.
"Huh, Princess Mia, where are we going?"
"To have a change of clothes."
"A change of clothes?" Dahlia repeated with a puzzled look on her face.
Since they were just going to be cooking in the kitchen, did they really need to change their clothes right now?
This was the thought Dahlia had in mind but Mia replied as though she had read Dahlia’s mind.
"Yes, Dahlia. If we’re going to cook, we might as well make it memorable."
