Selena knocked on the door just as Sterling finished a video conference call.

Selena walked in and naturally snuggled into Sterling’s arms. "Let’s go to the amusement park today, okay?"

Selena’s eyes widened and she quickly pressed down on his hand holding the phone. "Clear it? Clear what? An amusement park is only fun when there are lots of people! It’s so much more exciting when everyone cheers and screams together!"

After Selena said that, Sterling fell silent.

It was then that Selena remembered Sterling’s apparent aversion to crowded places.

Whenever they went out, it was always with only a few people, and at Aethelgard’s Peak he clearly disliked the noisy environment.

If not for her, Sterling probably wouldn’t ever go inside a bar.

Feeling a bit awkward, Selena said, "Then how about... we choose a different spot."

Sterling nodded slightly.

Many of The Empire’s leaders have come from the Sinclair Family.

Not for any other reason but because the Sinclair Family has had marital ties with the Norwood Family for three generations.

The late wife of the old Norwood patriarch was the sister of the current old Sinclair patriarch.

"Then let’s go quickly!" Selena said.

Sterling patted her shoulder gently, coaxing her, "Let’s go after lunch."

Selena’s face darkened; it was only an hour or so after she finished breakfast! How could it be lunchtime so soon!

Selena climbed out from Sterling’s arms.

She asked sincerely, "Do you think I’ve gained weight?"

The insinuation in her words was obvious.

I’ve gained weight! Really gained weight! Stop making me eat so much!

Sterling’s eyes smiled as he looked at Selena, who was trying hard to hint at him. "No matter how heavy, I can still carry you."

"..." It felt like talking to a brick wall!

Selena glared at him and walked out of the study with frustration.

She was so annoyed!

Selena returned to the sofa and continued watching TV.

After thinking for a while, she took out her phone to search for guides for Sacred Heart Amusement Park.

The amusement park had only been completed for a little over half a month.
