Power of Runes-Chapter 384: Realm Formation
I comprehended the whole glyph....just like that? Why didn’t I know the Soul Library could do this?
If one were to say that Ash was scared out of his wits, that would be an overstatement, but if one were to say that he was merely shocked, that would be an understatement.
The feeling Ash experienced was far too mixed and tangled for simple words to define. It was confusion, disbelief, excitement, fear, and relief blending together inside his mind, making it difficult for him to even think properly.
Still, the realization that he had truly comprehended the knowledge of an entire glyph felt almost unreal, like a fragile dream that could shatter if he questioned it too much.
Earlier, a lingering thought had always remained hidden in the back of his mind. Ash had been directly taking knowledge from the Rune, but that was only knowledge in its raw form. What about true comprehension?
Memorizing a book and fully understanding it were two completely different things. Memorization allowed one to repeat information, but comprehension allowed one to reshape and apply that knowledge naturally. But this....this...this....
Ash had no words to describe what he was feeling.
With bright eyes filled with restless curiosity and a slightly dazed expression, he activated [Eye of Omniscience] once again.
This time, instead of observing the Rune, he attempted to look deeper into his Soul Library itself. He wanted to understand the cause behind the sudden transformation, the mysterious reaction between the Soul Library and the knowledge extracted from the Rune.
He first observed the description of the Soul Library, hoping that something new might have appeared. However, his skill revealed no additional information.
This left him with only two possible conclusions. Either his skill was still not strong enough to analyze the deeper truths of the Soul Library, even after comprehending 1 glyph from the Rune of Truth, or there existed some internal reaction between the Runes themselves, a hidden mechanism where each Rune supported the others in a silent symbiotic relationship that he had not yet begun to understand.
Even so, Ash did not attempt to force his gaze deeper into the inner structure of the Soul Library. He clearly understood that if he pushed beyond his current limits, he would simply lose consciousness again without gaining any meaningful understanding, repeating the same helpless cycle that he had already endured countless times.
Shaking his head slowly, Ash pulled his attention away from the Soul Library, forcing his thoughts to calm down before they spiraled into unnecessary speculation.
.....With time, everything would reveal itself. I am still taking baby steps in matters related to the Runes...I cannot afford to make reckless guesses about something so vast and unknown....It is better to simply continue comprehending more Runes and allow the truth to unfold naturally....
With renewed excitement and quiet exhilaration burning inside his chest, Ash immediately moved forward and began attempting to comprehend the second glyph.
At that moment, time slowly began losing its meaning for him once again, becoming nothing more than a silent background that moved forward without his awareness.
However, Ash had not abandoned logic or calculation in his excitement. He carefully observed the percentage displayed in his description. After comprehending one complete glyph, his comprehension of the Rune of Truth had reached 0.00386%.
Based on that calculation, Ash would need to comprehend approximately 260 glyphs just to reach the 1% mark of total comprehension of the Rune of Truth.
As for the amount of years it would take for him to reach even that single percent...the number was.....little over the top. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂

Meanwhile, in the outside world.
After the Three Eternal Supremes came to an agreement regarding the whole realm, they acted on it without any delay, as if hesitation itself was beneath their authority and the decision had already solidified the moment it was spoken.
Reality itself trembled in response, and with the combined power of all three Eternal Supremes, the effect was felt across the very ends of the Mortal Realm.
The natural laws that governed existence began to vibrate under their overwhelming influence, as though the universe itself struggled to maintain balance under such unimaginable pressure.
The very laws trembled in response, before a single planet broke away from its gravitational field and began moving in the direction of the world of Akumia.
The separation was slow but undeniable, like a celestial body reluctantly abandoning the orbit that had guided it since its birth. The skies of that world darkened slightly as its sun drifted further away, yet the planet continued moving as if guided by an invisible force far greater than gravity itself.
That single action became like the first falling domino. As soon as it happened, a chain reaction spread throughout the Mortal Realm. From distant galaxies and forgotten corners of existence, every planet that contained any kind of life signatures broke free from the gravitational force of its sun, solar system, and galaxy, and began moving toward the world of Akumia.
Each planet followed a different path through space, yet all of them were being pulled toward the same destination, as if guided by an absolute and unquestionable command.
Their speed was slow at first, almost gentle, as if the planets themselves resisted abandoning the ancient paths they had followed for countless years. However, under the increasing combined power of the three Eternal Supremes, their speed gradually increased.
What began as a slow drift soon transformed into an unstoppable migration across the vast cosmic expanse.
While this was happening, under the effect of that same power, protective barriers were formed around all the worlds. These barriers ensured that the inhabitants of those planets would not suffer destruction due to the sudden movement of their worlds at such tremendous speed.
Oceans remained stable within their boundaries, mountains held their foundations, and atmospheres stayed intact despite the violent displacement occurring beyond their skies.
However, not everything occurred without consequence. Due to the three Eternal Supremes executing their powers, many resource rich regions containing vast natural deposits and worlds that had not yet developed life but were slowly progressing toward it ceased to exist. Entire planetary bodies that held the potential to nurture future civilizations were erased before they could even take their first step toward existence.
Many regions became dead zones where nothing could survive, and countless areas of space were destroyed during this restructuring. Despite such devastation, not a single world that already contained life was destroyed, as if preserving existing life had become an unspoken law that even the Eternals chose not to violate.
While the three Eternals ignored worlds that existed in dead zones that lacked mana entirely, all the other worlds that possessed even the faintest trace of mana were moved toward the world of Akumia. To the Eternals, mana was the foundation upon which future growth could occur, making such worlds worthy of preservation and integration.
Due to the disturbance in the gravitational balance on a universal scale, many galaxies and solar systems lost their structural stability and detonated under the strain.
Not every system suffered complete destruction, but most of them fractured and collapsed, erasing cosmic structures that had existed for billions of years.
While the migrating worlds remained protected by the barriers erected by the Eternals, the same could not be said about the countless possibilities that vanished along with those destroyed galaxies.
Entire civilizations that could have been born billions of years later lost their chance to ever exist, their futures erased before they could even begin to form.
Thus, while planetary bodies continued their journey toward the world of Akumia, reshaping the structure of the Mortal Realm itself, the Eternals initiated their second move.
And this step included the way through which the races of the Mortal Realm could break their natural limits, to surpass their limitations, and step onto paths that were previously considered impossible.
It was the creation of a....Universal System.
"Initiate the procedure."
The Transcendent Eternal Supreme said to the Abyssal One, his voice calm but held a faint feeling of anticipation.
The Abyssal One only chuckled softly, as if he had been waiting for those exact words for a very long time, before finally making his move.
Runic Symbols and glyphs appeared from thin air and began to interact with countless unseen signals, weaving themselves together as if guided by an ancient wisdom.
They rotated, overlapped, and stretched into intricate patterns, forming connections that constantly shifted and reformed, like a living structure searching for its perfect shape.
At the same time, the other two Eternals also made their move, and more Runic Symbols and glyphs manifested around them, each carrying the distinct aura of their respective Runes and the laws of the all Three realms.
These newly formed symbols and laws that were literally made from those symbols flowed toward the basic structure of the UNIVERSAL SYSTEM that the Abyssal Eternal Supreme had created, merging into it with perfect precision.
As soon as glyphs and Runic Symbols belonging to three different Runes and countless laws touched each other, a chain reaction occurred.
Countless symbols began appearing and collapsing simultaneously, as if existence itself was experimenting with infinite possibilities within a single moment.
Some of these runes attempted to combine with each other, aligning perfectly and stabilizing into more advanced formations, while others failed to maintain balance and were instantly destroyed, dissolving into streams of fading energy.
All three Eternals watched the entire procedure with silent awe. Even for beings who stood at the peak of existence, the unfolding phenomenon carried a rare sense of wonder.
Although the Abyssal Eternal Supreme had created the foundation for the formation of a system that could be accessed by anyone, similar to a status window, that foundation was not static.
It continuously absorbed and utilized additional Runic Symbols, glyphs and laws that made up reality to evolve and complete itself, adapting with each passing moment.
The process itself was extremely complicated, yet from the outside, it appeared deceptively simple. It would not be wrong to say that it only appeared simple because of the hundreds of thousands of years of comprehension that each of them had invested in understanding the Runes they possessed.
What looked effortless now was the result of endless ages of study, failure, enlightenment, and sacrifice.
Every Eternal possessed exactly one Rune within themselves. Through their individual comprehension of different laws and mastery over those Runes, a miracle was being performed, one that would alter the very destiny of all existence and reshape the path of every living being within the Mortal Realm and beyond.
