Callix Linton actually didn’t know who the call was for. He stopped Lily Turner from answering because he didn’t want her to pick up calls from Fabian Holmes or Amelia Linton.

Those two have now been blacklisted by him; he no longer wants to waste time and energy on them.

After saying a sentence to Callix Linton, Lily Turner strode towards the bathroom.

Amelia Linton, standing at the courtyard gate, didn’t know this. She dialed the home landline again, but although it connected, nobody answered.
