Raising A Few Wives in a Beast Apocalypse-Chapter 412: Do what you want...

Soon enough, all that could be seen was a magnificent mansion, a miniature black hole and three figures floating in the air.

Suddenly, one of the figures began creating metal and feeding it into the black hole which was seemingly being controlled by the brown-haired figure.

The metal created was sometimes silver, sometimes gold, then black and so on... It was clear that the figure was creating different types of metal.

The scene was rather surreal and comprehensible even for the apocalypse...

At the fortress...

"Look! Look! It really is Freya!"

"Whoa! It really is her! I’d never have believed it if I didn’t see her face"

"But what are they doing?"

"Why don’t you go up and ask them?"

"Yeah right. Like anyone would question Mr Muku again. And besides, none of us can fly anyway..."

"Then shut up and watch like the rest of us! Why so noisy, damn!"

"Tsk"

At Klaus’s camp...

"That lady... That mansion. I know them..." Chris spoke slowly while looking at the mansion in the sky and sometimes at Freya.

"Don’t tell me..." Klaus who has been told a few things about their sister’s situation by Chris was quick on the uptake.

"Yes... That’s likely our sister’s base. And that man... He must be the mysterious leader who was missing last time. From how gloomy they got whenever he was mentioned, I assumed he was dead and they just didn’t want to acknowledge it..." Chris confirmed.

"Well now. Then things just got a hell lot more interesting. To think the random new brother I made was actually my brother-in-law. Hahahaha. Fate is truly a wondrous thing! Hahaha," Klaus was instantly excited by the situation.

"What are you so happy about? From what I’ve gathered during my stay with them. He’s a lecherous bastard who isn’t satisfied with one woman. And our sister is one of his unfortunate victims. How can you be okay with that?!" Chris chided Klaus.

What was wrong with this brother of his? Where was his overprotectiveness for his sister from the past? Where was the guy who said he was going to rip the guy her sister was interested in apart when they met?!

"Calm down brother. While I’ll admit that not pleased by the idea of our sister being with someone who has more than one woman. More than anything, I’m jealo... Cough, I mean, I’m willing to respect our sister’s decision. She’s grown up enough to make her own decisions. And honestly, if she’s to be in such a situation, I’m glad it’s with Muku. I can trust that he won’t mistreat her even with her less-than-perfect personality... I can see that you’re not convinced with my reasoning brother. So, I’ll say this. I’ve only stated my stance on the matter. You’re free to state yours. And if you want to fight it out with him, then, more power to you. I won’t stop, nor assist you. Do what you want..." Klaus clearly expressed his stance on the matter.

If he hadn’t gotten acquainted with Muku and had gotten along so well, not to mention the assistance they got... Maybe he would have been like Chris is right now. But after everything that has happened, he just couldn’t bring himself to be angry.

He was someone who valued relationships after all. So if the other party didn’t do anything extremely bad like betraying him, he was willing to swallow any negative feelings towards issues like being an overprotective brother.

Plus he also took Muku’s strength into consideration. That man was by far the strongest person he had ever come across. He couldn’t see through the other party’s strength. But of that much he was certain.

And in the apocalypse, strength reigned supreme. So knowing that Muku was super strong, nice enough and fancied his sister... He was okay with giving a thumbs up to the relationship for just those reasons alone. Even if the relationship wasn’t as perfect as he would have liked...

"Fight it out?... Don’t joke with me Klaus. I do not have a death wish" Chris replied defeatedly after a quick glance at Muku.

Just like Klaus, he had also rated Muku as someone he couldn’t stand up against. Even if he used all his trump cards, he might not even scratch the other party.

Just from seeing how quickly Muku was feeding the black hole without looking like he was doing anything noteworthy gave Chris the feeling that Muku’s power was even deeper than a bottomless abyss.

Of course, he knew that such a notion was impossible and he only felt like that because he didn’t know enough about Muku. But even then, just bringing that feeling on was enough to show that Muku wasn’t to be messed with.

"Then shut up and let what is, be. If I remember correctly from what you said, even our sister warned you against even thinking about going against that man. That warning should have made you realise that you were out of your depth. After all, Jade calls it how she sees it without any bias...". Klaus began mocking his brother.

"...." Chris didn’t know what to say. He’s never felt so powerless before. Not even when he lost his teammates while being unable to do anything...

His wife Scarlett stood beside him while patting his shoulder silently. That’s all she could do for this husband of hers who was beaten before the fight even began.

As for why they called each other husband and wife even though there were no churches or courts left in the world... They had actually gotten married at Tactoa before everything fell through. There was a man there who was once a priest. And they took the chance to seal the deal even though it wasn’t actually necessary as long as they loved each other and stayed together...

On the side, Klaus was trying to coax Genevieve into forgiving him after he almost slipped into saying that he was jealous of Muku.

The reason for this was that he had been pursuing the lady for quite a while now.

And since he wasn’t one to use his power to pressure her into agreeing, she was free to reject him as many times as she wanted.

In fact, what he didn’t know was that the lady liked him first. And it was thorough her subtle seduction that he fell for her too.

Now she was just making him sweat a bit before sealing the deal. But in her heart, the two of them were already a couple.

In fact, everyone in the group apart from Klaus himself knew that Genevieve was already his.

Hell, even Muku and Raya who didn’t know them for long knew this... Klaus really was just too dense. This prompted Genevieve to set everything into motion... Which was no different to Chris’ situation. The two really were twin brothers...

Back in the sky....

"Umm, are you sure this won’t affect the others inside?" Muku asked worriedly.

He wanted Freya to upgrade the house, but it didn’t mean that the others should be inconvenienced because of it. He had been too excited about the prospect earlier, so he only remembered after they already begun.

"Yes. Don’t worry. My control is way better than before... I’m actually upgrading everything around them. So while it’s definitely chaotic around their rooms. The inside is as calm as ever..." Freya replied assuringly.

"That’s good then... Should I speed up the feeding process?" Muku asked after his worries had been put to rest.

"No, if you go any faster I might get overwhelmed..." Freya answered

"Okay..." Muku acknowledged.

After that, they worked quietly for over thirty minutes.

And as they did so, the mansion miraculously changed from completely in front of everyone’s eyes...

Firstly, it tripled in size. Then the wall around it which had been taken down was rebuilt in a threatening black steel with multiple energy guns mounted all over. The barrier was also temporarily turned off.

After another thirty minutes, the mansion was gone. What was left in its place was a grey battle castle. As for what it looked like... Just think of an amazing battle castle and that’s it. (^_^)

"Whoa... Now this I can get behind..." Muku looked at the castle with glowing eyes then to the speechlessness of everyone present, he flew forward and gave the castle wall a hug.

What was even more amusing was how a close by gun shot him as soon as he touched it with an energy beam strong enough to kill all the people on the ground.

And yet he tanked it and began laughing happily while the brown-haired lady came beside him and started apologising for forgetting to turn off the auto defence.

....

Seeing what just happened, Chris completely crushed the last bit of interest he had in fighting Muku. The dude just tanked an attack a thousand of him might not be able to resist...

....

"I feel weird" Freya spoke as soon as she stepped through the mansion, or rather, castle gates...

"What’s wrong?" Muku asked worriedly while touching Freya’s head with the back of his hand like he was checking for a fever.

It was stupid considering that even R3s don’t get sick, let alone R5s. But it still made Freya feel happy and embarrassed... Truly, a girl in love was hopeless...

"I didn’t mean it like that. I mean that I feel a resonance between my avatar and the castle..." Freya explained after regaining her composure...

"Oh? It seems our Freya came out before me. Though that’s to be expected I guess..." Before Muku could reply. A voice came from the direction of the castle...
