There's only one man that Kai knew that dressed like the one in front of him. Always dressed in a Hawaiian shirt, with the top few buttons undone bearing his muscular chest. Even though it was the middle of the night.

No matter what the situation, no matter what happened to him he always had this demeanour as if he was the only person in the world.

"Midwak." Kai said again, since he hadn't gotten an answer and Midwak just continued to stand there. "Don't you think it's pretty brave of you to come see me like this, to stand in front of me here right now?"

One side of Midwak's mouth curved up. "What's this blondie, are you getting aggressive with me from the get-go, you haven't even heard my story or what I've had to say yet." Midwak claimed. "The fact that you guys are here, means you know something is up right?"

"Midwak." Kai said as he jumped down and started to walk forward. "Can you just cut to the point. What I want to know, is the answer to one of two questions, did you willingly come to Ruin city of your own free will, to join up with Lupus, or were you taken here?"

So far all Kai knew was that Midwak was no longer at Notsburg, he knew he had originally been kicked out of the Lupus group which was why he had become an Omega Wolf as well, but the whole situation was partly strange when Kai started to think about it a little more.

In the first place, why was Midwak kicked out, rather than just killed. The way Lupus treated his pack, and from what they heard of Gary Dem's father. Lupus was a man to make quick and straight actions.

If he expected Midwak to have done wrong he would have gotten rid of him. They never did hear the full story apart from Midwak wanting to take the whole of the pack from Gary to fight Lupus himself.

"The answer." Midwak said. "Is more complicated than that, what is wrong with you anyway, I thought you were a person who liked to use words, you seem to be more agitated."

The vein on the top of Kai's head was growing slightly larger as he heard Midwak speak. Memories were starting to flash back between Midwak and Kai, the first time the two had met, he had almost ripped his entire body apart, and he had a large scar on his chin now that was permanent from their battle.

In normal cases that would have been enough to say the two of them had a large amount of bad blood between the two, but Kai had been through worse in his mind. So he didn't actually put this against Midwak, it was just what happened, the difference between two gangs.

However, the anger that was growing in Kai now, was because he was starting to trust Midwak. He had been a big help keeping control of Notsburg, he had helped in the fight against Sin and the Phoenix gang. Not only that but he had stopped challenging Gary for the Alpha position.

It was almost as if he was becoming part of the Howlers, and this was the major issue that Kai had, if Midwak betrayed the Howlers then he could never forgive him no matter what.

"That is not the answer I was looking for Midwak." Kai said as he turned his head to the side and clicked it once, and then turned it to the other clicking it again. "Tonight, hasn't been a good night, you see things have come up that have really annoyed me, and the situation I'm in right now, it's feeling very similar to the one I was just in."

There was strong hope for Kai, that Midwak hadn't betrayed them, but there was one thing that was making him think that wasn't the case, and that was the fact that he could see Midwak here in front of him right now.

If he truly was captured then shouldn't he have been at the main castle, or trapped in one of the Gardens being locked up behind, yet he was here in front of him, and not just that, there wasn't a single mark on his body.

"Your lack of answer is testing my patience." Kai continued. "Why if you weren't forced to come here, not have a single mark on your body."

"Stop being an idiot." Midwak replied. "There's no one with me, I'm the only one here right now. I didn't come with others, and to be honest. I really don't like the way you're talking to me right now."

"Alright." Kai replied back. "I've made my decision."

Right after, Kai sprinted across and had reached Midwak before he could even react. Kai grabbed onto his shoulders and then pulled them down, lifting up his knee he bashed it right in Midwak's face.

His head swung back, heavy blood gushing out from his nose.

"You b*stard, I'm just going to have to beat you again to have you listen to me right!" Midwak said as he grew in size, his clothes starting to rip apart as he fully transformed. He looked at where Kai was and flicked off his nails in his direction.

Kai ran around the side, dodging all of the nails, and then, transforming into his wolf form. He ran quickly around until he pounced his whole body and claw crashing into Midwak, it had sent him flying until he had hit the metal railing of one of the water tanks and bending it slightly.

Midwak was startled, and a bit shocked at everything that happened so fast.

"If you think I'm the same as when you fought me before, you are making a big mistake."
