My Wife is a Dead Villainess, and I'm Her Living Weapon-Chapter 27: Birth
Chapter 27: Birth
Dust and smoke rose up creating a fog that blanketed the boss room. Dauntless, Elian retracted the Living Metal back into his weapon, within seconds it once again turned to a 1.5 meter onyx greatsword.
"Tsk. The retraction period is too slow, I can't use it after shifting forms in a melee."
Bianca blinked, her surprise evident, "Goodness, the sword did its best and still you are not pleased. Just what do you expect it to do?"
"I expect it to devote its entire existence for my sake as a weapon should."
For some reason his master placed her hand over heart and made a sorrowful expression, "Elian, weapons may be tools, but a master should also be considerate."
Then it has no purpose.
Despite her comment, Elian didn't answer, instead he gave her a request. Right now Elian's greatest weakness was his master, rather than worry about her it would be better that no one even knew she was here.
"Bianca, please make yourself invisible."
"But..."
"Please."
Without another word, Bianca complied. Turning her body ethereal. Although he could no longer see her, Elian felt the coldest air in the room. Pleased that he got his way, he bowed to where his master should have been.
"Thank you."
"Hmph. Be grateful."
Walking into the room, the pair entered a large spacious hallway. And although there were thousands of monsters it was as quiet as a graveyard. Thousands of Worker Ants and hundreds of Soldier Ants lined up like a war procession.
While most would cower at the intimidating sight, Elian and Bianca had different thoughts.
"Good. We should get at least 4 Hp with this much."
"You can't be serious! There are thousands here! If I have to eat them all, I'd much rather just kill myself!"
At Bianca's comment, Elian froze and glared at her. He heard an awkward gulp. The cold presence then moved away.
Tsk. I feel uncomfortable for some reason.
"..."
Though he said nothing, each of Elian's steps after that felt like he was trying to shatter the ground. None barred his way. Despite being outnumbered Elian wasn't the prey but the hunter. And the entire ant colony knew it.
The boy ignored the weaklings and followed the aisle the ants opened for him. Bianca's voice came as a whisper as he fearlessly strode forward, putting him in the worst position possible.
"Elian do not be overconfident. While the Workers and Soldiers are weak to you, they can still hinder your actions if they use their bodies. Maybe we should..."
"It doesn't matter, Bianca."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"No matter how many they throw at me. The moment I entered this place. Their lives already ended, they just don't know it yet."
"Just what happened to the boy I met in the tunnel?"
"He died and gave birth to me."
Eventually, they reached a sight that stunned them. A gigantic humanoid-insect hybrid being sat on what looked like the throne. It was so large it made a Soldier Ant look tiny. It occupied an entire side of the enormous hall.
The Queen. But this...
Having a queen in an Ant colony was expected. But the Queen in front of them was not simply an Ant Queen. It looked more like a half spider half woman type monster. An Arachne. It had over ten legs and four blade like wings protruding from its back.
"Black Demon, you come."
In broken English, the human part began speaking. Her skin was flawless and ended just below the navel. Her chest, shoulder and arms were covered in insect like armor, while she wore a crown that had horns like those on a beetle.
She is a hybrid? Is that why there are even wolf spiders and a humanoid beetle beside her?
Ignoring the spider queen's greeting, Elian began to size up the new enemies he hadn't fought before.

The data told him enough. He then stopped just in front of the humongous queen and shoved his sword into the earth. The Wolf spiders and the Beetle King visibly flinched, seconds away from attacking.
But the Queen raised her hand, and they all backed down. Elian could sense the desire and greed that caused her entire body to lean forward. But to him, it wasn't even worth nothing. After all his mind was on something else.
So Tyrant, Anchor, and Knight are titles—all part of the Red Swarm. Sinister is worrisome, but Inflexible and Ravenous doesn't seem like much. The Beetle King is stupid, but strong. The Wolfguard Spiders are fast but hit the weakest.
Like a machine, Elian began to create the order in which he would murder everyone present.
"I pleased. You strong. Be my knight. I shower you with love."
"It seems this overgrown ten-legged harlot doesn't know her place..."
Bianca was about to go off, but Elian then stomped his foot down with his entire power. The very ground shook, debris began to fall from the high ceiling. Everything in the cavern grew anxious. All save one.
"Before I decide, I have a question."
The Arachne queen furrowed her eyebrows but then gracefully extended her hand gesturing to Elian affectionately. Her act highlighted her beauty and curves.
"Ask."
"What are you?"
Smiling, the Queen nodded, then as if peacocking, she raised her body and unfurling her wings and limbs.
"I am Tyrant. I lord of this world. Ruler, king, god."
"And what is an Anchor?"
"Loyal servant. One I love most. Dies for me. You want to be new Anchor?"
At her words the Beetle king flinched. Clearly furious it turned its gaze at Elian and began to snort while shrugging its four arms. Bianca grew amused at the drama and giggled at the scene. But Elian saw none of it. His eyes only scanned the Queen's marvelous chest.
But there was no lust only hunger.
"Elian, look at this beetle, it is terrified of being... Just where are you looking? Are you so mesmerized by gigantic breasts? Elian, you..."
[Talent: Driven – activated. Elian Reed will never lose consciousness in the face of an enemy.]
Bianca was about to complain but stopped midway. Elian saw the direction she looked and knew that she noticed. Her expression was a mixture of surprise, awe and fear. Following her line of sight, the boy saw his master rapidly understand the trap he had set in place.
The door that they broke through in?
It was already sealed shut by Living Metal. No one would be able to go out that way. Elian made a quick glance at the sword he stabbed into the ground behind him.
Its color was no longer matte black but shiny.
Bianca quickly rose up to the ceiling. She covered her mouth and tried to stifle a gasp. As Elian knew what she saw, he couldn't help but smile. Living Metal from both his armor and his sword decompressed and sneakily began to drip down and create puddles.
The black fluids already spread like water, drenching the entire floor. Each second the battle was delayed it reached further and further. Bianca quickly gazed at him. Her eyes were full of hesitation, but she kept silent and then slowly nodded.
Seeing her reaction Elian's blood began to boil.
Bianca always asked for one thing and one thing alone. A ruthless weapon hellbent on slaughter. And now, he finally could show just how much he had changed.
"A decade ago, a beautiful woman with white hair came into this dungeon. She holed up in a cave in one of your tunnels."
"I remember. Powerful ice, lost many. Disappeared."
"Did you try to hunt her?"
At that moment, Elian's body morphed. A large, oversized stake appeared on his right arm. His cape got absorbed into his body and vanished adding to the black sea they all stood on.
"We did. Her core, strong. Shame I could not eat. Almost tyrant-grade."
"I see."
[Talent: Adamant – activated. Elian Reed is now immune to fear and psychological effects so long as the Talent remains active.]
"Questions over. Join me. Kneel," the tyrant demanded.
The middle piece of Elian's helmet then began to grow. He then crouched down and placed one knee on the ground. His head angled low, few could notice. The horn—no longer ornamental—had grown into a thick, gleaming saber.
"Good. I pamper you. Make you strong. We grow and conque..." The queen declared affectionately.
But the thought of serving another didn't even cross Elian's mind. All he saw in front of him was a corpse.
"Shut up. I serve only one master. And her name is Bianca Valestra..."
"W-What?"
Before the Queen could comprehend what happened, Elian vaulted from the ground. He lowered his head and charged forward, his sword-like horn on a direct path to the Queen's chest.
"I am not your Anchor. I'm your executioner!" he declared in a robotic voice.
