Eisuke listened to Uchiha Genya’s words, and his heart raced like a stampede. He had thought this little Uchiha would be easy to handle, but it was clear this kid was a cunning fox.
Genya was clearly trying to use the excuse of a visit to investigate the missing people.
But the Third Hokage had explicitly ordered that they must not investigate!
Though he didn’t understand what the Hokage wanted from the civilian people, any orders given must be followed.

"We’re just going to take a look!" Genya replied, frowning.
"No." Eisuke snorted coldly, his voice heavy with seriousness. "I’m putting it plainly: from today onwards, no Uchiha may enter any area under the jurisdiction of the Sarutobi Police Force."
Right now, Eisuke could only use hatred as an excuse to keep the Uchiha out.
According to the Third Hokage, no matter what, he had to hold off any investigation until the upcoming Chunin Exams were over.
So now, he had no choice but to cut ties with the Uchiha to buy time.

"Why should I leave?" Genya smiled. As he spoke, he took a mission scroll from his pocket and spread it in front of Sarutobi Eisuke. "I accepted a mission from Konoha. I need to conduct an investigation in your area!"
"Are you even going to stop me from completing my mission?"
When Eisuke saw the scroll, his eyes practically burned with rage. This Uchiha Genya was insufferable, utterly detestable.
If it weren’t for being in Konoha, he would have wanted to strangle him on the spot.
"Good, Uchiha Genya, very good!" Sarutobi Eisuke looked at Genya and finally nodded. "But you’d better investigate this thoroughly!"
After saying that, he stepped aside, signaling that Genya and the others could pass.
Genya didn’t hesitate. He put away the mission order and strode forward, with the others following. But as they walked, he spoke. "Kurenai, aren’t you going to report at the Chunin Exams office?"
"I’ll go this afternoon. It shouldn’t be too late!" Kurenai replied, looking at Sarutobi Eisuke, her tone laced with a hint of disregard.
Even Sarutobi Eisuke knew about this matter. It seemed clear that Hiruzen Sarutobi had orchestrated it, and perhaps even participated.
Sure enough, the Sarutobi clan wasn’t exactly trustworthy.
"Not late, not late... please!" Sarutobi Eisuke said, staring at Kurenai, speaking each word through gritted teeth, his tone growing solemn.
Genya led the way into the area under the Sarutobi Police Forces’ jurisdiction, heading straight for the civilian district.
The missing members of the Senju clan had been relocated from that small civilian area to Uchiha territory.
They had come back this time on official business, but unexpectedly, they had disappeared without returning.
So this time, they went straight to the civilian district.
"Follow them, and make sure they don’t cause trouble here!" Sarutobi Eisuke said to the people at his side, watching Genya and the others from behind. "Especially keep an eye on Kurenai!"
The group nodded quickly and hurried to follow.

Genya was speechless. He turned back to the Sarutobi Police Force members following him. "This is the civilian district you’re in charge of? It wasn’t this empty before!"
