Lily Turner instinctively looked at Easton Holmes who was leaning beside her. She looked over so suddenly, his worry and tension on his face hadn’t been concealed in time. Seeing him like this, she frowned with puzzlement.

"Easton is in the shower now, it’s not convenient for him to take the call." She felt he was hiding something from her, so to figure out what was going on, she lied to her mom on the other side of the phone.

"Mom! You just asked if the person who posted online was found, what post?" After telling the lie, Lily immediately asked the question rooted in her heart.

As Lily turned her head just now, Easton guessed what she wanted to do. Although he guessed beforehand she would ask like this, hearing her actually ask the question made him pause for a moment.

"Mom! They were found." He did not speak directly to Lily, but was speaking into his phone.

"Then, who is that person?" Sophia hesitated for a moment, but eventually asked the question.

Easton looked at Lily staring at him unblinkingly, took a deep breath, and revealed the person who posted, "My brother."

In his heart, he didn’t want to admit that person was his brother, but what was the use of not admitting it? A fact is a fact.

"Your brother?!"

"Your brother?!"

Sophia on the other side of the phone and Lily on this side exclaimed at the same time, their reactions were perfectly synchronized.

Easton anticipated the mother-daughter duo having such a reaction, yet what caught him off guard was that besides surprise, Sophia began to feel conflicted about the matter.

"How do you plan to deal with this matter?" After a while, Sophia cautiously asked.

Through the phone, Easton heard Sophia’s cautiousness, but he misunderstood it. He thought Sophia was worried he might go soft on his brother, so he quickly said to her on the phone, "I’ve already handed this matter over to the police."

This matter had already crossed his line in the sand; he absolutely wouldn’t let his so-called brother off easily.

"Handed over to the police? Can’t we handle it ourselves?" Upon hearing Easton handed the matter to the police, Sophia’s mood became excited, with apparent concern in her excitement.

This thoroughly confused Lily, who had no idea what was going on and was completely bewildered.

Easton was not much better off than her; though he understood the whole situation, Sophia’s reaction to the matter was completely baffling to him.
