I ignored it and focused in making the draft. I have decided to divide my faction into two parts— Nobelici Branch and Mixed Branch. These two branches would work on the principle of 'Check and Balance System.' This means two branches of my faction would check each other such that, none of the branch would go beyond their limit.

Nobelici branch constitute of people, who are nobles. All the nobles who will join this branch should be neutral. After joining my faction, they would be loyal to me and me only. For now, Marquis Hamilton, Count Varilon, Baron Xavwer and Duke Rinkshel are the members. Although, Duke Rinkshel has yet to know about this, but I am sure he is going to accept it. The man has no choice, literally.

As for Mixed Branch, the people who will join this branch should be from all sections of society. Mages, knights, and commoners... anyone can join except nobles. Like the first branch, joining this branch means they will absolutely be loyal to me and... me only.

The leader of the Mixed Branch will be Leon. Being my secretary and a well-recognised commoner figure, he is the perfect candidate to be their leader. Participation of commoners in this group will ensure that I am a just ruler in the eyes of public.

About the nobles... they will just have to accept it. Although, I have taken this decision is due to another matter. If I carefully execute this then... I will have an upper hand against the perpetrators who will try to sabotage the festival.

Completing the draft, I put the quill back in the ink pot. I analysed my draft once again, especially the rules section.

7) Each member of this faction will take an oath. It will be held as the sacred promise towards the emperor.

8) 'Check and Balance System' will be the principle in which both the sections will work.

9) The members will assist the emperor in and out of the meeting.

10) This faction's official meeting will be after the foundation festival gets over. In every meeting, problems will be discussed and their solutions will be found.

11) Following the protocol will be expected from each and every member of this faction.

12) While equality will be ensured remember one thing— I, your emperor will stand above all of you. I will be the one who will decide whether a bill gets passed or not. I will be the one, who will hold absolute authority. All the three factions are below me.

Satisfied, I finally took a sigh of relief. Now, all I need is to make copies of this draft and send it them for their signs. I stamped the draft with the emperor's stamp and signed it. From this moment, the Emperorical Faction has come into life.
