Anna’s room was a suite. It was surprisingly huge with a living room and four bedrooms. Anton assumed that the fifth door was the toilet or bathroom. Anna’s roommates were all in the living room studying or memorizing spells, and all of them looked surprised when Anna and Anton entered.

“Anton! How are you allowed to visit Anna?” Alethea, one of Anna’s friends, asked.

Avina and Normumu both frowned.

“That’s unfair! Why aren't our family allowed to visit while Anton is?” Avina asked.

“It’s because I’m now a Supreme Rank wizard and your school will sponsor my official rank confirmation,” Anton boasted with a huge smile.

Anna’s three friends gasped.

“You’re just seventeen, right?” Normumu asked.

“I’m nineteen this coming December. Excuse me, ladies, I need to summon our family butler,” Anton replied.

Anna joined her friends, and Anton could hear her telling them the price that Anton would have to pay to be confirmed as a Supreme Rank wizard under the banner of their school. In the meantime, Anton cast his spell that allowed him to send a telepathic message to Raymond, telling the butler to make sure that he was guarded well while traveling to the school, since high-level mana stones were valuable and could tempt a lot of people. The butler assured Anton that he knew what to do.

After that, Anton stayed and talked to his sister and her friends while waiting for Raymond to arrive with the mana stones. “What are your plans going forward?” Anna asked.

“After I’ve confirmed my rank, I’ll probably spend a few months focusing on my magic. I want to make sure that you will not be able to catch up on my wizardly rank,” Anton said, then laughed boisterously.

Anna just sniffed and asked for more information on what Anton would do next.

After that, they talked about mundane things like how the manor’s businesses had been doing and what movies and television shows Anton had seen so far. Anton told the young women the films that he had seen and promised them that once their school break arrived, he would allow them to watch them.

Soon, they heard knocks on the door, and the person said that a butler from the Rose Manor had arrived. Anton and Anna left their classmates in the room while they met Raymond in the school's reception hall. Anna greeted Raymond, who immediately handed a box containing 200 high-level mana stones. Raymond left immediately to return to the manor.

“Are we invited to your rank confirmation celebration?” Supreme Munetta asked.

“A celebration is needed?” Anton was flabbergasted.

Supreme Munetta laughed.

“It’s not really required, and some do celebrate, but as you know, those who reached the Supreme Rank don’t usually bother with such mundane things and would immediately return to their magic studies or research.”

Anna nodded as if she understood, and Anton somewhat understood as well. It was a fact that the most powerful wizards were truly introverted beings focused on magic.

The sun was setting when Anton finally left the school. Anna reiterated that she would return home after a couple of months. Since Anton was hungry, Anton asked the carriage driver to bring him to one of the best restaurants nearby, and the man obliged him. Because of that, it was late when he arrived home.

Anton headed directly to his room, cast the Blizzard Spell converted into Mana Rain towards the whole manor. Raymond left to bring him some tea, and when the butler returned, Anton boasted his token that identified him as one of Ormunda’s Supreme Wizards.

“Are we going to host a celebration?” Raymond asked.

Anton sighed and told Raymond that they would, but only for the family and no one else. The butler delicately asked if he could use Anton’s office in the manor’s business dealings, and Anton gave his permission. The main reason why he confirmed the rank was for the manor to have an easy way of dealing with others.

Raymond also told Anton that a lot of things needed to be prepared, like new letterhead and some such things. Anton looked disgusted, so Raymond pacified him by promising that he would handle everything that needed to be handled when it came to his rank as a Supreme Wizard.

Anton had to admit that he truly lucked out when it came to Raymond. After drinking some tea, Anton decided to delve into the high-level dungeon to gather funds. He only had 100,000 gold left in his inventory. He did not want to touch the gold coins in the manor’s treasure room, and he wanted to leave the remaining seventy-plus high-level mana stones there. Since Anton’s father would be back tomorrow, the celebration for his rank confirmation would also be done tomorrow as well. That meant that his planned delving would need to be done after that.

He was not truly in a hurry because, in truth, for the next two months before his system update, Anton had nothing to do. He then turned his attention to watching more gameplay. When he got tired of that, he switched to watching television shows until he fell asleep.

The next day, Anton joined the family for breakfast and was delighted when he saw Anders in the dining room.

“Raymond apprised me of everything,” Anders told him.

They talked about the celebration that would be happening later while they were eating. Everyone was there, even Ronia, whom Anton had not seen for a while, was there. She was busy assisting Bruce and Sarah with the manor’s fruit products business. He also believed that they would become busier since they planned to handle the grain business that they said they would establish. The original dwarf guards, Torbin and Torban, were still in the manor. They were now heads of the manor’s guards and were making sure that the manor was safe.

Anton saw that everyone was excited. The family now had a confirmed Supreme Rank wizard, and that elevated the family to a true noble one, since in Ormunda, wizardly power was the ultimate symbol of nobility.
