Richard Dosse, who had remained silent throughout the exchange, raised his hand. Sora nodded for him to speak.

"Call me crazy if you want, but I've been completely cut from the outside world until today. Can someone explain how we're getting hit with this many attacks at once? How can the spirits even reach us? Weren't their territories west of Mexico? And the werewolves were east of the Philippines last I checked! What the hell are they doing at our doorstep now?"

Sora, who had uncovered the answer the previous day by digging into someone's memories during his 'investigation,' replied, "They're able to attack so many countries so far from their original territories because they spent the last month setting up outposts all over the world. Now they've got many small territories right on our doorstep."

Those already in the know nodded, and Asta added, "It's one of the features of the update… I recommend checking the online forums when you've got time. They go over every global change in detail."

Somewhat annoyed by the interruption, she continued, "I'll finish the report with a breakdown of our forces."

Sora, who could feel the conversation starting to drag, raised his hand to interrupt her.

Asta had a hard time hiding her frustration but said nothing.

"No need to go further for now. I'll see our troops with my own eyes when the time comes."

"My strategy for the 57 conflicts starting tomorrow is simple. I'll assign individuals to each war to ensure a crushing victory."

Confused looks spread across the room. Sora, his radiant and confident smile still frozen on his face, started to worry.

'Did I just say something stupid?'

Admiral Figaro stepped in, "Individuals? Do you have specific people in mind? Can we meet them?"

Sora was caught off guard. 'The more Alter Egos I create, the harder it'll be to keep my abilities hidden. And some of them already leaked during the stream, but not many people noticed. Damn it… at this rate, my secret won't stay one for long.'

"Who they are doesn't matter for now. You'll be free to question them tomorrow, after the battles," Sora replied, opting to maintain the mystery rather than rely on weak arguments.

'I don't have time to bullshit people. Let them doubt if they want.' He thought.

"In the meantime, I want all European troops gathered at the Stade de France." Seeing hands rise and brows furrow, he added, "No questions. I want everyone in the stands tomorrow before noon. Round up all volunteers, regardless of their level. Also, send me a detailed list with a superficial analysis of all elite troops. I want names, preferred assignments, current level, and global power rating. Any additional information is optional but appreciated."

Sensing the shift in tone and pace, a few participants began jotting notes and assigning tasks to their subordinates.

Sora stood and concluded, "Tomorrow marks the beginning of our comeback. They wanted a fight, and now they'll get one."

Sora left Paris just a few minutes later. His next destination was Beijing, where he had a meeting with Hu Lexin, China's current leader.

The meeting was over in less than half an hour, and Sora left with a satisfied smile.

'That went better than expected. Time to keep it going.'

Rio de Janeiro. Moscow. Lagos. Mexico City. Buenos Aires. Cairo. Mumbai. Tokyo. Karachi. Istanbul and more.

Sora knocked on the door of most of humanity's major cities, offering his help in the wars to come. He faced a few rejections but wasn't surprised.

'Egypt's corrupt leader was especially hostile toward me.'

'India was more subtle about it, but still politely showed me the door.'

'Same story with Argentina and Pakistan. None of them want help from the outside.'

Sora, aware of the strength of the enemy elites, offered them a silent prayer and recalled the notifications he had put aside after his last meeting.

A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.

He opened his interface and was surprised to read the first few alerts.

[You have met the requirements to trigger a Supreme Quest.]

Seeing the words [Supreme Quest] blinking, he knew he could tap on them to get more information.

[A Supreme Quest is only granted to exceptional players capable of altering the outcome of the War for Supremacy and dominating the world they inhabit.]

Curious, he opened his new quest.

[Supreme Quest: Absolute Freedom]

[You have reached the extremely rare status of Planetary Threat without the help of any class, superior entity, quest, or faction.]

[In the absence of a supporting entity, this quest will be shaped entirely by your actions.]

[Mission 1: Supreme Command]

You've earned the trust of allies on every front. More than two-thirds of your Kingdom's armies are now under your command. A threat to some, a savior to others, your influence is unmatched within the New World Kingdom.

Success Conditions:

– Win the wars under your responsibility in the next 48 hours.

Failure Conditions:

– Lose more than 2% of your total troops.

– Or lose more than 1% of the ongoing wars.

Warnings:

– The detailed outcome of each war will directly affect the final reward.

– Failure to finish Mission 1 will result in the loss of the Supreme Quest.

Constraints:

– You are forbidden from discussing this quest or its objectives.

– All attempts at communication or negotiation with the enemy are disabled until the mission ends.

[This quest follows your choices. The world will follow their consequences.]

Sora's eyes widened at the notification.

'A Supreme Quest? I've been wondering for ages what it takes to unlock one… and now it just drops out of nowhere.' He was stunned, unable to shake off the question of why now.

'Did the system only now consider me a Planetary Threat? Just when I began fighting for my people? Is that what was missing for the world to label me a threat to other kingdoms?'

'Lose more than 2% of my troops or 1% of the wars and it's game over? What kind of insane success conditions are those?'

Unable to find more answers, or even a glimpse of the possible rewards, Sora eventually pulled himself out of his thoughts.

Recalling his original plans, he took to the skies and returned to France, where his "friends" were waiting.

As he reached Paris, a quick glance confirmed that most of the city's population had already fled. He also spotted tens of thousands of players crowding the [Auction House], upgrading their gear.

He flew over the city until he reached the entrance to the Stade de France. The location had been completely reworked since the second World Update and was now housed within a hidden dimension, with only a small place that lead to it.

Using his mental force, he had no trouble identifying the hidden dimension where his friends were waiting. A portal appeared before him, and Sora stepped through without hesitation.

In front of him stood several hundred individuals who all bore similar and familiar features.

'Eight hundred showed up. Not bad at all!' Sora quickly recognized the Alter Egos gathered.

Noticing the bored expressions around him, Sora joked to grab their attention:

"Oy oy everyone! Who's ready to kick ass?"

Twelve pulled a face. "Weren't you the one who hated wasting time? Get to the point. Why did you ask us to gather already? It's barely been two days since we started training and most of us were in the middle of something."

Sora sighed and began releasing a fraction of his power. "Relax, Twelve. After a day like today, there's nothing better than bickering with your little brothers to blow off steam. Wanna spar? I promise it'll help you relax."

Twelve smirked at the provocation. "I'll pass, thanks. Maybe next time though?"

Seeing that a decent crowd had gathered, Sora switched topics.

"It's time to defend our territories. Don't worry though, I won't need you for long. The war format has changed slightly. Battles are no longer spread across four weeks. Now it's a single decisive engagement with multiple phases. Just like our one in Sweden."

"So I'll only need your help for a day or two. You can go back to your training or missions afterwards. Sound good?"

Sixteen raised a question. "Why do you need all of us? Couldn't just a few of us sweep the battlefields?"

Sora shook his head.

"A player can only participate in three wars at once since the last update… and that's something you wouldn't have to ask if you had my memories. Which brings us to the second reason we're gathered here. It's time for everyone fuse and sync memories, skills, and information gained over the last 72 hours."

Sixteen couldn't hide his shock.

"While everyone else deals with annoying restrictions, you're out here building an army and deploying it across every battlefield. Aren't we going to get banned at this rate?"

Sora shook his head again.

"We're playing by the rules. You're all legitimate players, and I'm not breaking any system guideline I know of. I've even been tempted to create more Alter Egos… but I worry that if I keep dividing my resources, our individual strength might drop too much. So, for this war, we'll focus on quality over quantity."

Twelve quickly understood what that meant.

"You're going to reabsorb all of us and channel our strength into a chosen few?"

"Exactly. We have 480 battles scheduled tomorrow. That means we'll need exactly 160 different individuals to ensure one person per front. They'll each battle three times. Unless you want to do something else."

Sora materialized a detailed list of the scheduled battles, complete with times and level caps.

"As you can see, there are always around twenty battles happening at the same time. We'll funnel our collective strength into those selected individuals. I'll leave it to you all to decide who fights and when. I'll also share all of my Soul Power with you."

After finishing his explanation, Sora could feel his brothers' growing excitement and was relieved by their enthusiasm.

'They want to win this war as much as I do. They want to set humanity back on track.'

As a line began to form in front of him, he realized they were already ready for fusion.

As usual, it was Twelve who stepped forward first.

"We're ready."
