My Players Are So Fierce – Handsome dog Frank-Chapter 2377 - 793: An Unprecedented Feat of the Death Moon Sect
"Don’t be curious, it’s not a good thing."
Murphy extended a finger and lightly tapped Adel’s cheek.
This gesture signified a "taboo topic," and Adel obediently nodded, looking around before confirming that there was no one around, leaning down to gently kiss her master’s lips and then boldly sticking out her tongue.
Fortunately, she was recognized by Triss as the "mistress."
Otherwise, Murphy would have to worry about Adel being questioned with the same fatal question by the unnamed Grand Duke of Triss suddenly appearing at the bedside, just like the unfortunate Lord Yvette that night.
While Lord Murphy was sneaking some playtime with his centuries-old contract lover, engaging in an embarrassing kissing game, behind the scenes in Transylvania, in the ruins of Westerburg, Little Mummy and her Moon Cult, along with some Undead School players returning for a backline vacation, were busy.
They were jointly advancing a "project."
The goal was simple, to use the raw materials of Westerburg to quickly create an Undead Giant Statue and ride it to the front lines to wipe out all the Wolf People!
Talking about the Undead Giant Statue, this was the signature giant beast unit of the Death Moon Society.
It was a construct that brought undead construction to a high standard, commonly molded into the mythical beast images from Sanghai mythology, like the Netherworld Giant Scorpion and the Three-headed Dog. The more artistic constructors would employ the wise Sphinx Giant Statue, whereas the standardized Undead Giant Statue of the Sanghai Empire was the most destructive Anubis Giant.
But in reality, the shape of the Undead Giant Statue does not affect its essence.
This thing is very powerful, but its principles are identical to the Bone Pegasus made by Necromancer Bella for Murphy’s Hall of Fame players. To put it simply, it’s about stuffing Spiritual Bodies into a construct made of undead materials and using Death Secret Method to animate them.
Of course, the larger the Undead Giant Statue, the more Spiritual Bodies it requires. This logic is straightforward, just like you can’t power a spaceship with a size AA battery.
Moreover, above this construct branch of the Undead Giant Statue, there’s an advanced product known as the "Titan of Death," a true 100-star giant beast lord.
According to Little Mummy’s exaggerated description, each Titan of Death possesses the power to destroy a city single-handedly. It’s the pinnacle of destructive forces in the military system of the Sanghai Empire and the highest power in the Death Moon Sect.
The Death Moon Priest have been working on such things for quite some time, and the technology is very refined. Therefore, after gathering all members together, Nifytelli began assigning tasks, preparing to craft the most traditional Anubis Giant body in Westerburg.
As for the Spiritual Bodies needed to drive this shell...
Naturally, it’s those twisted angry spirits collected from Baphomet’s position.
However, before construction began, a conflict in ideas occurred among the players. These School of Necromancy players, after studying the Anubis Giant’s blueprint provided by Little Mummy, started chattering.
"Wow, in this day and age, how can we still build such silly two-legged death robots?"
The current "leader" in the School of Necromancy, the old player Honest Dog Egg, wearing an invisible hood made from Star Realm Wolf’s fur and leaning on his Staff of Decay, loudly complained:
"And this thing isn’t stylish at all, okay? It’s just an oversized mummy with a bit of Sanghai flair. No, no! This is Transylvania’s Undead Giant Statue; it must reflect Transylvania’s style."
"Ha? Transylvania’s style? What style does Transylvania have? Previously, there wasn’t even a Death Psychic Power node here!"
Mountain Devil Po Gang folded his arms and scoffed, saying:
"But I also think it’s not worth it to use so much material to make a seven-meter-tall large mummy. Its attack methods are too basic; just simple punching and stomping. Even adding a death breath can’t change its weak firepower. We’ve already played with ’Spiritual Energy Just Large Wood,’ so how can we still be confined to melee combat?"
In my opinion, why not give this Anubis Giant eight arms, and then have Loyal Brother tailor a firepower platform for it? It would be a pity not to add some fancy tricks to such a large figure.
Why don’t we create a Netherworld Giant Scorpion directly?
Then mount a cannon on this scorpion’s back?
Hey, a walking undead tank, sounds both cool and fierce! I’ve even thought of a name for it, ’Mighty and Handsome’..."
"Damn! Are you out of your mind, using that name carelessly! Do you have the copyright?"
Sky Devil Xi Mu fluttered around on wings like a bat, agilely crouching on a collapsed pillar, waving his hands and shouting to his companions:
"Everyone’s idea is the same; we all think that an Undead Giant Statue that only fights with melee attacks wastes its large size. Since that’s the case, let’s first unify our thoughts, come up with a plan, and then propose it to Mentor Nifytelli.
I feel her screwy brain actually loves trying new things. As long as we can present a better design, she’ll definitely agree.
And have you all noticed?
The Spiritual Bodies that Little Mummy brought back this time are all the heroic spirits from when the damn Wolf People used subspace rifts to raid the position. They were all our comrades!
