"Yeah, that’s why the guards are searching for him. I don’t understand why someone would offend the son of the mayor who controls the whole town. The mayor is a half-step pill master."

The guards were startled looking at the medicines; they hurriedly stood aside, respectfully speaking, "Adult, please walk."

Lin Lee nodded, passed by them, and walked toward the mayor’s villa in front of him. After interacting with the guards, the butler brought him inside the villa.

Soon a middle-aged man appeared in the guest room with a smile hanging on his face.

"You are Brother Gu’s apprentice. I heard he found an apprentice but didn’t expect you to be so young and talented."

He praised upon arrival, looking at Lin Lee.

"Mayor Hu, you are praising me too much; I am just an ordinary person. It’s my master Grace who accepted me as a disciple and taught me."

Mayor Hu smiled even more and nodded, then he gestured toward the couch and said,

"Sit down, brother Gu sent you to get those medicines ordered by him; coincidentally, these medicines arrived today. I will send someone to fetch them for you."

After speaking, he gestured toward an old-looking butler standing behind him; the butler nodded and then turned around and left.

Lin Lee glanced at the mayor and asked curiously, "Mayor Hu, can you tell me from where these medicines are dispatched?"

Mayor Hu startled looking at him and then smiled and replied,

"It’s from the Huahua city in the south, and although it’s not the largest city in Yukon State, it’s countless times better than the small towns."

Lin Lee fell silent, looking at the direction of the ground below, and then nodded deeply.

’This guy has been acting strangely since my arrival.? Right, I have broken through seven levels this early morning; he must have noticed my Qi fluctuation.’

While the mayor and his butler were looking at the Lin Lee back, the butler asked, gesturing toward his neck,

"Master, do you want me to..."

Mayor shook his head and replied while hiding the killing intent in his pupil,

"Although this little guy is a genius and needs to be stifled, we can’t offend that old evil bastard. It will be a huge loss for this town if two foundation builders like us collide, but we also can’t let this little guy grow up. If the old one is evil, then the young one will be a demon."

The old butler nodded and then fell silent, didn’t say anything.

Meanwhile, Lin Lee walked outside through the street with a thoughtful expression on his face.
