The moment the movie ended, there were several minutes of silence. Anton expected that since that was the reaction of Leldorin, Enoril, and the other four forest elves when they watched the movie back in the Brownie community. After a few minutes, applause started, and it was their king and queen who started it. The applause turned thunderous.
Anton believed that the first movie in the franchise was the best one, compared to the other two. He believed that other people on Earth thought so too, since it reflected on how much each of the films earned at the box office. The good thing about the people in this world watching the franchise with almost no time in between meant that they were treating the three films as one, so there were no comparisons being made.
Once the applause calmed down, the forest elves took off their 3d glasses, and a discussion about the film occurred. Anton was amused that this time, it was Leldorin, Enoril, and the other four forest elves who were with him in the brownie community who kept reiterating that the movie was fictional. They had to reiterate it several times because some of the younger elves were hotheaded enough to ask about the situation of the Na’vi.
Anton also overheard a discussion among the nobles regarding the superb acting of the actors who made the film. They asked Leldorin several questions regarding how the movie was made and how the Na’vi were projected, since it was stated that the dimension where the movie came from did not have magic. Leldorin could not answer any of the questions, so they turned their attention to Anton.
He gave a brief description of how movies and special effects were created, but based on the elves' expressions, the explanation was flying over their head.
“I can show you how they were made. The people on that dimension created what they call “Behind the scenes footage”. It basically showed how they created the films. It might spoil the movies for you a little, though. Do you want to see it?” Anton asked the elves.
At first, Anton thought that the forest elves would hesitate, since knowing how something was made might lessen the effect of the movie on them, but all of them expressed the desire to see it.
Leldorin went to the front and announced to everyone that a film would be shown, showing how the Avatar was created by the people from a dimension that did not have magic to help them in creating movies. Everyone settled down, and Anton started the video titled “Avatar Behind the Scenes Complete Exclusive Making Of” from the most famous video streaming website.
The video was about an hour and a half long, and Anton warned Leldorin about its length, but the elf just waved it off.
Anton watched the clip with the elves since he had not seen it before either. The video shared information about the thought process of the director and the motivation behind creating the film. The video discussed the history and a lot of things.
If he was being honest, Anton found some of the information boring, and he thought that the elves would be the same, especially since they did not know some of the terms that were being used by the people in the video. The people in the “behind-the-scenes” video kept discussing previous films created by the director and some of the movies that influenced the making of Avatar. Still, everyone was focused on the video. Anton just shook his head and watched the rest of the video.

It was very late when the video ended. One by one, the forest elves stood up and approached Anton to give him their thanks and left. Soon, everyone left except for Leldorin and Enoril.
“When are we going to watch the music concert that you mentioned?” Enoril asked.
Anton looked wryly at Enoril.
“Well, not now. It’s late. I was thinking that it would be after the movie. Since we watched the “Behind-the-scenes” video, that plan went out the window. More than likely, the same thing will happen tomorrow night, so I’ll leave it to you to plan when we can watch it. We can also choose a different place to see it if you want.”
“Let’s watch it at noon tomorrow. We can use the tavern where you performed,” Enoril suggested, and Anton just nodded.
“The movie-watching tonight is a huge success! My reputation climbed up,” Leldorin said excitedly.
“Does it mean that the elves now looked at me favorably? I wanted to order some customized things from your artisan,” Anton asked.
“I recommend that you do that after all of us have seen the Avatar films. You did mention that there were other movies that you wanted us to experience. You can use that as a bargaining chip,” Leldorin suggested.
“The 3d version of the films is truly a new experience. Do all movies have that version?” Enoril asked.
“No. It was mostly reserved for movies that have heavy special effects, like the Avatar films. Other genres did not need it like romantic comedies.”
“The next series of films that you said was your favorite, do they have 3d version?” Enoril asked.
“No, they don’t. Still, there’s a reason why they were my favorite.”
Anton could see that the comment excited Enoril and Leldorin. Anton could understand. They thought that the Avatar films were the epitome of movie-making in the dimension where they came from, but the fact that he had movies that he favored more than the Avatar films implied how great those movies could be.
Enoril then said that he could not wait to see them, and Leldorin agreed with the younger elf. Anton wondered again how old Enoril was. Since they were closer now, he straightforwardly asked the elf. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺
“I’m still very young. I’m only 53 years old,” Enoril answered.
Anton just sighed and knew that the lifespan of the elves was probably the same as the lifespan of the elves that he had read about in fantasy books. He thought again about his theory that some of the fantasy authors on Earth were transmigrators; otherwise, why were a lot of the things suspiciously similar to what one could see in this world from the things that were inside their books?
After that discussion, Enoril brought Anton back to the house assigned to him by the Elves. Since it was still early, Anton spent time leveling up his Diablo characters until he got bored, then he switched to watching “The Big Bang Theory”. He really liked the show and especially resonated with its characters. He even illogically envied them for their intelligence despite knowing that they were fictional characters. He kept binge-watching the sitcom until he got tired, then he went to sleep.
The next day, Enoril arrived to invite him for breakfast. They returned to where the breakfast buffet was served, but this time, Anton could see that the forest elves were looking at him differently. He could feel that the forest elves now favored him and thought that his plan to get closer to them was a success. While they were eating, Anton created a list of the things he would ask elven artisans to create for him. Thankfully, he still had a lot of coins in his inventory. He was not worried about that, though, since if he did not have enough, he knew he could trade copies of the films instead, using a magic item recorder.
