Narika: The Ghost Bride-Chapter 241 - Two Hundred And Fourty-One: Marilyn Is Dead.

"Erin, what are you doing?" Adrik asked Erin, who held the knife up, the tip coming to stay on the neck of the fidgeting Marilyn, who didn’t know if this was a reality or her mind playing tricks on her, just like it did moments ago since she started looking for her kids.

Erin is holding a knife to her throat, her new friend who because of their closeness caused a disagreement between her and Lucifer, although she didn’t know why Lucifer couldn’t see the sign that he’s working with Rowan, was holding her captive and might kill her.

The ’might’ was being emphasized solemnly because of their past relationships, she kept secrets from Lucifer, that made her understand why he wasn’t able to read her mind since he had suspicion about Erin.

Well, that’s because Erin whipped her memory clean, anytime they were together she always ended up having a clean mind about the later outcomes, even while she was accused of having an affair which was not an affair because it wasn’t consensual.

Erin kissed her!

He tried to force himself on her, but then Lucifer came to her quarters, which made him whip off every ugly memory she had about it, because he knew that she was going to report him to him. 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝙚𝔀𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝒐𝒎

The enemy was so close, all these while and she couldn’t help but fall a victim to him and his games, and now she’s on the bridge of life and death since she has no idea if he was going to let her live or not.

"All these while, I have lived like a nobody right under your noses for this moment, where father would finally have a chance to live the life Lucifer took away from him." Erin said, and everyone had a shocked expression on their faces hearing his statement.

"Father??" Raj and Oregon exclaimed, as they tried thinking of any woman who Rowan might have knocked up to have a child that not even the sisterhood of witches, nor Crystal palace were able to detect. But all they got was nothing except the part that the queen of heaven, was banned for having something to do with a demon, and Lucifer being the one to report such ugly act to the Lawmakers.

"Surprised?" Erin chuckled darkly, the look on their faces were to die for but this was little compared to the shock they would have, once they know who was coming through the ascension gate, especially Narika, she would be really happy to see him.

"All i can say is that Marilyn here has made sure that my stay here was good, isn’t that so?" He asked her, pushing the blade closer to her neck, and cutting a little on her neck before licking her blood.

"What do you want Erin? I mean, you and your father clearly has to want something out of the disaster you are all causing." Narika asked, but he seemed to be angry hearing her words.

"THE NAME IS SETH!!" He roared, getting annoyed while giving Oregon the chance to converse with Raj about a plan that Narika decided to be the head of.

"Fine, Seth or whatever, you can’t just tell me you are after Marilyn, because let me tell you Rowan’s son or not, Lucifer is going to rip you apart once he knows about this." She added, which made Erin to scoff.

"Oh! Please, I might have been in the shadows watching everyone, but i know that Lucifer does have a tendency to show this woman her place in his life, he’s not going to do anything about her kids just like how he’s not going to blink an eye when i leave with her."

Hearing Erin talk about leaving with her got Marilyn really scared, this was like jumping into another nightmare, one that she didn’t know if she would come out alive. This is jumping from frying pan to fire, because Erin is nothing but a psychopath who is obsessed about her.

Lucifer is complicated, but she loves him or she loves whatever her mind makes him out to be but Erin. Erin is a danger to not just her, but to the whole universe because he’s the son of the crazed demon who took her child, and now is confessing his love for her.

"Let me go!" She whimpered, loud enough for him to hear it and the rest of the others in the room.

"Shut up, Marilyn. I’m doing you a favor, to take you away from this life. Away from Lucifer’s undying abuse!" Erin yelled, his attention slightly divided which gave the others time to dispatch before coming to attack him, but he saw that coming and instead pushed Marilyn forward to save himself.

"Mother!" Adrik called Marilyn, in so many years since after they were separated by his death. He watched her fall to the floor, injured and coughing out blood all thanks to Oregon who wanted to kill Erin, but she ended up taking the blow.

He ran up to her, as the others stood frozen. Oregon still in shock of what he had done.

"No..wake up. Keep your eyes on me." Adrik carried her head up, as her eyes were sinking lower inside her head, she’s losing consciousness." Do something, you are a witch!" He shouted at Raj.

Erin jumped with a happy exclamation leaving his lips," So, this is the way it ends Marilyn. I offered you life."

"Shut the fuck up!!" Narika yelled, she’s not that close to Marilyn but watching Adrik trying to save his mother, made her understand this was not the way it should happen. Adrik deserves a chance to make things right with his mother after this fight is over, and she deserves to go back to earth, for Vanessa.

So, using that pent up anger and frustration, she rushed over to e age into a full blown fist fight with Erin, with Oregon as her cover.

But what they failed to see was that Erin was a trained soldier, a fighter who has trained all his life for this day, and engaging in a fist fight with him ended up with her falling to the ground with a thud, while he had Oregon up.

"It’s not working, I can’t heal her." Raj told Adrik, while Marilyn was trying to fight. For her life and that of her girls, including Vanessa."

"S..save my girls..I..save the twins, Va..nessa." She mumbled, coughing out more blood.

When Narika saw that Oregon was loosing consciousness, she attacked Erin this time with her powers and he left him go as he fell to the ground.

"You can’t come here and take away my beloved ones!" She shouted, attacking him further, to which Erin ducked every of her attacks, before disappearing infront of her, but his sinister laughter still indicated that he was here, he’s just invisible.

"Narika, you know i watched you grow, at first i was fooled by Lucifer, who allowed Adrik to be on earth. I thought the chosen witch was Polina, and then i tried to kill her using your very dear uncle." Erin said, he was watching her run her eyes everywhere in the throne room insearch of him.

"Shut up! Come on and fight me if you have the guts." She challenged him.

"But now, you will find it very surprising wheh you see what your dear precious Uncle had become, when father is done with him. Who knows, I might take his woman, since you know... Marilyn is dying." Erin said, to which Narika turned to see Adrik holding her, using his powers to try to keep her conscious.

Oregon has passed out, but he’s the one who’s powers hurt Marilyn, so why wasn’t she recovering from Adrik and RJ trying to heal her, unless Erin had added to the injury.

She clicked her teeth in frustration, before running to the others." We need Lucifer, this isn’t working." She said, to which Raj tried disappearing but stilled in the air.

"No, you are going no where." Erin said, coming out of his camouflage for them to see him. "This room has been locked by dark magic which not even you can penetrate through." Erin said, but Narika laughed.

"Yeah, she might not, but i know who can." She said, before the door was bursted open, with its gate flying to hit Erin, who fell to the floor while Ares walked in with Lucifer following behind.

"How did..." Erin tried speaking, but was cut short by Ares, who hoisted him up in the air, the sound of his bone crushing was heard.

"No, don’t kill him. We need him alive." Raj told Ares, before Erin was flubged to the walk where he was nailed to it with Ares’ power holding him captive.

By the time Aurora, The other twin’s, Daggan and Abbadon arrived to the scene, it was too late.

Marilyn has died.

"Nooo!!!"
