In this world, Dream Weapons aren’t everything, as we learned at the beginning, every Dream Weapon is tied to Magical Power which the user can then transform and reshape using Spells Constructs, usually resembling runes that can be summoned using Dream Essence and the Dream Weapon as catalyst.

This is how Dream Weapons can develop new spells as well as even abilities, and as we’ve lived here and fought against many foes, we’ve learned that when the master of Dream Weapons is someone capable and with lots of imagination, their ability tends to evolve faster.

"It was nice that there was some camping equipment left," said Emeraldine. "However, I don’t know if it was fine to buy three equipment bags?"

"What are you talking about? It was completely fine!" I said. "My ideal campfire cooking is finally coming true, and I will make it no matter what!"

"Campfire cooking?" Partner looked at me while raising an eyebrow. "What does that even mean? You’re cooking at a campfire?"

"Yeah I mean, you’ll see," I said with a smile. "Now, shall we go to the islands now?"

"Yeah we should," Arthur nodded. "We shouldn’t waste more of our time here, if possible. Every minute or second is precious."

"Alright! Let’s go then!"

"Woah, what’s this place?" Emily wondered. "It’s so dark but we can somehow see and walk around?"

"Yeah, this is Maria’s Shadow Realm, it´s... I suppose you could call it a spell," said Emeraldine.

"It’s part of her shadow magic abilities," said Partner. "I don’t think it can be imitated though..."

"So she can keep stuff inside of here?" Sofia looked around. "Though I can hardly see anything at all..."

"She usually keep stuff, yes, but it’s better not to move around too much, I think we’re almost there," Jonathan appeared by Sofia’s side.

"Uwah?! You scared me, Jonathan!" Sofia said.

"A-Ahaha, sorry Sofia," Jonathan laughed. "It wasn’t my intention."

"Oh well, w-whatever!" Sofia muttered.

She grew a bit embarrassed when talking with Jonathan, it has been days since she has even spoken to him since her incident with her Nightmare Heart, and she doesn’t even know if he hated her or not at all.

It was all a bit confusing to say the least, but Jonathan seemed more than willing to talk and act friendly, as if nothing ever happened at all, only making Sofia more and more frustrated at the prospects of someone incapable of even holding a grudge rather than someone with one.

Nonetheless, my travel was quite quick, we reached the island I was aiming for within just a minute, and once we got there and walked into the shore, confirming no boat was nearby, I expanded my shadows and let them all out.

"We’re here everyone! Let’s quickly gather and make two teams so we can better cover the island!" I said. "We are way too many after all."

"I’m with team mom!" Nyx said, raising her hand as she ran to my legs and hugged them, as if claiming me for herself.

"I guess I’ll also tag along," Lucifer nodded.

"W-Wait a second, you don’t get to decide, that’s something I do!" I said. "And okay, fine, you two can come along. For the rest... well, let me count.

So our group is really huge.

So yeah, our group was freaking massive! We are literally a giant army, any monster would immediately run away with our numbers, so we’ll split.

"My team will include Nyx, Lucifer, Alma, Emily, Sofia, and Martina. Everyone else will make the second team." I said.

"Eeeh! Why can’t we hunt with you?" Partner asked.

"Come on, you know why, it’ll become way too easy.," I said. "I want you all to do some hunting yourselves as exercise. Don’t worry, if a demon shows up I will immediately know. And too many in a single space tends to scare off monsters. We can gather at the beach in here after a couple of hours. I’ll technically still be with you through my phantom clones, so no worries."

I smiled and winked at them, as they noticed a ghostly specter appear by their side, suddenly becoming a divine ego made out of the division of one of my Body Skills.

"It’s fine, I don’t really mind," I shrugged.

Seeing things through two perspectives wasn’t confusing to me anymore, so I focused on both at the same time, helping everyone move through the alien-looking forest of these Nightmare Fields.

"I wonder how many Nightmare Beasts are around here?" Sofia wondered, looking around.

"Probably a lot, this is the largest islands," I said. "I can already detect several thousands, should be enough."

"Are we hunting them all?" Alma wondered.

"Yep! We need to, all that EXP- I mean, the materials," I said.

"Materials for what though?" Emily asked.

"Have you not been paying attention Emily? Maria said that with more Nightmare or Dream Materials, she could upgrade or evolve our Dream Weapons! We have to work hard for that," Alma said, she seemed energetic.

"Indeed, and look at that, looks like we already found something quite quickly," I said, pointing into the distance as we hid behind a large, strange-looking tree.
