RE: Perverted Sugar Daddy System-Chapter 337: Rooms
Chapter 337: Rooms
Unhurried or bothered by the call I had just received, I went back to the Dean and listened to the rest of what he had to say.
I already knew the script, but as I earlier touted, charity and humility were my chosen ways to roll with the public.
A university having a billionaire student, there were three major ways the school could react to this.
The first was to celebrate him and make him an example to the students within the school.
No one cared if the teachings of the school had anything to do with his attained success; what mattered was that it was while he was in the university that he gained his wealth, and the school would milk his name for all it was worth.
The second was to ask for a donation. This one being the most typical and a near absolute surety. I mean, if there was one thing universities could sell their dignity for, it would be donations.
Donations played a huge role in how many facilities a university could have and how extensive and broad they could research.
I was not just a millionaire, I was a billionaire—and worse off, my name was linked to one of the biggest charity organizations at the present.
The third, and perhaps most important depending on how the school wanted to approach things, was the reflection on past incidents with the school.
You can’t go asking a donkey you kicked in the balls to give you a ride.
At this point, it didn’t matter if I had been in the right or wrong with the school. When the possibility of me donating up to 10 million dollars to the institution was put on the line, even the Vice Chancellor would not mind apologizing alongside a very wrong staff.
Though my first year had been rough, the subsequent ones were full of discipline from me. In essence, I was and had been, a stellar student for the rest of my stay in the university up till this point.
So, other than a casual talk, not shying from tapping me on the back, the Dean had subtly given me a hint of a very lucrative offer.
Of course, having me walk with him, he pointed at the Computer Science lab, particularly the huge satellite dish that rested on its top, making small talk about how it was gotten, emphasizing the year and its outdated technology.
The Dean didn’t just mention the state of my department, he also talked about some other departments—his focus on Law surprising—but then when you remembered that Harvard stood out for its Law students, and who my PA or POA was, you could draw some conclusions.
"Mr. Lawson, I can imagine how stressful it must be running your business and then still having to deal with your academics. For a student like you, though, the school does not mind lending an arm. All you have to do is reach out...."
Like I said, a lucrative offer.
Parting ways with the Dean, he has been concise with his words, stealing just 10–13 minutes of my time, I returned to my Maserati, finding Sade resting her butt on the hood, her eyes lost in the clouds.
"Is my face up there?" I popped up by her side. freeweɓnovēl.coɱ
Looking down startled, a bright smile flashed on her face at the sight of me, but then, like it had never been there, it turned into a frown.
"What took you so long? My legs ache."
Sade’s words had my eyes stray to her legs, taking in the sight of them exposed by her gown from just above her knees down to her feet.
I felt the urge to put the woman in my car and show her what it meant to have one’s legs weak and aching, but duty called.
"Sorry about that."
"Hmm, you’ll have to massage my legs," Sade crossed her hands and glared at me.
I had never made my love for the woman’s legs a secret, and it pleased me to see that she was shedding her cold, geeky persona and becoming comfortable in her feminine energy.
I had no problems with Sade’s demand, but like I said, duty called.
"No problem, but that will have to be some other time."
"No, I want it today," Sade stamped her feet, pressing her lips together.
At the moment, the woman looked like a little girl denied candy, and thankfully many of the students on the premises had departed.
Shaking my head, I closed the distance between me and the dark-haired princess, placing a kiss on her lips before she could react—and then watching as she froze up.
I thought I would be admonished, but her eyes glanced left and right. Sade’s expression went blank, a bit of coldness sipping into her eyes, and then she marched off.
Unfortunately, the black dress she wore today was body-hugging, it was flailing, and I could only admire her legs as she walked away.
Planning to deal with Sade later, I entered my car and, without further delay, exited the university.
Martha gave me a location, said I should be there by noon, but I had no inclination toward the woman and went home for a meal and shower, also placing a call to Denise.
"What... Till I settle things here, keep her grounded..."
"That’s going to be hard. The girl has means, a good number of them to boot."
"So do you. I was in your house, I have an idea of some of your rooms."
"...."
It had been a while since I had been able to get silence from Martha.
"I will do my best, Sir. And since we’re on the topic, can I be allowed with Carmel?"
"As long as you’re getting me what I need."
After ending my call with Denise, I checked up on my two other babies, promising to soon come meet them, and then I headed for San Fernando Valley, my face full of confidence, but my heart and mind in contrasting conflict.
