Right as Sebastian stood up from his seat, Sebastian stored everything that was on the table into his spatial ring, except for 1 slab of meat.

In actuality, the real reason as to why Sebastian stopped Julia’s advances onto him was because he wanted to test and see just how much progress he would be able to make toward his thoracic spine after he was done absorbing the dragon essence that was within the slab of meat.

After picking up the slab of meat, Sebastian walked over to the kitchen, then began slicing the slab of meat into steaks and cubes so that it would be easier to cook in a pan.

From the slab of meat, Sebastian ended up obtaining 12 pieces of steaks and a bunch of meat cubes.

After Sebastian was done with cutting the slab of meat, Sebastian took out a pan from the kitchen cabinet, then began heating up the pan.

Right as the pan was heating up, Sebastian looked over to Julia, who could be seen sitting on the table and slowly drinking onto her bowl of ginseng chicken soup, then asked Julia while pointing toward the steaks and meat cubes.

"Julia, what do you want, steak or cubes?"

"Cubes for me, I don’t think I will be able to finish an entire steak. Also, just a few small cubes of meat will be enough for me. Darling, don’t forget, this is the meat of a foundation establishment realm beast. It will be bad if you eat too much of it and end up not being able to completely refine the energy that is within the meat. So, make sure that you don’t cook too much of the meat. I think that a few cubes should be more than enough for you too."

Upon hearing what Sebastian said, Julia felt that what Sebastian said made sense, and thus, she stopped worrying and continue on with drinking her ginseng chicken soup.

Not long after, Sebastian began cooking a few small cubes of meat for Julia first, and as the few small cubes of meat landed onto the pan, sizzling sound and a strong aromatic aroma began filling the entire kitchen.

"As expected of the meat of a foundation establishment realm beast, just the smell of it while it is being cooked is more than enough to make me salivate! This is making me look even more forward to tasting how this meat actually tastes like!"

Upon smelling the strong aromatic aroma that was being emitted out by the few small cubes of meat, Sebastian couldn’t help but think to himself.

Not long after Sebastian was done cooking the few small cubes of meat, he placed the few small cubes of meat onto the chopping board that was not far away from him and allowed the few small cubes of meat to rest.

Meanwhile, while the few small cubes of meat were resting, Sebastian began cooking the few pieces of steaks that he was going to eat by himself.

Since there were a few pieces of steaks, Sebastian used 2 pans to cook the steaks, so that he could cut short the amount of time that was needed to finish cooking all of the steaks.

Not long after, Sebastian who was done with cooking everything could be seen sitting at the table with Julia, and on the table, there were two plates of meat.

On one of the plates, there were a total of 4 steaks on it, and on the other plate, there were a few small cubes of meat on it.

Since Julia was still trying to finish her bowl of ginseng chicken soup, Sebastian was the first one to test how the meat that belonged to a foundation establishment realm beast tasted like.

As Sebastian cut a huge piece of meat from one of the steaks and put the huge piece of meat into his mouth, a blissful look immediately appeared on Sebastian as he closed his eyes and let out a groan.

Right as the meat had entered into Sebastian’s stomach, the four divinity beasts reconstruction technique revolved a single cycle, and immediately after, the meat was turned into dragon essence, followed by being absorbed into Sebastian’s spine.
