Reborn as a Leader: King's Debauchery, SSS-Yandere Harem and Evolution-Chapter 28- Lilith
’I didn’t ask about her size,’ Akhil thought as the hearing system tuned in, providing unnecessary information that he definitely did not want.
He ignored it but instinctively glanced at Grace’s chest before turning away, realizing that indeed the system was correct.
"They do exactly what, Saintess? But I must say, you will need to help me out to interrogate this lady," Akhil said, prioritizing time.
He leaned down to lift the young man who was unconscious on the floor and carried him in a princess carry before making his way out of the room.
He gestured towards the scientist who followed behind him, leaving two blood-soaked dead bodies on the bed as the knights and servants soon began to clear the crowd.
"Interrogation? Apologies, but that’s not my forte, Your Majesty," Grace couldn’t help but point out that if it was about interrogation, then she—who had the ability to heal—should be the last one to be considered for this job.
Yet, it appeared she was given this particular opportunity.
"To be honest, after all, for a dy... dying person like her, you could help," Akhil wanted to point out that in his hand was a demon, to be exact, a half-demon, but he avoided completing his sentence, realizing that revealing this in front of the Saintess could very well cut off his path to using this demon in the future.
He simply wanted to use the Saintess as a means to ensure that while interrogating this demon, she did not die.
"I understand," the Saintess finally conceded, taking his words as the truth. Maybe he really needed her help in healing this person he claimed to be a woman, to prevent her from dying due to severe injuries during the interrogation.

"Umh...."
Lilith felt the weight of her body with the pain originating from her chin as she slowly fluttered her eyes open.
Instead of the light she expected, what met her vision was darkness, similar to her homeland.
Her gaze was downcast, observing the molded floor with a stream of yellow light casting the shadows of the iron cells over the floor before she heard a voice.
"You finally woke up?"
’!?’
Her eyes instantly widened as she swiftly tried to move her hands and feet. But what weighed her down were the chains that bound her joints, ankles, and wrists.
Clank
The metallic sound of her chains rang in the air, causing her to look above and snap her focus toward a man’s silhouette, with a woman in pristine white clothes standing beside him.
"LYSANDERIC! YOU HERETIC!" she yelled, her mind replaying the moment when this king had killed the high priest, who was her only lifeline.
She had been given a chance to prove herself as a demon and to be accepted in the demon realm.
To ascend within the higher order, she needed to fulfill this mission, but everything had been ruined by this man.
The high priest had been killed by this idiot of a king, who instead of just being executed, messed up the whole years of planning she had done in the hope of finally accomplishing the mission assigned to her by her queen.
"Shhh, you shouldn’t be the one to call me heretic," Akhil said, lifting his boot and placing it over her chin, shaking it as he clearly taunted her.
He looked at her pristine clothes and observed the green light that had just brought her from unconsciousness, slowly fading.
A few moments ago, to wake her up, he had told saintess to use holy light on her, and amusingly, as he had expected, given her half-demon birth, it was clear that divine energy wasn’t harming her even though she was of the demon bloodline.
This unique property was the reason why the queen, whom he served in past life, had sent her here.
Naturally, after dealing with the issue in the kingdom and the human zone, his end aim would most probably be that demon queen, who was as messed up as this world.
As he recalled, even after completing her mission, this half-demon had been disposed of by the demon queen.
After all, one cannot expect generosity from a demon, no matter how beautiful or kind they appear.
One thing he had observed in his past life about this particular woman was that she just wanted a place in the demon realm.
Treated like a slave and of a lower birth, she always tried to climb higher.
The hope she found was in the demon queen, who told her to become someone of her profit and infiltrate the human kingdom.
So, after instigating the monastery, Lilith had allowed the high priest to gain control over the newly formed theocracy, only to kill him afterward and become the ruler of the kingdom.
But amusingly, the demon queen—for whom she did all this—sent a message to the empire that the new ruler of the Vandrete Kingdom was a half-demon, which caused the empire to intervene and kill her, making it a betrayal caused by the very queen she had wanted to impress.
Not that it mattered to Akhil; being under the command of the demon queen and completely controlled due to his undead form, he had lost his will to retaliate and was required to follow her judgments and decisions.
Inevitably, she wanted to get rid of humans, and since he had also been betrayed by them, he wanted to eliminate the Empire as well.
Thus, both of them benefited from this event.
The Vandrete kingdom was destroyed, while he, who had become a demon undead commander, got the opportunity to attack the empire from one side—as per ordered by demon queen, as they were engaged in killing the kingdom of Vandrete, which was ruled by Lilith.
By manipulating the situation, the demon queen ensured that it became a catalyzing war in which all the kingdoms under the empire began to doubt themselves.
This caused a civil war to break out in the human zone, benefiting demon queen, who ensured that humans doubted themselves and blamed each other for being affiliated with the demon realm.
In the end, he needed to take revenge on those who destroyed him and his kingdom.
He took it, but it was orchestrated by the demon queen, given that he had lost all his willpower due to being undead and could only see and observe without being able to express anything.
In conclusion, the Demon Queen was very cunning and shrewd. He himself knew about her kinks and the way she manipulated the situation, even using Lilith as disposable pawn.
Putting aside his memories, he focused on Lilith.
"LEAVE ME, YOU BASTARDS!" Lilith growled. Her eyes began to glow red as she clenched her hands, trying to summon her artifact.
Given that she was far stronger than this incompetent king, she had somehow been caught off guard by him and lost consciousness.
She swiftly clenched her hands, trying to summon her artifact while glaring at the king.
"Your mother must be very sad, Lilith," Akhil said. Until that moment, his artifact had activated, and his golden eyes, shining like streaks of a predator, were evident of it. He gazed down at Lilith, whose body flinched at his voice, halting her hands.
She froze as she felt herself under the effect of the artifact, a surge of memories of her mother flooding her mind.
Without her being under control, a tear slid down her right eye as she blinked, looking toward him, trying to process exactly what was happening.
But her mind was numbed.
