To last one minute under the Green Dragon’s attack…

Lin Moyu almost blurted out, Is that all?

He had assumed he would need to defeat the Green Dragon outright. This trial was far less difficult than he had expected.

The ten-second countdown ended, and the Green Dragon unleashed a Dragon Breath toward him.

It carried no scorching heat. Instead, it was filled with a potent poison.

Sensing the aura, Lin Moyu frowned slightly, “Poison?”

Seeing this, the Green Dragon thought Lin Moyu was already faltering. He let out a deafening laugh.

“Human brat, if you can’t hold on, just admit it. Don’t force yourself.”

“If you die from trying too hard, that’s on you.”

Despite his mockery, he spewed another Dragon Breath, intensifying the poison.

Poison rapidly flooded the arena. With flight prohibited here, there was no avoiding it.

For other class users, enduring it for a minute was possible, neither too easy nor too hard.

But for Lin Moyu…

Standing calmly within the poison mist, he remained unmoving. Aside from his initial frown, he showed no reaction at all.

The Green Dragon was dumbfounded, “What the hell?”

He unleashed yet another Dragon Breath, pushing the poison to the limit of level 75.

Any stronger, and it would break the rules of the Dragon King Palace.

Secretly tampering with the trial wasn’t easy.

Even so, Lin Moyu remained completely unaffected, simply waiting for the timer to run out.

With his 100% poison elemental immunity, even the Poison God’s poison couldn’t harm him, much less this Green Dragon’s.

One minute passed in the blink of an eye.

The Green Dragon inhaled deeply, pulling all the poison back into his body.

Then he stared at Lin Moyu with a strange expression and shouted, “Brat, what are you?”

Lin Moyu smiled lightly, “Thank you, Dragon King, for holding back.”

When the Green Dragon first attacked, a trace of his true aura had leaked out.

He was God-level, and in Dragonkind rules, reaching God-level made one a Dragon King.

And since this dungeon was named the Dragon King Palace, the title seemed appropriate.

The Green Dragon snorted, “I’m not one of those inferior Dragonkind. I’m a Dragon, do you understand? A Dragon.”

Lin Moyu picked up the disdain in his tone.

Antares had once said that humans were superior to Dragonkind, though he hadn’t explained how.

If humans were superior, then Dragonkind must be inferior.

Now, this was the second time Lin Moyu had heard that sentiment. Even the Green Dragon looked down on Dragonkind.

“Then how should I address you, Sir?” Lin Moyu asked.

“I’m an Elemental Dragon.” The Green Dragon declared, “As for my name, you’re not qualified to know it. You may call me Green Dragon, or Lord Green Dragon.”

Although he initially disliked humans, it seemed he now acknowledged Lin Moyu’s strength. Passing the trial had earned some respect.

Lord? Lin Moyu hadn’t even called Antares lord. What right did this Green Dragon have to demand it?

He skipped the title entirely and asked, “May I know what the next trial is?”

“The first stage, first round—you passed,” the Green Dragon proclaimed, “The second round will begin shortly. Stay here and wait.”

With that, he flew off, disappearing into the distance in an instant.

Soon, his voice echoed faintly from afar.

“Stop sleeping!”

“Wake up! Someone entered the dungeon!”

“Hurry up and do your trial, or the Dragon God will bite you to death!” 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞

Lin Moyu listened closely. It seemed the Green Dragon was trying to wake someone up.

And he vaguely heard the words Lord Dragon God.

He was certain he hadn’t misheard.

“Is he fetching someone?”

A sudden gale surged.

A Cyan Dragon shot over from the distance, flying even faster than the Green Dragon.

Wrapped entirely in he wind element, he looked half-asleep.

Lin Moyu recognized the Cyan Dragon immediately as another Elemental Dragon, like the Green Dragon, but of the wind attribute.

“So that’s why the elemental auras I felt outside the dungeon felt so chaotic… it must’ve been from these Elemental Dragons.”

A Green Dragon of poison, a Cyan Dragon of wind… could there also be Dragons of fire, water, and lightning?

While he was still speculating, the Cyan Wind Dragon rubbed his eyes and yawned.

“So you’re the one who got the Dragon King Certificate, huh?”

His voice was groggy, but unlike the Green Dragon, he didn’t seem hostile toward humans.

Lin Moyu asked, “How should I address you?”

The Cyan Dragon yawned again, sending out a powerful gust, “Call me Cyan Dragon or Wind Dragon, whatever you want. A name’s just a label.”

He seemed much easier to talk to.

Lin Moyu tried another question, “Then if there were two Wind Dragons, how would I tell you apart?”

The Cyan Dragon shook his massive head, “How would there be that many Wind Dragons? Long ago, we—”

He abruptly clamped his mouth shut, clarity returning to his eyes as his expression soured.

“Don’t ask things you shouldn’t.”

“Your trial is about to begin. Endure my attacks for two minutes, and you pass. Don’t worry, according to the rules, I’ll keep my power limited to level 76.”

The duration had increased by a full minute, and the attack cap had risen from level 75 to level 76.

For most class users, this would be a massive jump in difficulty.

After level 70, every level was a major threshold.

And enduring for another minute made it even harder.

But for Lin Moyu, it changed nothing.

“Can I fight back?” He suddenly asked.

The Cyan Dragon gave him a glance, “Do what you want. The trial starts in ten seconds.”

Although he didn’t say no, he didn’t believe Lin Moyu had the ability to fight back.

Ten seconds later, he opened his mouth and unleashed another Dragon Breath.

A fierce wind roared forth, sharp enough to slice through steel.

It slammed into Lin Moyu, but his Bone Armor flared brightly, blocking everything.

The level 70 Bone Armor, amplified 80-fold, its defense was equivalent to 560,000 physique.

The Bone Armor absorbed the attack with ease.

The Cyan Dragon paused, then fired another Dragon Breath, this one even more violent.

The Bone Armor only shone brighter in response.

The attack had already reached level 76, nearing the permissible limit.

At this rate, Lin Moyu would pass easily.

Unwilling, he prepared to push to the very brink of the rules.

But just as he opened his mouth, a flash of white light suddenly erupted.

A chill ran down the Cyan Dragon’s spine. Instinctively, he snapped his jaws shut.

The white light was too fast, and he was too close. He couldn’t dodge.

The Bone Spear, containing immense power, struck him with a metallic clang.

It clung to his body for a moment before dissipating.

The Cyan Dragon lowered his head. A tiny crack marred his supposedly unbreakable scales.

He stared at Lin Moyu in shock, unable to believe what had just happened.

He was a God-level Dragon. Although not the strongest in defense among the Elemental Dragons, his might was unquestionable.

Yet the level 70 human before him had managed to leave a faint crack on his scales.

That single strike meant Lin Moyu’s power had already surpassed level 85.

And judging by his expression, Lin Moyu hadn’t even used his full strength.

The Cyan Dragon immediately understood: Lin Moyu was anything but ordinary.

But then again, anyone capable of obtaining the Dragon King Certificate could not be judged by level alone.

No wonder he had remained calm before the Dragon Breath, almost dismissive of it.

His earlier question, whether he could fight back, had clearly been no joke.

The Cyan Dragon felt an impulse to battle him, but the rules restricted him.

Lin Moyu made no further move, and the Cyan Dragon, too, stopped.

Two minutes passed before the fierce winds finally subsided.

The Cyan Dragon’s colossal eyes reflected Lin Moyu’s figure, “You are excellent. We will meet again soon.”

“I hope we can have a proper fight then. I will suppress my strength, but I will not hold back.”

“I expect you to go all out and not disappoint me.”

Lin Moyu pondered his words. It seemed the trial was far from over.

He smiled lightly, “I will.”

Whether he needed to go all out would depend on the opponent, on whether they were worth his true strength.

Even he didn't yet know his limits.

At the very least, he was confident he could contend with mid-tier Demon Kings like the Darkfiend King.

As for anything below level 93, he was certain he could crush them with ease.
