Chapter 951: Saving Orion

The clan’s master seal breaker, Reika Moon, stepped forward with both hands clasped together, with a grave expression. She looked like a woman walking on thin ice while choosing every word carefully.

"Lord Garcia," She began, "this seal... it is an ancient forbidden seal of Moon Eye. This kind was used back during the founders’ era." His eyes flickered to Orion’s chest for a moment before returning to Azzy. "Luckily for us, we had the records of this seal in our clan. But unfortunately, to break such a seal, you would either need a demigod or a grandmaster seal breaker. " Reika shook her head, voice firm but respectful. "Even someone of your level must be extremely delicate while undoing the seal. One wrong move and his soul will be damaged without repair."

Azzy listened quietly to her explanation but it didn’t worry him much. Without raising his voice, Azzy simply said, "Everyone, leave." It wasn’t a request. It was a command. The healers looked at each other, hesitant, but Estella nodded at them sharply. The silence shifted. One by one, they backed out of the room, the grand elder included.

Only Estella and Selene were allowed to stay.

Luna stepped forward immediately, clutching Orion’s hand. "I’m staying," she insisted, as if daring anyone to argue.

Estella’s tone cracked like a whip. "You are not. Go outside."

"But—!"

"No buts." Estella glared at her, voice stern in a way Luna rarely experienced. "Leave."

Luna bit her lip hard, tears threatening again, but she obeyed. She let Orion’s hand go slowly before turning and walking out with trembling shoulders.

Azzy waited until the door shut fully.

Then he placed his palm on Orion’s abdomen, right over the eye-shaped seal. A faint hum ran through the room as he sent a thin strand of soul energy inside. Azzy’s eyes narrowed slightly—it was exactly what he heard from Estella and others.

Orion’s physical body was perfectly stable, heart steady, no internal ruptures, no long-term wounds. But the boy’s mindscape was sealed shut—completely locked like a door welded by steel. Orion’s soul was trapped inside its own world, unable to move, unable to respond. The seal suppressed even his divinity

Azzy withdrew his hand slowly and exhaled. "His body is fine," he said quietly.

Estella exchanged a worried glance with Selene. "Can you fix it?"

Azzy didn’t answer immediately. Instead, he lifted his hand and created a seal at an impossible speed. When it was over, a slimy dark creature, with no eyes and just having a big mouth with dozens of teeth, flew out of the seal and landed on Orion’s body.

Estella froze at the sight of it.

Her breath caught in her throat as an old, buried memory flared up—she was younger, bleeding, half-conscious in a forest. Gideon had been slumped beside her, barely breathing. And then someone appeared, using this exact seal to save them. The same shape... those same jagged fangs. The sight sent a small chill through her.

She whispered, "I’ve seen this... once... long ago..."

Azzy glanced at her, but he didn’t react. He knew that Estella couldn’t remember the past timeline anyway, but due to her strong bloodline and high rank, sometimes, she could have glimpses of the forgotten past. He extended his hand toward the seal and spoke in a low, commanding voice. "Gluttony. Go..."

Selene involuntarily stepped back. Estella stiffened but stayed silent as

The creature melted—seeping straight into the seal.

The eye-shaped mark throbbed violently. A faint crack appeared across it, then another, then the whole thing began breaking apart like shattered glass. Within seconds, the seal dissolved entirely, eaten from the inside.

Orion jerked under Azzy’s hand.

His eyes snapped open—confused, disoriented, but awake. He blinked rapidly, staring at the ceiling for a moment before turning his head. His gaze met Azzy’s first.

"Dad...?" he whispered, as if unsure whether this was real.

Azzy nodded once, letting out a faint smile. "You alright?"

Orion confusedly nodded. "Yes? But what’s going on?"

Orion sat up slowly and spotted Selene, then Estella. "Selene? Aunt Estella? What am I doing here? What happened? I thought I was..." His voice trailed off as something surged through him—a memory, a flash of battle, a scream, a kidnapping. His fingers clenched into fists as he grit his teeth. "That bastard... he abducted Naamah."

The words echoed sharply in the quiet room, freezing everyone where they stood.

Orion’s words still hung in the air, thick and sharp, when Azzy frowned slightly and turned his attention back to him. "Naamah?" he repeated. "Who is that?"

Orion couldn’t answer that as he felt dizzy and collapsed back into an unconscious state. "Orion..." Selene came forward in worry, but Azzy waved his hand calmly, "Nothing to be worried about him. It’s just the loss of energy in his body. Anyway, who is this Naamah Orion spoke of?"

Selene answered, "Lord Azrael, she is the demoness I told you about earlier—the one Orion tried to save after the battle was over."

Azzy gave a slow nod, the pieces falling into place. But the details could wait. Right now, there was a more pressing matter—the man who had sealed Orion.

Azzy turned to Estella, his eyes calm but focused. "Do you have detailed information about this Alexander?" He folded his arms. "Selene said he was strong enough to defeat Azazel with such ease, and frankly, even I couldn’t defeat the apostle of death back then without the help of my cosmic jewels." His tone held no pride, just honesty.

Selene’s head shot up immediately, almost offended that he would even question himself like that. "But Lord Azrael," she said quickly, "this Alexander also relied on the divine throne to restrain the enemy. You fought the apostle alone. And Azazel—well, he had just reincarnated and wasn’t at full strength. Alexander caught him completely by surprise." She stepped closer, her voice filled with genuine admiration. "You, on the other hand... you not only protected our entire clan village, but you killed a fully prepared demigod-ranked apostle. And you weren’t even twenty back then. This Alexander isn’t a match for you."

Her confidence in him was so firm that for a moment, the tension eased from the room. Even Orion managed a weak smile.

Azzy’s lips curved slightly—not quite a smile, more like someone acknowledging a compliment without letting it go to his head. He didn’t respond to Selene’s praise. Instead, he simply nodded at her and returned his attention to Estella.

"How much do you know about him?" he asked. "His background. His Arcana spirits. His powers... Anything..."
