Acquiring new jobs, Shizu and Karua were now training in one of the Intermediate-high dungeons, in a party consisting of Sierra and Karua among other members.

I would be guiding them through the final adjustment of the 4th order skill tree this evening, and show it off during the guild battle. I was honestly looking forward to it.

Of the four chosen members, Nico, after having a late start, finally hit the level cap yesterday. Promptly, I had lead her to acquire the advanced job «Treasure Hunt», a high-low ranking job. Phew, at long last, our guild had the Treasure Hunter! Believe me when I say it was one of the integral job for any guild.

Nico seemed delighted as well, evident from her two-hand high five. Though she looked a bit on the edge... then again, it must be exhaustion after finally achieving an advanced job. I chalked it so.

And now, on Monday, we were once again grinding through the Rare Boss. But, we were greeted with an unexpected situation—

This rare boss never dropped wooden chests, so the rates could be attributed to that as well. We were roughly having three gold chest drops for every ten fights.

With ten fights, that meant six gold chests.

Meanwhile, we had six Flutes, meaning twenty-four uses in total. With a 70% success rate, the rare boss had spawned around fourteen to eighteen times, overall sixteen on average.

On top of that, Nico had activated Equipment Drop Rate Up Lv10 from her Treasure Hunter skill tree, which made equipment drops even more frequent.

Thanks to that, more than half of today's drop had been equipment. And yet, much to my chagrin, none of them were «Hedonist Beast Iron Sword».

Terrifice, or I would have said, but it wasn't quite as amazing as it sounded. Even though the gold chests came from rare bosses, most still contained drops of intermediate-rank high-tier rarity. Only about ten were truly advanced tier drops. Still, that was a decent haul.

I even got another «Advanced Job Ascension Ticket», but decided to save it for now. The guild battle was just around the corner. I could've brought another person for a job change, but mastering a new job required time.
